Over the years, I have worked closely with the team at this establishment to make sure my Mazda receives the required maintenance and repairs. They consistently welcome me warmly, listen attentively, and provide expert advice on necessary repairs. Their dedication to transparency and honesty when it comes to repairs truly sets them apart. They keep me updated at every stage and explain repairs in detail. I am grateful to Josh, the service technician, for his professionalism, expertise, patience, and help in addressing all my car concerns. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Josh.

DJ runs the shop! We were in a pinch to get back to California. We woke up at the hotel with a nail in the tire. DJ and his crew were so helpful to get us in and out so fast! He also just gave me some very helpful advice on tire maintenance moving forward.Could not have been luckier to run into this crew!

Over the years, I have remained a loyal patron of Big O because of the exceptional professionalism displayed by their team. However, I want to emphasize that my interactions with a specific employee, Marc, have always been top tier. Marc is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and accommodating staff member I have encountered at Big O. His commitment to the automotive service industry is evident in every aspect of his work, from promptly responding to phone calls to expertly working on vehicles. Marc consistently upholds a high standard of professionalism, communicates effectively, addresses all my inquiries, and has built a level of trust that has kept me returning to Big O over the years. As a customer, I value that he consistently prioritizes my best interests, never pressures me, and effectively communicates and explains things in a manner that is easy for me to understand.I highly recommend seeking assistance from Marc and the entire Big O team whenever you are in need of service for your vehicle.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mike and his name slips my mind (my apologies!) were absolutely amazing! We were on vacation coming from California and didn t realize our tires weren t ready for the snow and got stuck the night before, we called them first thing in the morning and they were able to get us in and were very informative on what tires would be best for my car. They were so friendly and offered us water and kept us updated along the way. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us! You guys are the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We are on a very long trip and had just come from Amarillo when my CV Axel broke right as I was coming in to Flagstaff. I was so worried I would be stuck stranded but they were able to get the part right away, the axel seal they received wasn t right but they went out of their way to get the right one from the dealer! They stayed to make sure it was completed so we could get to our hotel. Both gentlemen who work upfront and the tech who stayed late to work on my car deserve a bonus. I cannot thank them enough!!!

Outstanding service and execution. I made an appt 48 hours out to allow for Discount Tire to order a fourth tire. Alec called me within 24 hours to say they had the tires in stock and that they could install them right away.I was on site within 20 minutes and the job took less than one hour. Got the tires I wanted with no upsell or hassle.

Brought my tire in for a pinhole leak and they said it was not fixable but would sell me a tire for 380 bucks. I went to discount tire 2 miles away and low and behold they COULD fix it and had the same tire for 129 dollars, 165 installed. I don t know if they are dishonest at this Big O or stupid but either way avoid them at all costs. They will try and screw you for every penny they can. Avoid avoid avoid

Wow. Just wow. After being treated previously with hostility, we were scared we would never make it home, but Big O s was there to pick us up when we were at our lowest. We were just two scared teenage girls and we wanted to go home. They made sure that happened. They graciously, with no condescension, explained what was wrong and how it worked. Thank you for everything big O s

I had a flat tire at South Rim of Grand Canyon. I was recommended this place to get my tire replaced. I called Tim and he was very helpful. On his assurance, I traveled to Flagstaff and got the tire replaced. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Tim personally helped me make sure they had the right tire for my vehicle. The service was super speedy. They saved my vacation.

These guys were awesome. Front desk was informative keeping me in the loop on my repairs the entire time I was in the store. Apologized for delays and made sure I was taken care of while on a very long road trip thousands of miles away from home. After I left and headed south to Phoenix my tire light came on and I stopped at a location In the valley. They were very rude and stated I would have to pay a second time to have all my tires rebalanced to fix the issue. The flagstaff store kicked in and got them to rebalance and fix the problem getting me back on the road. I am grateful for the staff at the RT 66 location for giving amazing customer service and making sure there customers are taken care of!!

Excellent customer service! We were really in a bind when our car's tire was severely damaged on the freeway leaving Flagstaff, and we limped in 20 minutes before the shop was supposed to close on a Saturday night. No tire shop around was going to be open until Monday, which would have forced us to get a rental car and a hotel room for 2 nights. Luckily this store had tires in stock that fit our car. Service Advisor DJ and his crew stayed overtime to put on a new set of tires for us (as a second was found damaged too). We greatly appreciated their level of customer service, going above and beyond to help us out in an emergency. We highly recommend this Big O Tires location.

Terrible experience. Andrew is awful. Had to have my car towed off the lot, and the weasel wouldn t even let me pay the $450 I owed for a failed experiment over the phone. Couldn t offer one mercy of sparing me one Uber ride, when I will be without a vehicle for weeks as nobody in this town fixes electric cars. I feel sick having to deal with people like him when I m in a bad situation. Please avoid this place.

This location is quick & honest. I was told by another shop that I needed new brake pads. Big O on Rt. 66 double checked for me and said that I didn't need new pads. They showed me everything on my car and gave good recommendations that were honest. This is why I always take my business here. Highly recommend.

We were on a road trip to the Grand Canyon and ran over some large metal piece that flattened our tire. We went to another local tire shop who stated they couldn t fix the tire and we would have to purchase two new tires since our vehicle had 4 wheel drive. We decided to get another opinion with Big O tires and they fixed our old tire right away. Great customer service with honest and professional staff. We can t thank them enough for helping us!

On vacation and this morning our rear tire was almost flat. Closest place was Big O. They looked at the tire removed a metal shard and we were off again in 25 minutes. Courteous quick and efficient.

Went in for some work and my car clearly had more issues than I believed. Went for a temp fix at the time and unfortunately some things didn't go as planned. I let the shop know and that did what they could to rectify. There was some miscommunication at first but once we got everything all figured out the shop got me fixed up right. I'm so happy to be able to drive my car again and will definitely be doing business in the future. Andrew went above and beyond to help out in a frustrating situation on both sides and he was professional and kind through it all, even when I was not.

This location did an excellent job for me. Zach has done an amazing job keeping in touch with me and has had no issues clarifying any questions I had at all. They helped me put in springs, spacers and a new set of wheels and tires. They helped trim away any rub (which I expected) and did such a good job I can't even tell where they trimmed. I am very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done right the first time here in Flagstaff.

Worst place in town!! First. We had a trailblazer go to the shop and came back with rod knock scraped the car. Then I took my tacoma for an alternator, and they charged me double what the alternator is worth and labor on top of that. It doesn't even sound right

Over the top customer service!!! 10 Thank you to Mike, DJ, and Andrew. They were all very respectful and very friendly!!! Dealing with a company car and their patience in the payment process was incredible!!! Kept me informed in everything! Will use this store again!!! Hats off to you all!!!

Excellent costumer service. Andrew took care of my vehicle needs in a professional manner. The Big O tires team was able to quickly performed the job for us to continue our road trip even after business hours. Kuddos to Andrew and his team!!!

Good service good tires but my front cover bumper has slightly scrapes I don't know how they got there?drivers side did I do it? I Don't know? Oh well as long as the motor is fine huh.

Honestly my experience here was phenomenal! Zack took care of my full synthetic oil change and was very friendly in the process! I can't believe the outstanding customer service skills he has! This place will definitely keep my business! Had me in and out in great timing even though he was busy! I appreciated the mechanics knowledge as well!

I've had the pleasure of working with Andrew with the purchase of 2 sets of oversized truck tires and he was not only patient with my 100 questions but really gave a great deal of advice when it came to meeting my needs in the tire. I also have all my fleet vehicles serviced here and it's about as easy as it comes. A personable experience I can appreciate when making a large purchase.
