From start to finish excellent job great communication great service, friendly and welcoming staff! excellent job! My car looks new again! I can't thank you all enough! Thank you! John and Chris serviced my vehicle and they both were great!! A+ customer service! And the guy at the front desk upon walk in was always smiley! And great energy! Loved this place! Chris was the main person that helped me through the process and he was so personable and helpful! But every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel unsafe or like I was going to get scammed, and as a young girl with car issues that isn t always the case. They allowed me to reschedule and were very flexible with my busy schedule! Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends.

Caliber Collision had wonderful customer service. Roque was very helpful in explaining the process of the repairs and in helping me understand how the insurance aspect works. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. They were even able to repair/replace my aftermarket bumper, and correctly re-wire the lights. As a real estate agent in Flagstaff, it was great to have my vehicle back so quickly to return to work. Thank you

Great job on repairs and very satisfied. They do a great job and are very reasonable. Staff is fantastic and keeps you up to date. Hopefully don t have another accident but would definitely use this shop again if needed.

I had an overall wonderful experience at Caliber. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I dropped my car off, they personally drove me to the rental car place when the pickup vehicle didn't come right away. They kept me informed about the repairs as they were happening. They also offered to drop my vehicle off at my work place which is 40 minutes away from the shop and return my rental car for me. We were able to work something else out that involved less driving, but that offer was really above and beyond. The repairs are top notch and the car looks brand new. They even washed my car and cleaned up the dash. I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much!

Caliber Collision has been absolutely incredible! My insurance handled the technical stuff, but the customer service from Caliber has been the best I ve ever experienced at any collision center. Roque has been such a delight to work with. He s incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. He explains the repairs and process in a way non-car folks can understand. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate how they strive to keep your car as original as possible if they are able to. That means a lot to me. They are fair, and honest. The text tracker is great too, because it keeps you informed on the status of your vehicle. You can opt out if you choose. My car looks incredible, I can tell they took great care of it and gave it a wash afterwards which was awesome. Thank you so much Caliber Collision. If I ever have another reason to get body work done, I will be coming back!

If Roque Canales is working with you, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The lack of customer support, lack of communication, and his condescending tone really spoke volumes on how Caliber treats its customers. I was promised my car by August 24 and ended up not retrieving it until November 21. I was very grateful to have had the district manager Dennis step in, but had I been in the hands of Roque, I truthfully believe I would still be without my car today. Ultimately, Roque tried to bribe me into giving him a 5 star review and I would caution anyone from working with Caliber given that reviews are likely to have been bought.

I have, unfortunately, had two instances in which I needed to take my car in to get multiple pieces fixed and replaced. It can be a daunting task finding a good shop considering many are notorious for costing more than expected and may not put out good work. I was lucky enough to have a pleasure of meeting the people at caliber flagstaff and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing to get there vehicle repaired. They worked with me every step of the way and were very transparent and communicative regarding pricing and timing. It s refreshing to work with good people who genuinely want to help and aren t just after your wallet. They fixed my vehicle faster than expected and restored it to perfect condition. They were even generous enough to give me a ride! I can t recommend them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber collision, did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after a minor accident. Roque went above and beyond researching information about the other repairs my car needed and was able to give me referrals to companies to obtain obscure parts for future repairs. My car was completed a day early and looks fresh and new(ish!) I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle!

The guys here are absolutely wonderful. They assisted me after I popped in seeking advice about my passenger side door which wouldn't open after someone dented it. They were incredibly helpful and got it sorted! 10/10, highly recommend their service.

The lady I spoke to was very kind; however, wouldn t even consider an estimate for painting a new vehicle front or rear bumper. Due to the fact the vehicle had never been in accident. She told me I m better off driving to the Valley aka Phoenix. Enjoy the google review attempt better customer service, in the future.

Much recommend! John Serio was the specialist assigned to my car. Which happens to be one of those that doesn t have the most common parts. Even considering that this is a smaller town with fewer resources, and we have supply chain problems lately. Still done quicker than predicted! They were so easy to talk to, and very transparent about all the details. [Never trust a shop who won t explain thoroughly explain all your questions. But they nailed this one]. Anything I was curious or confused about, they showed me plenty of photos of everything they saw, deeper within the car, the various layers of parts they fixed & replaced. Etc. John gave the extra touch with customer service. They were all super polite. I m VERY satisfied with the results of the repair. They even washed the whole car off. Looked sparkly & spotless when I picked it up:) PS: when you re trying to find their shop for the first time, you ll see this sorta chalkboard sign that says don t block the driveway and it s a sharp slope downward into their parking lot.

Still waiting for my truck. Every week they tell me 1 more week, we re waiting on parts, they re so hard to get. I don t understand because a 2019 Dodge 1500 is not a difficult vehicle to source parts for. 6 weeks now for a scraped door panel. I do not recommend at all. I feel like we re being strung along and lied to.Original estimate was 3 weeks.Total price $7500!Service: Body & Trim

If there were no parts acquisition issues, they would've had my repairs done in less than a week. However, even though mine took 5 weeks due to parts issues, they were willing to work with me and be helpful the whole time. I had a very good experience working with caliber collision, very professional and polite people! They kept me constantly informed and updated and finished my car early! There was a little problem with my lock but they fixed it very quickly with no issues at all!

Caliber Collision Flagstaff is a great spot to get your car fixed. Very nice and professional people, especially Roque and Dennis. They most definitely honor their lifetime warranties. I would hold them at a higher standard compared to other Caliber Collision centers. Very happy.
