The team here was incredibly helpful in helping me find wheels that worked with my lowered Nissan 370z. Needed to replace a whole set after a blowout and they went above and beyond with their service and I would've been stuck without them. Shoutout to Zacc for being a huge help in sourcing wheels that looked great and fit perfectly when nothing else was working out. Can't recommend them enough.

Brian, Ryan and the whole team at this location were OUTSTANDING to me and my family. We had a nail in our tire and were on a LONG road trip. They had it diagnosed, fixed and on our way within 25 minutes. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. Discount Tire will be the only place that my family and I get our tires. Keep it up guys.....

Excellent service! Our tire order was delayed and they were kind enough to get me rescheduled to a later date. Friendly staff, clean waiting area overall! Very fast service as well! Will definitely be going back for future service!

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, was helped immediately, and they actually got my truck in ahead of schedule. I was back on the road very quickly. Both of the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. I've been a happy Discount Tire customer in the Phoenix area for around eight years, and my experience is almost entirely positive, but this was the best yet. Good to know I'll get good service in Flagstaff too.

This place is pretty busy, but honestly I have yet to see a discount tire that *isnt* busy. I had a complete tire blow out on the freeway and brought it in here. When you stick with discount I paid $44 to get a new warranty on a new tire but that s it. I was done in 30 min and they even put my spare away for me. Great people, they were efficient and I am reminded that I will give them my business as long as they stay in business. Also of note, every single employee I interacted with was top notch!

By far the best service I've ever had at a tire shop. I was on vacation and had some tire issues after hitting a pothole in New Mexico. It was time for 4 new tires anyway. These folks had 4 new tires on the car before I got back from walking across the street to Del Taco for lunch. Literally 30-40 minutes tops from arrival to departure. Super friendly staff. My husband and I brought in our car for our tires to get rotated and have them look at them to see if anything was wrong because our car was shaking super bad. They claimed they balanced them and told us that nothing was wrong and that they checked them over. Literally the next day our car was shaking the exact same way like before we went into Discount Tire.We took it to a different tire shop and they told us that all of our tires needed to be replaced, that they all had flat spots, and that one of the wheels was bent. I dont understand how Discount Tire could miss such huge mistakes like that.We are very upset because they charged us and they didn't even do their job correctly.We will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I stopped in today for a repair after a tire blew out on my rental 2300 miles from home. They had me in and out in under 90 minutes despite being quite busy. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient and made a stressful experience a little more bearable. Thank you!

Staff is nice, service is fast: (six tires mounted/balanced in an hour). My only issue is maybe they're TOO fast. My hub cap retainers were loose, and when I drove off the lot, I hadn't gone a mile before hearing a handful of wheel weights fly off. A little less speed, and more focus on getting it right the first time would be my recommendation. (at least one guy was literally running from job to job.)

Amazing place and staff! We were from Ohio driving to Vegas and got 2 nails in a tire. We had to stop and were told by Meineke about Discount Tire. We stopped and they were so nice and did not even charge to patch and remove 2 nails AND rotate the tires. They kept us updated the whole time while we shopped at the mall and text when they were done. Thank you so much to the staff!!

Mario and his staff were exceptional. We were in the middle of a 16 hour road trip. We had a leak in one of our tires and took it to another tire shop a couple hours earlier, where we were told there was no leak, just low pressure. Turns out it was a valve stem issue which Discount discovered and fixed right up. Even on a very busy day, we were in, out, and back on the road within an hour. Thank you so much!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tire shop for your tire needs!!! The management team is fantastic to work with. Brandon (manager) and Brian (assistant manager) have been helping me with my tire needs for many many years. Good local people who cares about their customers and the shop they work at. Shop is ALWAYS clean and well organized. The road hazard warranty is a must! Every set of tires I buy I get the warranty. The warranty is worth every penny and more!Update manager called. I went back in to chat with them in person. They took care of my concerns like I knew they would. I WILL continue to be a customer to our local Discount Tire because of the staff! Thank you everyone who was involved in my concerns.I have been a customer for a long time (probably since year 2000). It is usually a great experience. Today my mom waited for 2 hours just to be told the tires were not in a good shape for rotation and balance. I thought they look at the tires when you check in and at this point they should advise you they can't do anything with it and not 2 hours later. Its a 3 star for now since I was not able to make it to my mom's to look at the tires yet. I will update my rating after I look at the tires to see what they are talking about.

Took my vehicle into discount. I trusted this company for a tire repair. They kept the vehicle for about 4 hours. When they were finished with the job, I was ready to leave an noticed the rear bumper had a dent. Notified the worker immediately, manager came out took some pictures. I filed a claim stating that I did not bring it in like that. Claim was denied by whatever company Discount uses. Please be mindful with selecting Discount. I am disappointed but apparently their fault was mine alone. Thanks.

