I have had good experience coming to this big o tires. They're the best. They took care of repairs on my truck quick and was out the door. They dont makes excuses saying they are very busy. I'm very happy with this Big O at this location. Thanks so much. And thanks to the mechanic for doing a good job.

Have a set of carbon wheels and sand tires that I was really struggling with in my garage. Brought it by, Zenon was fantastic! They were efficient and very careful with wheels! Thank you Zenon! 10/10

We were on vacation in a rented vehicle when pressure in one tire dropped dangerously low. Pulled into Big O because we have a long relationship with them back home. Checked and filled all tires quickly - no charge. Next morning, same problem - must be a nail in one tire. Returned, and once again received professional and polite service. The tire was repaired and we were back on our way. No charge. Thanks guys!

My Son goes to NAU and I live in Tucson. I was worried about the safety of his old car. I can't say enough about James Romero and Big O Tires. They made sure my Son was safe at a great price and fast! Thank you James for the great service.

James is awesome. Got me a great deal and noticed my front struts were leaking. He let me know it was still under warranty. Extremely helpful and I was in and out in 40 mins. Would highly recommend.

I've had a lot of work done on my truck over the last year, at a variety of shops in multiple states. Everything from tires, to engine rebuild, to suspension. I've had some bad experiences, and wasn't sure about this place when I pulled in to get an alignment. Turned out to be a great experience, the truck drives/feels great. They noticed my tie-rods were bad, and had new ones delivered in minutes, installed in half an hour.Side note: A previous shop (American Spring) charged me for an alignment 2-weeks earlier, that made no difference, and never mentioned my tie-rods needing changing, even though I had them inspect my suspension and was having suspension-related work done.)

Big O Tires Located on Walgreens Road in Flagstaff, Arizona is without a doubt the best tire and automotive repair shop in Flagataff! I ve been doing business with them for many years now. I ve trusted them with my own vehicles as well as my family member s several vehicles as well for the best tires, as well as both minor and even major automotive repairs! James and Tim are both personable and professional in the automotive business. Providing expert technical solutions to any automotive maintenance and repair needs!Furthermore, James and Tim stand behind their work! It s done right the first time! I have always used Big O but ended up with a flat tire in Flagstaff. Since I trust the name, I took my car there for the tire repair.For some reason, the front right door was opened by the service men. When my car was returned to me, my glovebox was ransacked, my console was opened and ransacked, the coins on the console for parking meters and tolls, amounting to several dollars were taken. I was appalled at the lack of respect for my property and my belongings. My passenger door was covered in greasy fingerprints, inside and out. This location has serious management issues. Do go there.

Came in for a tire rotation & balance. 2.5 hours later, they haven't evengotten it into the shop, until I asked, " how much longer is the wait?" With that a tech asked around and finally came back and said, "yours is next." All the other people who came in after us (no ethnicity mentioned) were in and out in no time! Just I & another Native couple have been waiting for nearly 3 hours now! Still waiting!

I was passing through Flagstaff last week just before the Thanksgiving holiday when I got the dreaded low tire pressure warning. I was in a hurry to get back to Sedona for afternoon activities with my family, and there were several people waiting for other services. When I explained the situation the wonderful team at this location got me back on the road within minutes! Can t thank you enough!!

In short: take your car here!!! They will take care of you! THEY SAVED OUR LIVESwe were on a road trip from Idaho in a 2011 Toyota Hilander when it started SHAKING on the highway. Previously we took in into MULTIPLE mechanics in Idaho because of a clicking sound, where we were told it was NOTHING. Now we re on this road trip and our car is shaking.We took it into Big O and told them we needed to be back on the road ASAP. They found that our front struck was BROKEN. The wheel was hanging on for dear life and had cracked another component on the front suspension. About 15 hours of labor they did in a 24 hour time period and the very next day we were back on the road!!And their pricing was so fair! We called the Toyota dealership and they wanted to charge us $400 more for the labor for just one part of the fix! AND our replaced parts have a lifetime warranty. These guys took care of us in a really scary situation where we were stranded without a car that worked.AND the guy even offered to pick us up at the hotel across the street when it was finished.

