NEVER go here to get your phone fixed I plaid 237 for a guy to fix my phone with a phone screen kit that cost $35 (I looked up the brand) for my phone to be absolutely terrible after the fact. I would get ghost dots and it would seem as if someone else was controlling my phone I got my screen fixed again through AT&T for free I will never be purchasing anything from batteries plus again

I bought a battery for my Google Pixel and brought it in to replace the battery. When I brought it in, the phone was fully functioning, but when I came back to pick it up, I realized after an hour that the touchscreen was not working right. There was a dead zone on the top quarter of the touchscreen and you couldn't zoom in on the screen. I came in with a working phone and left with a broken one.When I brought it back in, the gentleman told me he had forgot to check my phone to see if it worked. He offered to replace the touchscreen and issue a repair. I left my number and phone type and that was over a week ago with no one calling me back. The result of this has created hardship when it comes to my work. I have had to rotate my phone to access my keypad or touch a part of the screen I needed to insert an input. Also the use of some apps I have has been useless since I cant rotate the screen to use the app.Overall, I spent money to replace my battery and got a broken phone instead. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the poor customer service and attention to detail. I won't be using them again, and will bite the bullet and purchase a new phone. Thank you, Batteries Plus for making my initial purchase a waste of my time. Don't waste yours either.

This was the most amazing company to deal with. They went totally above and beyond to help us in a desperate situation with a dead car battery on a Sunday no less!!! The customer service experience and work they performed was over the top amazing! And to top it off the car battery price and warranty was cheaper than other quotes I found elsewhere. Totally worth much more than just five stars!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff (with the exception of the one mechanically challenged team member who attempted to install a car battery) That was a major flail and ended up at my mechanic immediately after for a terminal replacement. The team has been great to work with for the past 15+ years. This install experience was an outlier. If you are having a battery installed in your vehicle, inquire exactly how many batteries they have successfully installed... This is the best place to get all your batteries, bulbs and flashlights. Now go buy something!

The Batteries Plus Bulbs staff members I encountered at their store in Flagstaff, AZ were helpful, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable concerning my need to have my ZTE cell phone battery replaced. The technician who replaced the battery for me did what I could not: he removed the back of the phone, to obtain access to the battery compartment and replaced the old battery with my new one without damaging the phone. He did the job within two hours, which allowed my wife and I to return home earlier than expected after a grueling day in which I had scheduled two other healthcare appointments - one in Sedona, one in Flagstaff. The staff member who worked behind the counter and, who greeted me to take my order behaved in a very professional, helpful and courteous manner as well. Plus, after I got home I tested the phone, and it worked better than before.I have no doubt that I'll return to Batteries Plus Bulbs in Flagstaff, in person and online, for my future battery needs. The store is a nearly indispensable resource for me considering our reliance on technology, and always has been. I thoroughly recommend it to you for your battery needs.

This place was able to fix my phone battery and was incredibly nice. The owners are amazing and were able to answer all my questions. I would definitely come here again with anymore phone problems.

At best this please is a joke 1 hr to get thru on the phone only to find out there's only one person working on a Saturday. she's the owner and still can't answer simple question's.....I will never set foot in this ridiculous establishment and yeah Mrs I'm the owner.... You don't deserve to own or run a business..... Your an idiot!

I have dealt with Batteries Plus a few times for different batteries for my truck and dirtbike. Also had them fix my broken iPhone and put a new battery in it. They have always taken care of me! I would highly recommend them. Talk to Gavin or Jeff!

I love how they hire younger associates that don't answer the phone after 6pm even Tho they are open till 7. Just rings and asks to put in your remote access code. Maybe local is not better.

Twice I had a broken screen on 2 different phones, and they stopped working. Both times Robert was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Both times the repairs were completed in a quick and courteous manner. As we all know Verizon is more than happy to sell you a new phone for $1000 or more. Thanks to Robert this wasn't the case.

Ordered 2 rv batteries while camping 17 miles out of town.received a confirmation and later an Email that the order was filled and ready for curb side pick up. Upon arrival I was told only 1 battery was in stock. On top of that I was billed twice on my visa card. ($333.62�2) that still needs to be resolved. This is all totally unacceptable. Date of visit was 8/27/2023

I walked in with my broken phone, 20 minutes before they closed and halfway through a mental breakdown, and Gavin was so incredibly kind and helpful that he was able to singlehandedly stop the meltdown I was having. I will absolutely return here for all of my future tech repair needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality tech help from knowledgeable people for a reasonable price.

They fixed my screen and were extremely nice about having to stay late - I had a good 6:30 PM appointment and the repair was not going smooth. Also, they said that my appointment didn't register in the system because the appointments are made through a central system and the location is a franchise.

