The guys working here are the best sales men, customer service, friendly, very helpful...etc. I can't say enough nice things about them. Plus I got the greatest deal ever on the 4 tires they sold me.

These guys were awesome! We were stranded over the holiday (New Years) weekend after a blowout on I-10 East near Picacho Peak State Park. While we were able to get our 28' rigg into the State Park ( which was also a great experience), Robert reassured us that they had a tire in our size and could handle the mobile tire change the day following the holiday. Johnathan showed up as scheduled, followed us back to their shop, took a better look underneath and reassured us it was safe to travel.We can't thank them enough. Thank you Robert and Johnathan.

10 out of 10 recommend this place. Customer service was excellent. Customer courtesy was outstanding. Work ethic exemplary. Workmanship outstanding. Worker integrity above par. I can count on my hand how many garages I'd gladly go visit, this would rank number 1. I don't like to need the services but I enjoyed my time while I was there m, both times, and felt confident driving when I left. Goodyear you need to do everything possible to keep the employees you have. They are truly an exceptional group, go above and beyond and serve you well!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to an older blonde lady at a computer with her back to me. Never once turned around to greet me. She was rude and had the customer service skills of a rodent. Asked her if they did mechanical work and she said not at the moment . Hope the place goes out of business.

These guys are awesome! I was here 11/10/21 with a flat that was perfectly patched up and taken care of real quick. From management to the mechanics, they are very friendly and professional. Honestly, I was blown away with how great they were! Claude and Ashton really impressed me with their kindness and professionalism! I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with these guys!

Went in to have a flat repaired, was approached by an employee who took all my information (nice guy). I asked what the charge would be and he responded I ll get ya a good deal, should be no big thing . Granted, I should have been persistent with getting a quote but I've been in this business for 32 years so I went with it.After watching and listening to the two shop hands trying to get the tire off the rim, I realized that I made a mistake by letting them do the job. When all was said and done i went to the front counter to settle up, and was given a $76.00 fee. It should have been around $40.I questioned the amount and was given an attitude response by a lady who had the personality of a cardboard box with a reply of yep . Should you need service, go down to the next exit. Avoid this place.

The tire monitoring system indicated a slow, but steady leak in one of the inside, rear tires of our RV. We called the shop and were told to come on in. It was a slow afternoon so we had the undivided attention from 3 mechanics and a supervisor. They thoroughly tested for leaks, and could not find anything. We decided the plastic valve stem extension may be the culprit, and removed it. The shop wouldn t charge us. We were back on the road quickly and the tire is holding air. Thanks, guys. I hope you enjoyed some Cokes and snacks!

Emergency flat on an RV with dogs, parrots, and pulling a trailer about 15 minutes before closing time! Most friendly, wonderful, and knowledgeable staff. In and out, reasonably priced! Truly a great experience! Thank you!!!!

Awesome place!!! Our tire was about to burst on the interstate and we happened to have gotten off on the exit near this shop! Personnel were extremely helpful and worked quickly! Definitely would recommend this place!!!

The guys were great. They checked my tires for me and got me out the door in no time flat. If I ever need tire work done when I'm in the area, I will stop in again.

, I stopped in here because my company has a national contract with Goodyear to change our tires they had me in and out real quick great service the manager was there and kept me talking and busy and before I knew it my vehicle is ready the gentleman came out and asked me to make sure that he torqued it to the right specs he had me come out there and watch him I thought that was awesome

I've been servicing my truck here ever since the first time they are very through and they go over a check list with you to let you know the outcome of the PM service and to let you know if thwre is any additional work that needs to be done before you go out on thw road great customer service evwrytime I stop by at Goodyear here in Eloy az

Great place, absolutely hands down the best prices in the area. The mechanics actually did some work that the other shops in the area tried to send me to the dealer for and didnt even charge me a parts run fee to go get my clutch and pressure plate from freightliner.
