I really wish this was a good review but what happened to me today is still blowing my mind.I called in to see if they had 2 trailer tires in stock. Melissa put me on hold and said she would check her stock. When she came back on the phone she said that she had 5 in stock. I asked how much and she quoted me $60 each. I was quoted this exact price from Discount tire but they didn't have the tire in stock. I was excited that Anderson had what I needed in stock and was happy to be able to support a local business. I pulled both rims/tires off my trailer and dropped them off. I returned a few hours later and paid for the tires, $120 total. Melissa informed me that they were sitting out front. When I saw the tires that were mounted on my rims I literally could not believe my eyes. Not only were they two totally different tires, but one tire looked so old that I assumed there was a mixup. The better looking of the two tires still looked very old, but at least it didn't have cracks all throughout the rubber. I checked the production date on the tire and I was PRODUCED IN 2005!!! I immediately went back inside and asked for an explanation. Melissa informed me that they were used tires, which was Never mentioned to me at any point!The whole reason I was buying new tires was because my current tires were getting a bit old! However my current tires were newer And in better condition than the ones they tried to sell me. I asked them to refund my money and put my old tires back on. After a third visit back to the shop I now have my old tires back and I'm waiting on a $120 refund.I honestly cannot fathom how anybody would think selling someone a 17 year old, used tire is acceptable.I literally felt like I was in the twilight zone. I guess I will continue to use discount tire.

Love these guys! First time customer, and from my last minute call and order to walking out the door whit my car they were professional even with me sounding like a jerk when I wasn t meaning to David handled it with great demeanor. Even when one of their mechanics gave a miss diagnosis for camber bolts instead of camber arms and I already paid for the camber bolts and alignment they did not charge me extra. On top of all that they were booked out until next week for the alignments and again David stepped up to the plate and was able to make sure they got it in right away. Now they did have a few hiccups with having to order the tires I needed which were delivered next day and not having access to both camber arms on that same day but they ordered them and had them there next day as well. They even worked on my car on Saturday and got me on my way home in no time. So this was great for me when I get tires again and I am in the area I will definitely use Anderson General Tire David, Melissa, and Anthony as well as the alignment tech all deserve a pat on the back for their had work THANK YOU all for working hard to get me and my family back on the road.

I went to this establishment last year to get an alignment done and they were able to squeeze me in same day and did a great job. Fair prices, friendly staff. This year my vehicle has gotten all messed up by the abundance of potholes all over Northern AZ from the busy winter, and once again I was able to book an appointment and was met with friendly staff once again. My appointment isn't until the end of this week, but will update based on the service my vehicle receives.

By far the best tire shop I have ever dealt with. I was a purchasing agent for a concrete company for 7+ years and have dealt with tire companies. I've never felt so at ease and assured that my problem would be resolved so quickly and affordably than when I arrived at your store driving on my flat spare. From now on I will go out of my way to buy tires from Anderson General Tire. Thank you for the tire, your service and great hospitality you and your staff showed my husband and I. We appreciate it more than you'll ever know.

Awesome! Great service! I got a flat tire and lock myself out of my car. Thankfully, they used a smart way to get the car key out and helped fix the tire.I appreciate their professional assistance. The people here are friendly and super helpful. They really did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Tried to get an alignment and after dropping off the car. 2 hours later they call saying they are unable to service it. Also they seem to hire just anyone and an ex-employee is there taking up the service reps time with his school bus taking up space in the parking lot with his dog barking constantly, it was parked in a way the dog was right by the front door and could easily bite some one.

Don t go here for a frontend alignment. Long story short, I had to go back three separate times to get my alignment fixed and every time they give it back to me, it was far worse than before. This was such a headache and a terrible experience for something so simple.

Edit: we got it back. The tire was on backwards. He had to re-do it by hand in the yard.My husband waited 90min for a "25 to 35 minute appointment" and couldn't get back one of my wheels because they were just getting started on itGuess I'll just use the donut for now. Will update if I get my wheel back. Lol.

