Terrible place to come get any kinda service wait more than 8 hours , Only reason I didn't leave because my steer tire was damaged

This rate is for barber lady at petro truck center, she said will do hair cut for me, and I asked to use use restroom and will be back for haircut, and she left I was waiting 2 hrs, cause guy who is working here said, she will be back in 2 hrs she s in lunch, so just letting you know guys, who wants haircut, she s not serious and punctual .

There was a huge traffic jam on the freeway. So we swung through. This is the gas station just a little down the road. But can you believe the prices.

I came in for axle oil leak to this shop, waited almost 3hrs in the bay. The mechanic name Will and Mario checked my truck by vision and touch the oil not even 2mins and said nothing wrong with your truck and charged me $179.10

I called TA Petro in Eloy AZ and asked them at what time they opened. They told me 24hrs, i reply i need a 3 axel alignment are you open 24hrs, no for that at 6am .. walk in at 6 am, and they told me at the front desk they have not have a working alignment machine for months.. i travel for nothing. MFs

1 star for wait. Checked in around 1830 last night, called to a bay around 0715 this morning.That's a long wait for one mud flap. I think they only have one tech. I should have called road service it would have been faster. Otherwise, people skills at service desk get thumbs up

They have very poor parking facilities. The fuel prices are way too high. And the food prices are outrageous. They want to charge $5.49 for a hamburger. That's a hamburger not a cheeseburger it's more than that if you want a piece of cheese on it and that's coming out of the little heat oven that's been sitting there for hours. They really know how to rip truck drivers off because they got you bent over a fuel tank with no Vaseline

I really really love it there!!! You can find almost everything you will need for your travels and the showers are roomy, clean and well kept and the hot water never runs out for those long long showers your body needs!!! Hallelujah Amen

Good people working there at the Petro/ TA truck service in Casa Grande arizona. It was a joy to be there. Can't do an oil change was quick got the grease job done on all four units. I'll be back.

I got my service today, it took over 6 hours to get an oil change. The woman with a shaved head, was possible the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. If you need a pm service... skip this TA just go to the next one. If you go to this TA you will regret it.

This is a very old truck stop but there is plenty of space around it though I imagine at night they run out of space like everyone else. I had to have a repair done there and they were quite busy but when they got to me the mechanic was very thorough and when it was time to pay for it the woman behind the cash register had her two boys with her and so I was entertained watching her children. I had two boys of my own mischievous little critters

Ate at the Iron Skillet. The food was a fresh and good for a truck stop. The portion for breakfast was hardy. Cup of coffee a bit pricey, made weak, and like hot tea. Servers where friendly.

Im grateful for the service. The receptionists were on point and went the extra mile to help me find an extra bolt that broke off my truck. The service team did a great job changing my 2 flat tires and air bag in an exceptional time. I dont go to TA's often but I will definitely stop here more often. Cheers

Only had 1 technician working. Was next in line for tire repair, took about 4 hours!! This was 2 in the afternoon!

The service was great My truck broke down right in front of their bay door out in the hot sun the general manager came out personally to check on the problem and see if they could fix it James did an awesome job of managing and delegating the work that needed to be done they had other orders waiting for approval so they pulled me in the shop James found the part grab a ranch replace it himself while he got the other to tech s Morgan Jordan on a PM service and whipped it out in no time excellent job didn t waste a minute Got her done Jenn at the front counter was awesome to got all my information and all my paperwork ready to go as soon as the tech s We re done she had the paperwork finalized and on my way oh yeah and the TA down the street told me five hours till they could even look at it

Front gas station for cars was awful. We went to the other truck stop on the other side of interstate. They said bathrooms were out of order. Then we needed air and they said their compressor was out of order. Not a good place to stop if you are traveling thru this area.

Got truck oil change. They screwed up. Left oil filter lose. Drove to my delivery and saw oil puddle and all under carriage sodden with fresh oil. Added 2 gallons of new oil per techs advice and drove back to Petro. Tech admitted mistake. But services writer refused to fix the problem; clean the mess because there wasn't anyone to authorize such remedy. After several verbal exchanges. Someone had cash to paid for truck wash service. Pending any unforseen damages to rubber hoses or air components. I'm hoping for finality on this issue.

I got the tire repair tody but those guys don't do their work proerly ......even take away too much money too.....and the price of these people is also very high in comparison to others....i m vry disappoint at that time .....even the lady who worked there is not well behaved with me ..... I feel like she is discriminatory

Jenn, the service counter girl has got some major issues, very combative and rude. She fought me and my company about not being authorized on the E-shop account AND she accused me of videoing her, very rude

Very poor service, customer service is basically non existent. They gave us the hardest time on changing a tire, and would not speak to our DCLI rep so that they could change a tire. It s like they basically didn t want to work, only reason I sent my driver here was because they were the only ones who had electricity that day due to a thunderstorm. Will never use this service again.

If you like over priced food this is where to stop and eat .26.00 for 1 piece of chicken and a baked potato. Why? Makes no sense.

Most TA's go out of their way to welcome their guests. Their truck stops are clean and fully stocked to everyone's needs. This one is no different. Very helpful and considerate customer service.

spent almost 2 hrs just for them to check my trailer marker lights, and to tell me there is a short but don't know where it's coming from . I'd rather go to the speedco across the bridge.
