I was traveling cross country. My Sprinter is very large, too large for the lift. Shop manager Tom worked with me to replace a worn caliper. Customer service is #1 here, and the quality is superior. Hourly labor charge is very reasonable. 10/10 will recommend!

We were traveling back to MN. Our car was shaking/shimming on the road. We stopped into Ascot Automotive. They welcomed us with open arms!! A mechanic took a very good look at it, drove it and when he was done he showed us the problem. We took his advice and things went great after that. So impressed with the knowledge, professionalsm and courtesy that they showed us. If you have vehicle problems just go to Ascot s. You won t be sorry. Thanks to the crew there!

Ascot Auto helped finish getting my 1994 truck running as I ran into some electrical issues out of my expertise. They have helped with a pre purchase vehicle inspection and now my go-to for all my vehicle maintenance! Recently went in for oil and air filter notification and they saw the air filter was clean and did not try to upsell anything. Honest work.

I can handle the rudeness of people at their place of work as I imagine not everyone is thrilled with their chosen profession every single day. It just happens. Simple alignment was all I needed. They got it wrong the first visit and the only reason I caught it was because my vehicle handled WORSE than when I went in, and upon a closer look, the data on the print out from the alignment machine that they provided showed that it was wrong. Second visit to correct the error seemed to be right because the second printout displayed the correct data. But my vehicle still just wasn t handling correctly and for approximately a year, I drove around assuming the alignment was done correctly and that maybe there was something else wrong with my vehicle finally, just before investing a bunch of money to figure out what could be wrong with my vehicle, I had the alignment checked out. Not only was it way off, but there is nothing else wrong with my vehicle and now it drives fantastic and I gained 4mpg. I drove around for a year not knowing how bad I got taken by these people. Looking back on the rudeness part, and knowing how incredibly easy an alignment is to perform with the right equipment, I think they did it on purpose for some reason. I honestly feel like the dood at the counter just simply didn t like me and intended to screw me from go . Or possibly I was being set up for unnecessary repairs I don t know. I m just so happy my truck finally handles so nice. It s so fun to drive now. I love driving it again! Beware.

Traveling through town when our truck started making weird noises. There were able to fit us in right away and give us a good idea of what was going on. They were super friendly and willing to help! Highly recommend

On a 15 hr family road trip we had our car coolant reservoir leak and we called this facility. They had a tow truck to us within 10 minutes and had refreshments in office while we waited for them to check out the car. They notified us it was just the original cap that needed to be put back on and sent us on our way with no charge. We are so grateful for such a great company looking out and helping us get back on the road. I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you guys again.

With all the stress of finals, Ascot Automotive provided some relief after some unfortunate events on the road. Joe was especially helpful, he was very personable over the phone and offered advice on work needed to be done to ensure I had the greatest experience. They were very explicit on their pricing, you won't be paying for anything other than the parts needed and the labor! I took my vehicle in on a Monday and it was out of the shop Wednesday afternoon even after shipping parts from Phoenix! Whether you're a student or a local, this place will not disappoint! Thank you for a great experience!

The people at Ascot are friendly, professional, and have a quick turnaround time. I have come to them twice in the last two weeks with sudden important repairs and they have been able to accommodate me quickly each time and for a decent price. I m very grateful!

Work was done promptly. An estimate was provided and the final price was within the estimate range. When picking up the vehicle, the work completed and the charges were clearly explained. Thanks Ascot for a job well done!

On our way back to Utah, our vehicle began shaking. Stopped in at Ascot Automotive to see if they could have a look. Within 24 hours, they had replaced plugs, wires and two ignition coils that had failed. They also performed a fuel induction service. Made it home no problem and the van is running smoother than ever.

Ascot Automotive has taken care of my cars for decades. It has been a gift to be able to trust the organization to do excellent work, and know any vehicle I own will be in optimal condition after their care and attention. Joe's (the original owner) legacy lives on.