Very helpful people ... if they can do the job they will give you a good reference on way you should go. I think that's awesome. They rotated my new tires without an appointment. They was very pleasant this day. Just like they were when I was making the purchase. I will still continue to check with them. On future work I need to do with my car. But they helped me with financing also. That's a pretty tall order because I'm disabled and I really don't understand all that stuff. the lady helped me . Even when she had a whole bunch of people in the lobbyEdit ...6/9/22... I went in to ask when I could do a tire rotation.? I asked them to cost. They immediately took my car and rotated my tires. Did it for free. Because I purchased the tires there. Just a very easy going place to do business. I know I'll be returning

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at any sort of automotive shop. Tried to buy a set of used tires for the rear of my subaru that were damaged due to an alignment issue that I had fixed. One of my tires was leaking air and I was getting tired of it. The first time they put the entirely wrong size on the rear of my car and gave it back and I drove home without realizing. Subaru are all wheel drive and this could have very easily destroyed my center diff which would result in thousands in repairs. The tires are all supposed to be exactly the same size and the ones they had put on were a full inch different! After giving them my car back 2 more times they could never seem to get it together well enough to send me on my way with 2 functional tires. Awful service.

Anderson is my go to. Very friendly and helpful front desk and the mechanics will be straight up with you. They don t try and cheat you and add more and more charges. They are hardworking and helpful. Thanks guys!

Above and beyond customer service. The owner, Jerry was very friendly and helpful. While my tires were being replaced, he generously offered to take me home, so I did not have to wait at the shop for the service to be completed. Plus, I was under a time crunch and they completed the tire replacement with plenty of time to spare. I am so grateful for their dedicated service. Plus, my new truck tires are ready for winter and off-road adventures. THANK YOU! I highly recommend Anderson General Tire. Keep it local Flagstaff.

Anderson General Tires saved ours vacation. My Avis car rental had 2 worn and unsafe tires that need to be changed. The staff managed to find new tires and replace it on a Saturday afternoon. I definitely recommend. Thanks a lot for saving french travellers !

Well after going to Discount Tire for tires which was no help, we looked online and this place showed up with pretty good reviews so we decided to check it out. They were able to get use preapproved for financing for new tires. Only down side is the wait time. Understandably, they are understaffed so we were as patient as can be. However, its going on 3 hours now, so word of advice, give the place at least a day to get your work done. Still people are very friendly.

Due to a referral from a reliable source, I recently took a couple of work vehicles to Anderson. They were friendly, knowledgeable and expedient on their service and communication. They kept me in the loop (including photos of damage they located) and updated me as the vehicles were being completed. They not only have the necessary technology, they also have the capable people to get the job done! Great experience, will be returning when the time arises.

On my way to California I popped a tire.I got it towed here and they put the spare tire on for free and told me I could fix my alignment once I got to CA instead of pressuring me to get it done at their shop.Best service I ve ever had at a mechanic, whether you re local or traveling, this is the place to go for fair prices, honesty and quality work.

We came in from Texas to offroad on to find out that my exhaust pipe had been removed from the supports and was hanging on frame and rear swaybar. No one could assist me, to even look at it anywhere accept here.He took the time to go outside in the 18 degree weather to look at it and then took care of it on the spot.Helped my stress levels and we are able to continue enjoying our trip.I strongly recommend this place. Straight forward and very helpful.Thank you again .

Very friendly staff. My wife, dogs, and I are from out of town (Eastern NM) and our car was leaking coolant so we brought it in. The staff gave our pups treats, filled the coolant reservoir, and found the location of the leak all at no cost to us. They were extremely busy and although the didn't have the time or manpower to fix our car issue, they offered great customer service. Highly recommend.

Been going to Anderson Tires for 5 years. Kind, knowledgeable, up front solutions to my 2001 mighty Camry needs at 280,000 miles and still going strong. Makes me want to be a better customer embracing that things don't always go as planned and to just flow with the go. Took 4 hours to mount 4 tires, we had an appointment and were told it would take 1-2 hours. They also said they couldn't do an alignment caues the tie rods were rusted...took it to the Jeep dealer and they aligned it without issue, no problems with the tie rods. Do yourself a favor don't buy your tires at Anderson. And the bathroom is filthy and you'll need it cause they are so slow.

Oil filter was not put on properly! Caused low oil & blew head gasket! $1800 to fix. Can't afford it. Their warranty will not back this mistake. Having to rent a car & buy a new vehicle! I used to trust them....no more.
