Great shop & great staff. The owner (Stuart) and his Manager Steve got us in and out in about an hour. They replaced the passenger cab window on our class C RV. I had my new 23 dodge charger windows tinted in just two hours, the windows came out great! Looks very sharp. They got me in a day from my call to book the job so very quick to take care of the job. Nicely done!

Very friendly staff. Window was repaired in just under and hour and i was a walk-in.Also the employee handling my SUV showed no sign of annoyance that i asked 3 times as to the status of my vehicle.They also donate to a Veterans Non-profit.As a veteran. I completely appreciate that.I went by their 35 years in business and their 5 star reviews to make this very good decision to spend my money there.They have earned my loyalty.

Easy to work with, and was finished quickly. Tint looks good and rock chips are barely noticeable after being filled. Give these guys a look if you're wanting tint or glass related work done!

We had a refreshingly happy experience at Diamond Auto Glass. While driving across the country, we caught a rock which left a chip in the windshield, and wanted to take care of it quickly before it spread.We pulled in to see when they would be able to fill the chip, and Steve and Eric said to just a shut off the engine, and we ll do it right now. That was the first bit of good news, but the price was the second. Way less than we expected and when we found a second chip, they filled that one for us too.What would usually be a dreaded experience was completely friendly and pleasant. We were driving away 10 minutes after we arrived. I m happy to recommend this shop as they did us right.

We were traveling to Phoenix and about 30 miles before Flagstaff our windshield took a hit by a rock. It was chipped! We ve had this car for 3 weeks, I was just sick about it. I happened across Diamond Glass in Flagstaff. I was struck by its 4.9 star reviews so I called. They said just come by and we ll take care of it. We walked in and while we were dealing with insurance, they worked on our windshield. Before I got off the phone they were done. It was a great experience, especially for weary travelers. The guys at the desk were great! The repair was awesome! I highly recommend these guys! 10 STARS!

Definitely recommend Diamonf Auto Glass!! My windshield was replaced in like an hour and they even repaired my rear window wiper at no extra coat. I didn't even know they did that. It TOTALLY made my day!! I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new motor, etc. THANK YOU, DIAMOND AUTO GLASS

I was just visiting Flagstaff when I got a huge crack in my windshield. The guys at Diamond Auto Glass were great to work with. They helped sort thru some confusion with the insurance company and then got me an appointment right away. Thanks!

You can t make this up, while traveling towards Flagstaff, a large bird flew into our RV windshield. We called and spoke to Stuart the owner. The next day he personally drove to Phoenix to bring back a new window. His team installed it the next day and we were back on the road in days not weeks. My experience at Diamond Auto Glass was first class. When I initially showed Eric the crack in my windshield, he assessed it might need to be replaced but he filled it free of charge to see if it would work. It was actually fine until another rock hit the windshield so I came back and Diamond Auto Glass worked with my insurance to get it replaced. They also got the insurance to approve the dealer recommended Audi factory windshield so I would not have issues with the rain sensors for the automatic wiper action. Everything is working perfectly now and I couldn t be any happier with the quality of the work and service.

Had Diamond perform insurance work and informed us from the onset that we qualified for money back but they failed to keep their word. I know it was like 100$ but their word was priceless. Occurred in Fall 2022 on a Nissan Sentra.

My wife and I were driving to AZ to see the grand canyon and about 2 hours into our trip from CA we got a big chip in our windshield. Luckily when Monday morning came Diamond Auto Glass got us in right away to fix the chip so it wouldn't spread. They also helped find another potentially dangerous chip and repaired that for us too. We were back on the road in 20 minutes. Great service and very friendly. I would highly recommend using their services when needed.Service: Auto windshield repair

We made an appointment to have our windows tinted on our Tacoma. When calling around I felt the customer service was very consistent and informative. We wanted the ceramic tinting plus at a legal level. We recently visited Phoenix and the tiny was incredible against the heat, and we didn t have the AC running super high. Super impressive!Note: I did notice a few bubbles and peeling seven days after the installation and no we didn t roll the windows down during that time. I called and without hesitation, they re on it. With that being said, we are having our front windshield replaced too. We have Progressive Insurance and we didn t want to go through their vendor(too many issues), and Diamond Auto was happy to arrange that with our policy and agent.

Had an insurance claim for windshield replacement. Diamond called us to arrange appointment, flexible date on availability, had me out the door and hour before the estimated time. Reasonable prices, courteous staff, service was timely. I took my 94 Toyota because the original windshield was finally cracking. I was in and out in a little under an hour. No hassles, no fluff. My car windshield was a complete mess, complete with a crack from one end to the other, and Diamond Auto Glass was able to fix it within a day of asking for a quote. They had really speedy service and it was cheaper than Safelite. One of the employees walked me through a part that I had brought in to be replaced and made sure that everything was all good before I left with my car. Very impressed by the device I received here! I called last minute and they said to come right in. 20 minutes later I had a new windshield! Nice guys and insanely fast. Quality of windshield seems excellent as well :)

Diamond Glass was great! Stewart was able to schedule the replacement of tinted film in an 8' glass door within the timeframe we needed and the workmanship was excellent! Everyone I spoke with by phone was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend.

I picked up a rock chip about the size of a half dollar. What led me to Diamond Auto Glass were the reviews. I found everything positively posted was true & accurate. Without an appointment they got me back on the road. The price was affordable and by far fair. In my travels they will be & are my go to when such assistance is needed. Stuart and the crew at Diamond Auto Glass are AMAZING! My windshield broke and I stopped it to find out about getting it replaced. They contacted my insurance company for me and got the ball rolling. The insurance company tried to sway me to a national company. When I insisted on using our local company, Diamond Auto Glass they quickly said they were also a preferred vendor. I am so happy that I stuck with Diamond Auto Glass (don't let your insurance company try to change your mind to go with a national company). They did an amazing job, quick and affordable!