DONT bring your vehicles here. These guys put tires on my truck and "balanced them." I got onto the freeway for the first time and my truck shook horribly. (+50 miles on tire) I bring the truck back in to have them look at it and they tell me the cant touch the tires they are too bald. Im not sure if its as scam they work up to get you into their new tires or what. But after years of coming to discount, that was last time.

Crew was awesome! I had selected the tires more for highway use rather than getting all-terrian tires, Paul was great help ordering BFG's for my vehicle. Unfortunately they won't arrive until Wednesday, but arrived early and got me in right away! And big thank you to the crew that had to put new tires on and put the old tires back on AND put my new tires on again! Thanks again!

Great service, just went in for a flat. They fixed it for FREE, even knowing we weren't buying new. We are still shocked this was a free service. A great team. Will buy all tires from this company. Thank you so much.

I was in a tight spot and needed help. My tire caught a metal bolt on the Interstate, but this store came through. Usual great customer care and the shop was convenient, low volume, and they sorted my situation out.

Outstanding customer service! "Let's get you taken care of" is not just an empty slogan but how they run their business and how all businesses should operate. This is from someone who used to TEACH customer service, We have been loyal Discount Tire customers for decades with countless sets of (insured) tires on countless vehicles. Below is one more reason why we LOVE DISCOUNT TIRE and would never even think of getting tires anywhere else.We were on vacation and hadn't had a chance to get our tires rotated before we left home so set up an appointment to get this done while we were in Flagstaff. Upon checking in, I could not locate our factory locking lug nut socket despite my best efforts. The last time it was used was a few months prior by our hometown Discount Tire when they replaced a tire. All I can figure happened is that the technician didn't put the socket back in our vehicle. I called my hometown DT; that manager spoke to the Flagstaff manager who offered to cut off the 4 original locking lugs and replace them with a full set of 20 spline locking lugs available at all Discount Tires--all @ no charge. This set up is much more secure and looks less prone to breakage (from metal fatigue in the narrow strip of metal inside the original locking lug socket).Lesson learned: even at Discount Tire, verify that the locking lug socket is back where it was after any service visit. Even though our hometown shop messed up, together, the the two shops definitely turned lemons into lemonade. Thank you so much!!

Very helpful staff. Drew gave us information over the phone that we needed to replace bad tire on our trailer.Assistant manager Josh was terrific in dealing with our warranty company to get tire replacement approved.We were encouraged to set appointments during this COVID-19 situation--and Josh was great about changing our appointment three times when our availability changed.Tires were installed quickly and we were headed back home before we knew it!Super satisfied. Will return anytime we have tire issues. Thanks guys!

March 20, 2023 I got my tire replaced and headed home up north 215 miles from Flagstaff. Halfway home, the tire that was replaced completely came off the cause major damage to my vehicle. Luckily, the vehicle didn't flip anything worse. Now I'm without a ride until it's fixed. Make sure you double-check their work before leaving the store. I thought we were safe and the employees put their customers first.

I have been waiting for 1 hr and a half to have 2 tires replaced on my trailer. Still waiting. I have been skipped over by multiple customers who pulled up in vehicles. I m not sure if it s because I have a trailer who s tires will have to be pulled in the parking lot but this is frustrating. Been a long time customer of discount. Likely spent over $3000 in the last 2 years with them. Good way to loose a loyal customer.

Happy they were able to quickly replace my two flats back in June, we ended up buying a set as I have an all wheel vehicle. I am traveling for work in Georgia and there was a nail in my front right tire, naturally I look up the nearest Discount Tire and drive there to have my tire looked at. Ended up having to pay $225 for a new tire as they said I declined the warranties for the tires when I bought the set! I have only ever purchased tires from Discount Tire and have never declined the warranty, ESPECIALLY for an all wheel vehicle. Wish I could put 0 stars.

These guys are true life savors. We blew two tires and ended up having to replace all four just 10 minutes before closing. Bailey and Connor and the team stayed late to make sure we could get right back on the road for the long trip home. Thank you guys.

It's not often these days that a mature woman in a tire shop is approached with transparency and respect!! I discovered that my icon light for tires really was revealing an issue , but which tire I wondered. When I arrived the shop was very busy, but Brian was completely present and relaxed with me, share all the options.Today I got both rear tires replaced as quoted and when promised.Thanks Discount Tire for hiring Brian, an excellent choice !

Shout out to Ryan and Jeremy and the whole crew in Flagstaff who came to the rescue and helped us change out 2 unsafe tires (and buy 2 more). We had been on a long road trip in our travel trailer and noticed 2 odd bulges on our sidewalls. That's never a good thing on a tire. They went above and beyond making sure to take care of our Airstream including maneuvering around Tyron straps we didn't know we had. We really appreciate all their hardwork and professionalism. Would highly recommend their Flagstaff team.