The manager James and his mechanics did an awesome job on my vehicles. My 2015 F-250 and 2010 Nissan Maxima. Always a good experience. Highly recommend..

These people are amazing, I had gotten a flat on the highway Saturday night & needed to get a tire to get back home to California & with everything closed on Sunday I got so lucky to have seen the lady in the parking lot I told her I just need to buy a tire even though the store was closed her husband was able to find me a tire. I thank you so much for all the help getting me back home to California & again thank you

First time going to this location in town. I could not be more satisfied from the moment they answered the phone and all through the process of fixing my tire they were very friendly. It is nice to still see folks taking pride in caring for their customers.

Outrageous pricesNo online pricing options. Once I called to get a quote it was more than double what the next highest quote. Over $1400 including for a set of Michelin defender 215 70 16 installed. These tires are advertised as thier specially discounted tires now too

Update, Brad called me ask me to come back in to make things right and check the alignment. It means a lot to me when the manager calls to fix a problem so I've updated the review from yesterday. Thank you Brad for making things right.

I wouldn't go their after my friends took their trucks their for alignment. The guy called and said it was gonna cost 5100 to fix to replace parts that we know we're already changed. I have another friend they said to him on his 2yr old truck 5200. I can't do that

Manager, James, and mechanic, Dave are both outstanding! I had work done elsewhere in Flagstaff involving the steering systems on my vehicle and it was done poorly. Not only did James get the job done correctly, but went above and beyond and was able to have the work covered under warranty. All work done on my vehicle absolutely exceeded my expectations. Dave even noticed that the emergency parking break needed adjustment and just took care of it. This kind of workmanship is often very difficult to find and is very much appreciated. Thank you very much James and Dave for the work that you do! You have a loyal customer in me.It was time for a new set of tires. The trouble was excessive road noise. James quickly recommended the tires and had them installed. I was out the door inside an hour and couldn t be happier. Fair pricing, friendly and courteous staff and the tires are so quiet. Thank you for all the hard work James and crew!James always takes care of getting the necessary work done reliably, time and with absolutely fair pricing. I just picked up my car and all is well yet again.

We were traveling to Flagstaff for Dr. Appointments. We had a little health emergency when our tire went flat. The team at this specific Big O, jumped out to help us right away. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The Manager was so kind. We got out of there in 20 minutes with a new tire. I can't thank your staff enough for your attention, kindness and expedious service! Thank you so much. By the way, we got home safely. Much appreciated

These guys know what they re doing as far as tire work! I went to Discount Tire by Safeway and they were CLUELESS! Chili and Ion got my tires and rims done in 30 min!

We had issues and thought it was tire related, so we had our car taken to Big O Tire in Flagstaff. It turned out to be upper & lower control arms and the rear transfer case output shaft seal. They got us in late afternoon on a Thursday, worked late trying to get the right control arms, and got us out before lunch on Friday. A big thank you to James and the rest of the crew. We have been going to Big O Tires for years and this is why we keep coming back. I just can't say enough about how well James took care of us and to get us back on the road to get to our destination.

Phenomenal work, very sincere, accurate, and diligent mechanics.While traveling accross country, we had a huge car issue concerning the manifold in our car. Even through the crazy snow storms the area had in February these gentlemen worked their butts off to get the car back in great condition to finish the journey to our destination another 1,700 miles, and is still running very smoothly. Special shout out to Mark who went way above and beyond. So very thankful for all of them, we wouldn't have gotten home without their great work!!!

I was driving cross country and hit a huge pothole, causing a bubble to form in my tire. Big O Tires was able to replace the tire and get me back on the road in under an hour. And they were $50 cheaper than the estimate given to me by a different tire store down the road.
