My car has been having an intermittent starting issue for months. I completely understand that it's a difficult problem to diagnose, but no mechanic I took my car to wanted to take the time to look at it. All they did was some basic testing then gave me back the car, claiming that there's no problem with it. It made me frustrated because I rely on my car for work and this problem could easily leave me stranded somewhere.I reached out to Complete Auto Care and explained the problem to them. Even though they couldn't guarantee a diagnosis, they were happy to actually take the time to look at my car. One of their mechanics is very experienced and he managed to find the issue. I never expected the wrong size spark plugs to cause an intermittent starting issue, but I'm glad that it's finally been diagnosed. I really enjoyed talking with everyone there, too. There's no doubt that I will be coming here for now on to get my car fixed. I can't thank these guys enough for their kindness and dedication in their work! It's difficult to find a place like this anymore.

Nice guys who helped us quickly diagnose and fix an odd part on our C-class RV while traveling across the country. Putting it on the lift helped them clearly see the issue, and they even let us come see it for ourselves before deciding our next move. Although it took a few days of us and them searching for the part that needing replacing, we kept in good communication, and they fixed it quickly as soon as it was received. Reasonable prices and a cool hotel nearby with excellent restaurants in town. Not an terrible place to get stuck for a few days with vehicle troubles!

Excellent mechanics and persons in Complete Car Care! they saved our trip from California to Texas on historic Route 66 when our Honda Pilot broke the gas pump and the relay. We are very very happy for your excellent service.

They did a good job on my RV breaks last year. A big job. They charged a fair price and treated me well. This year they wanted to charge me $165 just to put a bolt back in the engine. I wonder what's changed over there. It seems there's greed over reputation everywhere you go now.

The guys of complete care care are awesome. I had a spontaneous breakdown in Flagstaff with my 1970 Cadillac DeVille. They were the only ones able to help me. First come first serve. Awesome.Also it was a trouble to find a place that they can work on carburetor and points ignition. They rebuild my carb, found a wiring issue and tuned it up. I drove 2500 miles after that all day long cross country - without any issue and better gas mileage. Money for labor was fair.Thx guys - I absolutely recommend you.

BEWARE: Rude and unprofessional service! Stay away at all costs! No patience or empathy for customers whatsover! Cut throat business that only looks at bottom line!!!Reply: Owner is a liar about quoting us!Exact words: I don't have the time to quote you on this or that. Bring it in! It was a simple quote for brake pads and rotors. Imagine a more complex job. Stay away folks!

Complete Car Care is absolutely the best auto repair shop in town, without question. I continue to be impressed by their quality of work, professionalism & just an excellent job done well. They are the ones to call when you need a mechanic - they will not let you down. Truck broke down after traveling across the Arizona desert and then climbing the hills to Flagstaff. The team was great. Worked hard to look at it quickly and gave me good advice going forward. Highly recommend

This can't be real. They towed my car for free, charged me less then anyone quoted me in town, did not try to intimidate, pressure nor place fear in me spending money on the other things they found. They offered to let me know I can call and get the things checked out later. Adam is the literally the perfection of customer service with limited employees during a huge fire crisis. All the thumbs up and high fives and they should have a tip jar. Excellent beyond expectation.

I was having overheating issues. I was towed to complete car care and had them take a look at my car. After getting a quote they had said I need to get my gaskets changed, I moved forward with that and two days later I was right back in the shop with the same problem. This time they said I needed a new radiator, I moved forward as I had no option not too. After getting it out of the shop I am STILL having the same issue and I am trying to move out of state. Very nice people and I hate to leave a bad review but bottom line is I spent $1,600 with them and I m still having issues. I was told by another mechanic that this was border line highway robbery. Be very careful and try to figure out what the issue really is before moving forward.

I would highly recommend Adam Lozano and his crew. Thank you so much for fixing my 2006 gmc truck. (High pressure power steering hose) And fixing the E brakes as well. Then again..... You all are a true blessing Adam himself knocked $150 off my E brake repair bill. And personally Paid one night for me. When my truck wasn't ready. We had a break down on a Saturday night about 40 miles out of Flagstaff. The tow driver towed the van here since it is open on Sunday.The problem was quickly diagnosed but the part couldn't be located at the time. I toyed with getting the vehicle towed back home but I decided to have CCC fix it and we would pick it up on the way back from our trip.I was expecting a list of other recommended repairs after a part was located (one was found on a weekday when the dealership opened up), but nothing else was needed.CCC worked with me and kept the car while I tried to work out towing or repairing and keeping it there, and held the van for another week after the repairs were done. It also cost about $300 less than the dealership quoted.

I had the best experience with Adam and everyone at Nationwide Transmission.I was traveling in Arizona from out of state, and my car broke down on the highway. The shop next door blew me off and said they didn't have time to look at my car. I went into Nationwide Transmission, they looked at my car within the hour, found a replacement part, gave me options and a quote on how much it would cost, and worked with me so that I could drive back to Montana safely the next day.I ended up paying less than what was quoted. They showed me where and what to look for under my car if the problem started reoccurring during the drive and sent me with extra differential fluid. They also called a couple days later to follow up.Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; I am wishing that they were located in my town instead of Flagstaff. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. They lied about when they would check my vehicle and what was wrong. Told me they would look at it and it was in the shop. Come to find out they didn t even look at it at all.

This repair garage has held our vehicle for a total of three complete days. In this time they took one tire off to balance and weigh the tire. In the process they lost one of our hub caps and tried to say it was already off. When asked about another repair dealing with a passenger seat issue the men didn't even look at it. We also asked about the tire and hub cap and now they are saying they never touch that tire missing the hub cap. There was no communication between there employees and if they don't have an answer they will lie straight to your face. This local business was recommended to us and all I can say is I regret trying this repair garage. Headache for sure.

I m glad I ended up here to have my rv worked on. This place is run by very honest people. They were straight forward with me and very courteous. I can t say enough about this garage. I definitely recommend them. You will be very happy and confident that the work on your vehicle is being done right. In today s world that is a huge plus.

Broke down on I 40, 5000 miles into a 6000 mile trip. I called AAA. While waiting for the tow, I called several local garages. No one would see us, booked solid for a few days...great. When Winona Trading Post & Towing arrived, the driver suggested Complete Car Care. I called them, and though our issue was probably a 3 hour job, they told us to come on in. It was a rainy afternoon, but they got us up on the rack and replaced our fuel pump before closing. Wonderful service, highly recommend! I wish I could list the garages that had no mercy on out-of-towners. They would have bumped locals back 3 hours, boo hoo, but no....strangers have to wait 3 days. Not a fan of a town that treats visitors like this, but these guys saved the day. Thanks guys at CCC!

Great shop, great guys. Helped my sister and I fix the steering on my truck when it broke 4 hours into a 13 hour trip. Super thankful they were willing to get us in quickly and fix the issue. Thanks again!!!

Honest mechanics. They stuck to their quote even though it took them 10x more hours to get the job done. I have an old RV. Surprises abound. That's service. My rig is running great. I couldn't be happier. I'll be coming back for sure.

Probably one of the most honest car repair places I have ever been. If you are having problems with your vehicle and don t want to be ripped off....this needs to be your first stop.
