My coworker hit my car in the parking lot at work and left a hole in the bumper. So, my mustang needed a new bumper and paint. The bumper was an easy swap, but I was nervous about a good paint match on my grey metallic paint. I told Eric, the owner, that I'd heard they do good work and I was trusting them to do a good job. I expressed right up front that I would be picky about a good paint match. We agreed on the job and after about a week, I got my car back. WOW. Just WOW. The bumper swap and paint was absolutely FLAWLESS. It was seamless. I couldn't tell the old paint from the new. The color and metallic flake was the best paint match I have ever seen. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I am highly satisfied and my mustang is good as new. Thanks Eric and crew!!!!

This shop is AMAZING! Brought my car in after a deer accident, this was a MASSIVE job. They got my car back to me better than I could ve ever imagined. Eric and his team are excellent. They did the best work Ive had done on any of my cars here in town. Definitely recommend, extremely pleased with their work and their commitment to their work. Eric took incredible care of my daughter's car. He replaced the bumper and smoothed the dent. The paint looks original. He and his people were great to work with. We took it for an estimate on a Monday. He ordered the parts that afternoon. We brought the car in Wednesday morning and by Friday at noon, we had it back for just a tiny bit more than the original estimate. Struck a deer at Grand Canyon. Eric immediately worked on my car when it's towed to the shop. The temporary fix he put on my car allowed us to continue our vacation trip, and drove back to Dallas safely. Really appreciate his work and help.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Thought after using this shop two other times i would have a third good experience, chad used to be amazing. Eric, the new owner on the other hand will confuse you and when you ask for him to be clear be warned he might start yelling at you like in my case. Paid upfront cash and i was treated like i was the one who was going to screw over the deal, oh yeah they also broke my winsdield and never even told me about it ! I had to find out from the shards of glass in my trunk and Eric's "advice" of being careful of going through car washes because of the work he did. Sounds good is just as bad and as unfriendly, good luck dealing with these guys. I will never be going back and ill make sure to steer anyone away if I can! Service: Body & Trim

Can't thank Eric and his crew at Auto Body Clinic enough for the fantastic job they did repairing my older vehicle. The care that went into finding the right parts and attention to detail was outstanding. (My car looks better than before the accident!)Eric was upfront, honest, and personable when explaining what he proposed to do and answered all questions with patience. The final cost was fair, reasonable, and within his original estimate.This is indeed the place to take your vehicle for bodywork!

Chad is truly one of the kindest and most caring men I have ever met. The first day I met with him to get an estimate on what the damage to my bumper would cost, I know that I was in good hands. He cares about the people he works with and does not just see them as customers. I feel very blessed to have gotten to meet Chad even under the circumstances of being in an accident. The workers repaired my car quickly and efficiently and put a lot of hard work into getting it done knowing that I had no way to school or work without it. If you need any body work done to your vehicle, this is the place to go hands down.

I was beyond pleased with the work done to replace my front bumper and windshield fluid receptacle! Both had been damaged by hitting a giant jackrabbit. I watched Chad as he priced the parts from the same website I had used for my own research prior to going in (so I had a good idea of what the price should be). He quoted me a very reasonable estimate, and was accommodating in letting us drop the car off on the date of our choice AND had the work completed in the time frame we requested (7 days)! He even repaired a fist-sized dent and scratch (from a prior bump into a dumpster) FREE of CHARGE!! I am very happy with the work Auto Clinic put in and would recommend them to anyone in need of body work or repair!

Auto Clinic did just what I wanted at a good price. They repaired and painted a fender and reattached a bumper while reusing as many existing parts as possible. Final price was $130 less than the next highest estimate and less than half of the all-new-parts guys. No it's not perfect but definitely better than good enough. Great option for a self-pay ten-year-old car repair.

After getting to town and getting into an unexpected collusion these guys not only were the only ones able to handle nearly all the repair on site, the replaced bumper, suspension tune up and alignment, but also perfectly matched the paint job. With only an incredibly small window to get these repairs complete they not only did a fantastic job but was also incredible with customer service. If I ever have a car problem in flagstaff these are the first ones I'm going to.

Been a customer of Auto Clinic for years. They provide excellent service at a great price. I've been to other places that just push you through and don't really care, but the folks at Auto Clinic don't make the experience feel that way. Honest work at excellent prices. If ever possible, I'll continue bringing my vehicles here for service.

Great experience with Eric and the team - they got right to work and the end result looks just like new. More than that, Eric was able to navigate the complex waters of dealing with another driver's insurance to get everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

If you want someone who cares go here first!!!! Chad is a sweetheart! They were so kind to me and went ABOVE and BEYOND for me!!I went to lathams the week before my accident to get a estimate as I had been keyed and had 6 little scratches, he quoted me 7 thousands dollars and was so so so rude I'm still stunned.! So I went down the street But I must say thank you to them as a week later I was hit by a snow plow! I immediately went to Auto clinic, my car looks brand new and they fixed the scratches for free! My car looks better than before! Are you kidding me. LuAnn is amazing, they even delivered it! And all for just a little more than what I was quoted down the street, FOR SCRATCHES!I LOVE these guys and will tell anybody that listens go here first!!!!! So glad Auto clinic got my business and will forever more! Will tell everyone about you guys!!:)

Chad was recommended to me and his office could do with a good dusting but a very satisfying experience. Clear in options. Took care of quotes, available on phone for any questions and service was timely and professional. Don t underestimate Chad s ability to deliver!

One of the worst places in town to go. Eric in the front office has absolutely no idea what he is doing. And man do they love to take their sweet time. Nothing is urgent over there an dthey take 3-4 days to even get back to you on ANYTHING. Save your money and go somewhere else, Hurst Firestone will be getting my business from now on

I went in to inquire about some work for my vehicle and the owner "Chad" kept dancing around my questions and to top off my experience he was blatantly drunk!! He could hardly hold a conversation... Then he rushed me out of the building barely answering any of my questions and then got into a vehicle and drove off!! I have heard a lot of good things about this shop, but after seeing that, I would NEVER take a vehicle here knowing they apparently drink on the job... Very sad
