Holy moly!Stopped here passing through from Houston to Reno to get a couple of tools and parts. David H was so friendly and helped us out immensely. I cannot stress enough how much he helped us and took a load off our shoulders on this trip. There was also some construction nearby so he gave us some directions to head towards.

Wonderful place the staff is very friendly & helpful! Jacob tested our Armada, we thought it was the battery but it was the starter. Jacob recommended a place and it worked well. Thank you so much

Deitrick at this location was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping a mom with her kids. We were stuck on a road trip alone and he got us back on the road.

I use the commercial side of AutoZone because work for a land cruiser shop. Robert at the commercial desk pis my first choice when looking for parts and is the one to go to when tracking down wierd or random parts. Great service Great Customer Service.

Today my sister and I came to this auto zone and we were helped out by Gabe and Jacob R. Both were more than helpful and friendly. Gabe asked Jacob an opinion on something for my sister to get the best answers on where she should take her car mechanic wise. After finishing helping us and giving us a lot of information we went to leave. We were sitting in her car and Jacob ran up to us making sure we didn t leave yet and he asked us if we could come back inside so he could give us a list of the parts we needed so we wouldn t get scammed. So much appreciation to Gabe and Jacob

Contrary to what customer Dani stated, assistant store manager Jacob is a great manger, always going above and beyond, fixing mistakes and trying his best to make every customer leave happy. I don t think I ve met a harder worker yet. The comment in question from Dani stated he was misogynistic and rude, when in fact he bought a lunch for us both and wanted me to have majority say in what we got. These girls took an innocent incident and created a story.

My mother and I went into this place to have her battery checked. And we were treated very rudely by a very condescending employee. When we came back in later to pick up the battery. The manager was very, very nice and very helpful.

I went in to get motor oil the girl didn't know what she was doing try to sell me the wrong oil and upsell me some expensive and wrong oil that could have damage the car not to mention the cost to get it fixed her nonchalant demeanor was sicking.

Cashier was rude. Store manager Jacob made a comment out loud to a female employee telling her to to hurry up and stop being a woman for once and decide what she wants to buy while she was trying to buy a snack at the counter.Very shocking misogynistic and offensive comment!!!!

Thank you, Jacob, for being so helpful, patient, and kind while helping us with our battery issue! We were back on the road to go off-road in only 15 minutes! Jacob is such a wonderful capable, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable employee who has a great customer service attitude! He made our stressful event a wonderful quick experience!Shout out to the manager: Give the man a raise! Great employees that make your business shine are hard to come by! And if you happen to be the manager, give yourself a raise!Thanks again! Our vacation adventures can now continue! We are so grateful we stopped here.

The service was good. I had some parts that were wrong for my ride, but the counterperson was helpful in correcting the issue and was able to get the correct parts for my vehicle. I was in and out within 15 min.

Needed help with my car battery when it decided to stop working out of no where. Wife and I were traveling across the country and driving through Flagstaff and had no tools/supplies. Dave was able to help us out and got us back on the road. Thank you Dave for lending us a hand and being such a tremendous help!

Person helping me really had an attitude and didn't know where the battery was under the hood. I borrowed a wrench and swapped it out myself so we could get back to camping trip quickly.

We came to autozone with an engine misfire. I must say, Tyler L was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time out of his busy day to make sure that we were okay and that we were able to change our spark plugs correctly. Tyler definitely made our experience memorable and enjoyable.

Went in on a very cold morning for new wiper blades and both Ella and Cortland were very helpful in making sure I had the right products and getting them installed, which was more complicated than expected on my car. Great service.

I ended up pulling in because my car's engine was smoking and they were very close. I was hoping to get some advice as to why it might have been smoking and how I could go about fixing it, as well as if it was safe to even drive home. The staff, however, seemed very uninterested and I definitely had the vibe that they wanted me gone. Having worked in retail, I could relate, but since this was a matter of safety, I was hoping to get some help real quick and then get out.When I got help from a manager, he, too, seemed dismissive. I asked if he'd be able to take a look real quick to help determine if I can drive my car home, but he refused and just gave me his best guess as to what my issue is. Yes, it's his right to refuse to go out to look at my car, but all I wanted was a second opinion on whether or not I'd die in a car fire. I bought the part he recommended (better safe than sorry) but it would've been nice to get a more definitive answer as to what my issue is. I think the guy's name was Nathaniel, but I could be wrong there.I usually go to O'Reilly's, so maybe I'm just used to a higher quality of service. They're always friendly and at least pretend to be willing to help. I've met one person here like that, to their credit (probably the owner, or at least someone In Charge). Every other time I go to this AutoZone, I always get the feeling that the staff just wants me gone. And, as a member of staff in a retail store, I get it. But maybe they should be a little better at hiding it

What a LIFE Saver!!! I called this store because of their excellent customer service 5-Star Reviews and I was NOT disappointed. ENRIQUE answered my call and provided the friendly voice I needed! I was pretty much left stranded by a rude tow-truck driver; my mini-van full of my beloved pets- a 10 month old black lab pup, and three kittens as well as packed to the brim with too many belongings as I make my way from California to Georgia. Enrique went above and beyond to ensure that I received the right battery for my vehicle with the power needed and also cost efficient. His kindness was SO appreciated during this stressful situation. This store is THE best around and really stands by their customer service. Thank you very very much.

Surprise dead battery before a long drive to Phoenix for a flight. Richard got me squared away with what I needed and Lee installed my battery. In and out in less than 30 minutes, everyone was super nice! Thank you for getting me back on the road!!!

Our battery died on a Sunday, so I called AutoZone to make sure they were opened and replaced batteries. On the phone, they confirmed they had the correct battery in stock for my car and gave me quotes. After jumping the car, I got there and had the best service. Lee J was great. He changed the battery and checked the old one, confirming it was bad and time to swap out! Turned what was a stressful morning into a good day!

The most honest auto parts store I've ever been to. I have been repairing and building cars and motorcycles for 6 years. This location by far has the most honest staff I have ever seen. They have found the best prices for me as I have a tight budget even if the sale goes to another business. For this reason I still chose to pay a bit more for certain things just to support them. I won't go to any other auto parts store as I trust them fully. If you're looking for anything automotive related stop by here FIRST I promise they will really take care of you. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