I went in to have my battery checked and replaced. The owner Jeff informed me I would unfortunately have to replace my battery as it was no longer in good condition. I was able to buy a new battery at a decent price and he even installed it for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Chaleenah also made sure I knew how long my warranty lasted and that I could go to any other batteries plus bulbs store if I needed a replacement. They made my experience super fast and super easy. Definitely recommend them for any service!

The BEST place in town hands down!!!! The employees are very educated, very knowledgeable and helpful they took their time to diagnose my vehicle (checked the battery and alternator) before figuring out that I needed a new battery because my old battery was only cranking half the amps that it should of been. I recently had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and they very kindly installed my new battery for me !! I can t highly recommend this company more, it s the only place I will go to for all my battery needs!! Thank you !!!

I dropped a 75 pound weight on my buddy s iPhone and totally shattered the screen. I knew Batteries Plus Bulbs did phone repairs so I took it by their store here in flagstaff Arizona. They were very excepting and polite and helped me out right away. Their customer service was beyond amazing and I have never felt so welcomed before. My phone was done in about 30 minutes and looked as good as new!!! I would definitely recommend stopping by their store for any batteries, lights, or device repairs!!! You won t regret it!!

Best price to replace batteries in my golf cart including installation. Goes way beyond the norm in service. Diverse selection of products in stock and he can order almost anything you would need. All of the staff are very friendly. It's a fun place to shop. It seems like we're always stopping by when batteries or bulbs burn out.

Very knowledgeable staff father and son duo. I ordered the wrong batteries for my solar system. The team was able to assist me with getting the right batteries I needed even referred me to a guy who could hook my sol4 system up. Thanks so much for the great service. Color people friendly.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. I went in to schedule a phone screen repair, and they had to special order a part for my phone. Because of this, I had to pay up front. I found out from my family after the fact that I could submit a claim through Verizon and get my phone fixed for $400 less than what I had been charged, so I went to get a refund. The associate I spoke with, who I believe to be a manager or supervisor of some sort, spoke down go me and blamed me for wanting a refund. Instead of trying to help me, he immediately started complaining that I wanted a refund because he had had to order the part. No customer service skills at all, and I felt embarrassed and ridiculed for not wanting to spend my money there. I was told that they would contact the retailer where they ordered the part from, and that they would call me back with information about the restocking fee, which I would pay. I ended up having to call them back, only to find out that the retailer had been closed. I was told I would only have to pay for shipping since they didn't have information about the restocking fee for me. I believe that they didn't call me back in order to get more money out of me. It is extremely disappointing that this business would try to take advantage of a local student, out of work, in the middle of a pandemic. Please don't go to this business. They will take advantage of you, cheat you out of your money, and overall treat you poorly. They only care about the money, and not about their customers at all.

Sam was awesome! He explained the issues with my current car battery and helped me pick a new one that best suit my car. He answered all the questions I had, and seemed to have a full understanding of all the product features which is pretty rare nowadays. I even got help installing the new one in my car. The whole experience was a breeze. Thanks!

I purchased 4 6V deep cycle batteries from the Flagstaff store for my small solar application. After a year now checking acid levels per proper maintenance schedules all batteries are even and consistent. Batteries are Duracell and the store had new stock in the store when i purchased. I go there now for all of my battery needs.

Very pleased with the professional advice while replacing my RV batteries today. Wanted to upgrade to 6 volt batteries and Jeff was excellent at explaining the advantages as well as the change over. Great customer service.

It's nice to be able to go to a place that has every battery you might need. I needed a replacement battery for my car key and had looked in grocery and convenience stores and was unable to find it. Here it was easy to find and the employees are very helpful.

The touchpad on my screen became unresponsive after a drop so I looked around for the closest repair shop and found the price at Batteries Plus Bulbs was the lowest. They did disclose that they use a third party part for the screen instead of a genuine Apple one but I didn't think that would make that big of a difference. After the repair the screen was so glitchy that it became almost unuseable. Typing would have constant typos and it would even accept calls on its own. I ended up just trading it in and upgrading to the Iphone 13 because I didn't want to waste time going to the store again.

My surge protector needed a new battery.... I was delighted that the employee (sorry, didn't get his name) opened the unit, grabbed the correct battery, and had it in and tested in the blink of an eye. Great service! Thanks!

They actually had my Iphone 6s battery on hand. Was in Sedona and the battery just died. The employees were very nice and service was quick(about an hour). They were a lifesaver. Only thing, the receipt did not show the total paid....

Wife had her Battery for her Nissan replaced, Used the website it was easy to choose and order the battery. Scheduled a replacement time and had it done!