Adam, the acting manager was very helpful. They got me in fast and provided great service at what I consider to be a great value. I had to tow a trailer and I needed work done quickly. My trailer harness was faulty , they troubleshooted it and found the problem all within half a day of me calling. Very thankful for this Shop. Nice locked tears in a good location. Friendly, Professional, efficient, and courteous staff.

The customer service is good, but the prices are unreasonably high. Turnaround is good, but it s still not worth the price. They use a lot of analogies to the doctor s office and I would say that is an accurate comparison. Check other places first.

Darius and team were amazing to work with!! I was referred to Ascot Auto by another shop, just passing through Flagstaff on a road trip. They were able to get my car in same day for a brake inspection. They were communicative and super knowledgeable. Rear brakes were replaced with no issues! Thank you for the amazing service.

We had an issue with our car, and they did everything they could to help us, including driving out to our house four times to drive us to the shop and back. I ve had my car serviced here a couple of times and every time it is an easy and comfortable experience. The staff are very communicative and transparent about pricing as well as knowledgeable. I ve recommended them to people when asked because they are the best option in Flag for car maintenance and repair.

Everyone knows what it's like to have car trouble 2,000 miles from home. We called AAA & they referred us to ASCOT in Flagstaff AZ. Matt called a sister shop that could accommodate our Class B RV. Tom got us in that morning and had us back on the road that afternoon. They went beyond the call of duty. They squeezed us in between jobs and didn't overcharge us. They provided snacks & drinks during our stay. From the waiting room, the restroom, to the garage, this place is very clean. Matt, Tom, and all the staff are top notch.

I called them for some routine maintenance on my car and they were able to get me in the next day. They inspected the car, gave me an estimate and then did what I agreed for them to do in the time estimated. There were no hassles and no attempt to add additional services. It doesn't get any better than that!

The guys at Ascot automotive are some of the best people I've ever worked with. As I was heading out from Flagstaff on I-17, my Jeep overheated so we had to pull over and call for help. We brought the car over to Ascot to see what was going on. We'll, I've got to say this is the best bunch of guys I've ever met in the automotive industry. Ascot managed to get us in, determine our issue, and get us back on the road before the end of the same day. Communication was amazing and the tech that fixed our problem explains every detail of the problem and what he had done to fix it up. I can't thank you enough Ascot, you really saved the day for us. Thanks for everything!

BEWARE, totally unprofessional - ripoff quote charge. - My wife called and asked for a quote on repairing a water pump on her MKX. They said they couldn't give it over the phone, but would have to look at it. She brought the vehicle in, had to leave it off, and the next day they called her with a quote. They charged her $70 for the quote - didn't tell her they would charge for a quote. Every place that she called was able to provide a quote (a range of prices) over the phone...for free. She would never have paid for a quote if they said up front they would charge for it. Who would pay for an auto repair quote? She's in her 70's and they took advantage of her age. When they demanded payment, she told them, "You never said you would charge for a quote". Their response was we would apply it to the repair cost. The scam is, they took advantage of a female senior citizen with an unheard of practice of charging for a quote and not telling her ahead of time that they would do so. There is no leeway here. They were given the opportunity to say, you're right, we should have told you that we charge for quotes and given back the keys to her car.

I was traveling thru town when my water pump went out. I stopped in their shop about 3 30 in the afternoon and asked if they could look at my vehicle. They confirmed my water pump was shot. Within 1 1/2 hrs they had picked up a water pump and got it installed in my vehicle to get me back on the road. From the moment I walked into their door to when I got my vehicle back everything went very smooth. They totally went out if their way to get this done for me even though they were closing soon. I was very impressed with everything. They did an awesome job, I made it home safe. Thank you very much for helping me out. You guys deserve all the business you can get.

Our battery died while at sonic , in flagstaff out of nowhere Abel ,the shop maintenance man gives us a jump ,we followed him back to his shop an installes a new battery total down time was bout half an hour . All those guys at the shop have a great attitude. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thx again Abel .

Always great communication. I had a list of things from a dealership I was encouraged to do, that I mostly didn t really need. Ascots inspected my vehicle and let me know where my money would be better applied. I have used Ascots for years and will continue to do so, thank you!
