I had a deer run into me in my Escape so I figured the OEM body shop in town would be the best place to go plus I heard they were really good also. They eventually got the vehicle fixed which is why I gave an extra star, but I can't suggest anyone go there. Took multiple visits due to emblems falling off and misaligned panels. The worst thing was they actually ruined my wheels which had no issues with them. After getting the vehicle back my wife noticed the wheels had giant etched blotches on them. They replaced them with some OEM refurbs that kept coming in with the clear coat cracking rather than just ordering new wheels. It was my first experience with any body shop so I don't know if that is the norm, but definitely not what I expected out of the experience.

The whole staff was so accommodating and made every effort to get finished by the time I needed the car back, Not to mention a great eye for detail. I would highly recommend using Babbitt Collision

I had an outstanding experience at Babbitt Collision Center, all thanks to Gage! His customer service is some of the best I ve ever experienced, and I ve worked in customer service for almost 10 years. He has been going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The repair he did on my car's door was flawless, making it look as good as new. I highly recommend Gage and the team for their expertise and fantastic service! After having a great experience myself . I sent one of my coworkers to have her car worked on and she was so well taken care of by Gage she also then has referred a friend of hers to take their car .

If I could give them negative stars I would. When I called they said they would have my truck down in a week. It's been almost a month. I had to have a tire changed by a different company because I had a warranty on it, they gave me the wrong tire. They didn't know which one was my truck. I have called them every other day asking for an update on my truck and they keep telling next week or tomorrow. This has gone on for over 2 weeks now. They buy the wrong parts then they are waiting on something else. And it's a never ending cycle. Do not go to this place, I have never had such a terrible experience with an auto shop.

I had my front bumper and fog light changed, and when I picked my truck up, the air covers on my tires were gone, and I had a 3 in deep scrape on my front passenger door. At that time I was afraid to go in and say something due to being new to the area, and not wanting enemies. I finally built up the courage to speak up. My point is to take pictures of your entire vehicle before leaving your car in their possession.

If you love gambling on when your vehicle might be finished with zero communication then this is the place for you. At my insurances request we took two of our vehicles here. My first one they only missed the estimated completion date by three weeks. And I had to call them to get any updates, I guess they thought I should telepathically know they wouldn t be finished or when it would be done. The second vehicle was more of the same but wore. They gave me seven completion dates and missed all seven. And they never called me once, I had to physically go in the shop because they kept telling me they would call me back but never did. They promised I would have my vehicle back for the Christmas holidays so we could go on a trip, but alas won t be done for another week. I guess even Santa couldn t help them keep their promises.

I recently took my Subaru Crosstrek in after someone hit it and destroyed the rear bumper. Carl took care of my claim, and he was EXCELLENT! He was very honest and he helped me get better parts for my car than my insurance recommended. My car was done sooner than I expected for less money than I expected, and it's looking and driving wonderfully.Big thanks to Carl, and a big recommendation to any in need of collision damage repair!!!

In repairing my left rear light they damaged the tailgate assist. Instead of apologizing and repairing it (24 dollar item) they told me it was a Ford after market item and they would not repair it. The mechanic who worked on my truck was awesome. The service was not.

My car was T-boned, and they didn't manage to discover obvious defects with the car, and returned it to me with MANY problems that were on the 23 point 'checklist' that they go over to ensure your car is it in 'tip-top' shape.After voicing my concerns, and returning the car to them for additional repairs, the manager, Wade, gave me attitude and treated me like my concerns were not valid. He said he would contact my insurance company and get back to me, and never returned my phone calls.These guys are running a scam, and I would advise you to take your business elsewhere, Wade is the slimiest of all the people in the business.

Way over priced. They do good work but are expensive. For a simple little rust spot on my pickup wheel fender they wanted almost $1000 to paint the entire quarter panel. They wouldn't even consider doing just a touch up.

When I drooped my car off they told me the minor damage to my front bumper would take 2 days. When I called on the day it was supposed to be ready they told me they had to order a part that wouldn't be in for more than a week. They apparently were not going to notify me about this delay. Every time I called to see if my car was ready they had a different excuse. Finally, it's the 2nd Friday they've had my vehicle and it's still not done and they are closed on Sat.

Excellent work on our 2015 Ford explorer. Our vehicle has white platinum tri coat paint and they did an excellent job matching it to factory spec. Thank you Wade and Sharon you guys are very helpful.

Took my audi in for service after a t bone Josh was my Rep he was very knowledgeable and helpful they techs did an amazing job looks beautiful can't even tell where the damage was 5 stars would totally recommend

Was quoted 14 days for my repairs. It took 6 weeks. Drivers side door leaks air now. Have to go back for a 2nd repair.
