They have always taken good care of us. Their prices are fair, and they get the work done in the time promised. The company I work for uses them exclusively for their fleet repairs. The staff is pleasant and friendly! Plus, they have a shop pup! How could they not be the best in NAZ

After being told by 2 different tire shops that I needed ball joints for my 2013 camper van I made an appointment with Coconino Motors. Amazing Customer Service !!! Just picked it up all it needed was an alignment. They could have really been like the other 2 shops and replaced parts that didn t need replaced. Highly recommended this shop.

Brake noise was diagnosed quickly and fixed efficiently at a reasonable price. My husband speaks and understands 'mechanic'. He says Pat, the owner seemed to be fair, experienced and honest. We were travelling and he sqeezed us in on the same day we arrived.

Went to three places in Flagstaff for A/C service, and other places back logged, or had trouble giving me an estimate. However, I had service here years back on another vehicle, and was still in computer system. Provided a quote, and diagnosed problem, and finished job in half a day. A/C on truck running "cool," during heat wave, that looks like may never get better. Kept up dated periodically during service. Excellent service crew and main desk. Never failed me in time of automotive repair needs. Quality parts, too.

I've had a couple of experiences with this company.Mostly, with front wheel alignments.They have been pretty forward with what needs to be done and the cost.They will tell you, if the job will take more than a day, but it hasn't. Just a couple of hours that I had to wait.The location on the westside of Flagstaff is ideal for me.I'll come back to do business again.

I had them recommend over $1600 of work so they can align just the front wheels my intelligence allows me to know they are just ripping g me off!

A year ago: I had a problem with what i thought was bushings in my driver's side suspension, however they took my car and found out exactly what was wrong and made sure it was corrected after fixing it to make sure i was satisfied. They were great and quick to work with and we will definitely return for their service and care.Came to them as a referral from a friend for someone honest in Car Repairs.Came back a year later, still remembered that I had been in one time. Glad that I came back to them to support their business and get quality, honest, friendly service for my vehicles.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had an early morning appointment last Thursday to get my alignment done on my car. They told me that this would only take an hour, hour and a half at the most. Almost two hours later one of your mechanics came back and gave me a work order of stuff that was supposedly "wrong with my car", most had nothing to do with the alignment what so ever! The mechanic said that my front breaks were metal to metal and that they have no life left, but my front breaks do not squeak at all whenever I use them and they redid my breaks at 82,000 miles and now they are at 114,000. Breaks DO NOT go out that quickly! After all that waiting the mechanic also said that they could not adjust the alignment on my car because I need to replace my front wheel bearings. These people wasted my time and tried to make me pay for things that do not need to be done to my car. I am going to Big O to get a second opinion because these mechanics clearly DO NOT know what they are talking about. If you can, please avoid this shop! There are plenty of better mechanics in town who will not lie to you and try to get you to pay for stuff that you do not need.

Generous pricing and excellent service! Coconino Motors is transparent and will fill you in on the situation with an accurate time frame for the repair. They keep it straight forward, honest, and will even listen to your best performance of that strange noise that is bugging you! They made a lifetime customer out of me from just a couple of visits! I highly recommend giving them a try; you owe it to yourself (and your car) to take your business to a shop who will get the job done right.

Dealing with Pat was nice and easy. He was straight forward about parts and labor and everything was reasonable. What's better is I watched him work with other clients and he was patient and clear. I'll be coming back for any future service needs.

These guys are professionals. They've been doing repairs for many years. We took our old truck into them after a couple mechanic shops couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The found the problem & fixed it within one (1) day. They don't just used diagnostic computers but use real human brain knowledge to do their work quickly.

Awesome staff at Coconino Moters !I was traveling through Flagstaff Arizona when I had a problem with the front end of my truck. Coconino Motors immediately fit me in to their schedule for repairs. Staff also helped me with unhooking & hooking up my car trailer. Thanks to your fast repairs, I was able to safely get back on the highway and on my way to Alabama. If I lived in this area I would definitely be a customer always. Thank you again for helping me I very much appreciate Pat !!!

Dishonest people. I was helped my Pat only to find that the repairs they told me I needed had been done the year prior. I inspected it myself again and also brought it back to the other place I had it repaired and the part was still in brand new condition, no need to be replaced or to hand them over 500$. They give a bad name to car mechanics.

I had my car towed in there all it need was the ac fan replaced and there was no check engine light on when i had it towed it ran just fine as long i didnt run the ac but safe and sorry i had it towed in there was no check engine light on being towed the tiw truck driver started it well they fixed it and when i pick it up the engine light was on and they read it and told me my o2 sensor where bad and it would be ok to drive well started not to accelerate and found there the clamp was loosen on the air box to the intake tighten that thinking thats the problem well it kept not want to accelerate got a code po171 and read up on to check for cracks i did and when they where messing around getting the pipes off they cracked it so i called them they told me to bring it in and they sat there trying to say they never touch that which i know thats a lie because tge clamp was unscrewed and then they said a mouse did it well my car dont have mice and it was working and not cracked until they got it and all they can do is make exsuse and reduse to pay for there mistake that they cause so keep an eye on your car because mine went in there for just one thing and it came out needed more then it should haveService: General repairs & maintenance

I find this shop is by far the best shop I have ever taken my same truck too, they are honest, don't overcharge, they are matter of fact type people, When something was not correct with my car , sometimes my bill is very little too almost nothing, Other times I need large jobs that would cost more in other shops,Thank you for your caring honesty and timely manner of working on any car I bring in.Pamela Marshall
