Drive tire decided to give up on me because it was stabbed by a nail abandoned in the lonely streets of Eloy, AZ. I called ahead and asked if the had the tire I needed and they said yes. Lucky for me there was only one person in line before me. Was in and out in 3 hours with the wait. In and out in the bay in 45 mins. The waiting room isn t the worse . But you have restaurants across the street you can go to while they are working on it .

I waited two hours. I checked in they said they dont have premium filters but after pulling into the bay they said they only have one filter and i need to go get filters. If you buy your own filters they drop the price $10. Stay the f away from this location. Everytime i come to speedco there is always a problem. I gave them multiple chances but they don t even deserve a second chance.

If you are an Owner Operator you can forget about having anything done in your name. They require a DOT number and that s what they put on the receipt. I own the truck not the company I m leased to. It s an expense for ME not the company I m leased to. If I want work done in my name and I m paying for it then I should get the receipt IN MY NAME. I m pretty sure they can bypass this but either they don t want to work or don t want to hit the extra key it will take.

this place became terrible after buying Love s, these mechanics just steal your time, I needed to change the oil and one chamber, change the tire, I arrived at 8 am, by 3 pm they were finished oil and chamber and after such a wait they wanted to put me back in line for a tire change. Welcome to love s- we ll stolen your time .

Decent place for quick maintenance. I went on a busier day. I guess they were doing training but they got my fuel filters changed quickly. Best part is I didn t have to give them part numbers like TA in Eloy asked me for. It s crazy knowing that a shop can do their job without me having to do half of their job.

Why have 3 lube bays and only one person doing PMs .? Everyone seems to be in the tire and repair side . No quick oil changes . Next in the door for 2hrs now .

Wait over 3hr just for changing 1 trailer tire. With no truck before me and base empty. All mechanics like seating in office and chatting without doing their job. Never go do business with this location again. Not recommend this Speedco location.

After a year of bad reviews these guys still don't take serious business nor car/truck care. I was attended by Erick and believe me, it has been the worst service I have received. Instead of providing service for the truck he provided headache making unnecessary comments, wasting my time, dude all I need is for you to your job and check my truck. Nothing more nothing less.I highly do not recommend this shop, people save your time and money, just go across the street to be attended, avoid the unnecessary drama.

We needed two fuel filters changed. We were in line by 7AM and finished by 10 AM. Reasonable prices too. Everyone was very pleasant. Would go there again!

I believe reviews - or + are for describing a situation that accrued in a defined moment!For service shops like this one the main factor is time regardless the hospitality and so! For that reason I m giving a bad review here! I checked in around 6:45 AM and I had 3 trucks ahead of me, at that time 11:30 my tire only one is not yet done! The place is quiet not busy but no one explain why!!

How does this place think 1 man in tires and 1 man in service is adequate? They have next crew coming into work in 2 hours with 2 men again... seriously slow and lady inside says 4-5 hours to get in with 2 trucks in line. Also no fuel filters for dd15 but want to charge full price.

I came to Casa Grande in Arizona, with a constant air leak. I had been to several other repair shops that could not service me. As soon as I arrived to Speedco Amias, guaranteed he is capable of repairing my tire. The service was completed during my shower. I m going to tell all my co-drivers to do business here because of his skills. Thanks Amias!

Waited awhile but I had time. Nice counter lady and Nick who did the trailer inspection. Never got inside the building , he eventually came outside to do it. It was done faster than it usually is done. But oh well it passed.

Honesty definitely isn't their best policy I'll tell you that much. I was hired by Marcus to deliver a package they needed that was over 35 miles away. The only reason I did it was because he said he would give me the max tip on the platform I deliver for. I gassed up and took the drive and he tips me $8.... That didn't even pay for the sandwich I got there. Then I had to pay for gas back home so I pretty much lost out and he got his part cheap. Grimey scumbag move.

Pulled in line for tires with 2 trucks ahead of me. It took 3 hours to get in to the bay and another 8 hours before I pulled out of the bay. That was to replace 4 tires on my trailer. I had two tires with me and purchased the other two, which were in stock at the location, so it s not like they were waiting on tires. I understand 17.5 s are a pain, but 8 hours to R&R 4 tires is ridiculous. Worst experience for tires in 24 years of trucking.

Don't come here it's a joke shop manager told me a 1.5 hour wait got here at 1015 am it's now 230pm n he sends his guy to lunch ohh it's he been here since 6am ok not my problem I'm on my 14 hr clock now just a joke then the guy makes me feel like I'm nothing well there are other places he says wow loves speedco this is what happens when the white shirts are not here with out truckers there is no work for none of these places just sad that places treat drivers like this horrible experience here will never ever come to a loves or speedco ever again

got me legal. Wait time is pretty reasonable. The price to change it and unbend the metal piece is a little outrageous but it got done.

Went in for a pm on my truck took 3 hrs to get in the bay 2 more hrs to do the work and the broke something in fuel cannister now its got to be replaced I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry not your typical speedco

I love this place! They are very helpful friendly and I can call several hours out and they will have my tires or parts for me. They try to accommodate my needs and so I run out here each week and make this my stop for maintenance

White lady was unprofessional and rudeI waited almost 2 hour before going to bay they don t wana do the job just talking to each other.What Speedco need to do more care about driver. The way they talk to me i dont think i will be ever come back here.

There is no zero star otherwise i give zero to them When i call them they say its just 30mins wait Bt now its almost two hour 30 mins they say still say you have to wait.After then the gay say i m going on Road call you have yo wait 3 hour or you can go anywhere else.. The night gay is to rude and disrespectful he just keep saying that you can go anywhere else

Was the only truck at Speedco and it took 30 minutes for a quote. Billion dollar company out to swindle small carriers into making purchases we don't need. Wanted batteries tested, so I could determine which batteries I needed to replace, because, I was doing terrible, due to the rates, not, covering our expenses. Conveniently, I was told the battery tester was lost. In addition, Speedco employees have their own restroom in the back, but I was told customer bathroom was down, then a employee used it, right in front of me

For all to know. In texas and oklahoma the lube zone gets you in and out. Sweetwater texas gets you a full oil change, once you get in bay, you may have to wait for being busy, in the bay out the door in 45 min or less.

This was a waste of time. All they did was lied to me telling me they have everything that I needed but when I got there they didn t have anything. DONT waste your time going there and purchasing stuff, not worth it!

Pulled my diesel truck in because it was having a starting issue, and I wanted it diagnosed. The kid in there completely ignores the customers avoids even making eye contact. I wonder if they train their employees on customer service at all they must not like money because I m sure they lose a lot of work ignoring their customers definitely won t bring my truck here ever again if they can t even do the basics, right how could I trust them with my fleet vehicle?

If you want to ruin and ruin your truck, this is the place for you, the attitude is disgusting, the communication towards you is as if you came to borrow money, and not to use the services for your fee, they talk like cattle, the madam who at the reception desk apparently worked in a garbage dump and doesn t know how to talk in general, come back, you came to the wrong place, the mechanics dirty the entire hood with oil and dirt, it s easy to change the oil and wipe off the areas on the hood after work, this is not necessary in this workshop, the oil filters were not tightened, the oil filler neck was left open, the work is being done anyhow!
