I needed my tires mounted that I just bought and found True Blue Automotive online. Everywhere else gave me the run around or stated that it would take a day to mount. Walked into True Blue and met Anthony . He was able to mount my tires at the beginning of their full schedule day. I recommend them for all of your motorsports repairs and questions for sure!!!! 5 STARS INDEED

I'm in need of a good honest mechanic. I don't care what ethnicity. I took my suv in for a coolant flush and drain. A day later my belt for the power steering and pulley comes off. Now I'm telling you future customers to find services somewhere else. Mechanic are supposed to check for this while performing work under the hood. Whether it was tempered with or not. It should of been brought up. I will get the work done but I will never do any services with them again. FIND OTHER MECHANICS PEOPLE!!

BEWARE!! I am not very happy with my latest experience. Last week when True Blue was changing oil & rotating tires, I asked them to check brakes since they were pulling the wheels anyway. The told me I needed back brakes & could do it for $385. I thought this was a very high price & I didn t have the time anyway. I told them I appreciate them letting me know but no repair now. I just brought my Kia into another business (an honest one) & they told me back brakes were at 70% & no need to replace!! Needless to say, I will not be going back to True Blue again!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My AC went out in my car today, they saw me immediately. Promised nothing but exceeded my expectations. Within an hour of dropping off they had called us letting us know the issue, price (which was extremely affordable and reasonable) and ETA for fixing. Within another hour it was ready for pick up.Professional the entire time and easy to work with.We ll be coming here moving forward for all our work.Did I mention it was a busy Saturday? I had called 3 orher locations first that told me they wouldn t even look at it till monday. Appreciative of the fact they let me drop off my car and said they would do their best but worse case monday.

I have used True Blue Automotive for my two vehicle's oil changes and other work as well. Today, I had a check engine light come on. Being a senior citizen and knowing little about today's engines, I brought my wife's car down so that whatever needed repair would get done. They checked out the problem and fixed it in a couple of minutes. Nothing major. Very reasonable work and members of the BBB. Great place to bring your vehicles for any type of work.

I live in El Mirage and have been going to True Blue since they opened. I've never had a problem with them and all work has been done to my satisfaction. On a couple of occasions when I was preparing for a long tip, they advised that I could hold off on something they found until after the trip to save me travel money. They have also repaired some bit of small body damage done by another shop and didn't charge me for it.Sorry to hear some folks have not been satisfied.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Oil change

They are great! I have had a lot of bad experiences and mediocre service before so I am glad we found them. Not only do they have great prices but they are also quick, efficient, and caring. I won't forget the time we took our car and pickup for service. We left one car and took the other until we had to swap. We had our boy with us. Well we had to replace the brakes on the truck and of course they let us know. The service was not in our immediate budget so we said we would call them later that day to schedule service soon. We got a call within minutes and to our surprise they offered the service at a discounted rate because "we saw you guys with your little boy and we just want you all to be safe". It was so thoughtful and we appreciated it very much! They have definitely earned our trust by going above and beyond. Thank you!

Yeah, NO! This shop is completely dishonest. They Are not transparent with what is going on with ur car, doesnt show you anything like another shop was willing to be full on transparent with, and made up issues that didnt need to be fixed! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH DEALING WITH THIS SHOP OR DONT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!, THEY ARE THE SHOP TO SELL, NOT THE ONES TO CARE ABOUT UR VEHICLE AND TELL YOU WHATS ACTUALLY GOING ON!!! Only thing id come here for is a oil change. NOTHING ELSE!

If I could give this place a 0 I would.. they have bad customer service. A tall bald Caucasian dude with glasses is racist. Seems like he runs the place, so if you a person with color I recommend you not go here. Please spend your money somewhere else. They the type of people that will mess your vehicle up even more so you can keep coming back to them. I usually don t even write reviews but I had to with this company

The people at this automotive place are very rude and lie!!!! Before I took my vehicle to this place, I called ahead to ask questions before I dropped off my vehicle. I was told one thing over the phone, then the day I went to pick up my vehicle I was charged when that wasn't told to me over the phone. I was rudely told that I was told of the charge when I never was. I will never take my vehicle here or recommend this place to ANYONE!!!I agree with the comment another customer left. The people at this automotive place are very RACIST and the bald guy is VERY RUDE!!!!! People of color shouldn't take their vehicle here!!!

Great shop! Been using the them for over 10 years and have recommended friends/family who were happy with their service. Anthony has always done great work and always answers any questions I have about my car needs. The only reason I stopped using them for a while is that I purchased a few new cars and took advantage of the dealer s first couple of free oil changes. With that done, I have returned to TB and once again received great service!

I was recommended to True Blue Automotive from a coworker to get some work done on my 2008 Nissan Sentra. I had brought my car in to the dealer and they had quoted me $3000 to do my CV boots and catalytic converter. I decided to take to a mechanic shop down the street and they quoted me $2800 to do the same thing. My coworker told me to go to True Blue but when he told me it was in El Mirage I was a bit turned off because I would be coming from south Chandler. I decided to give them a call and told them what I needed done. They gave me a rough estimate because the mechanic needed to see what was really going on. So I made a appointment for 9/21 at 9am when I checked in the mechanic took my car right away to inspect it. About 30 min later to tell me what needed to be done. He showed me that my CV boots had been torn apart and needed to be replaced and that my engine had a code for the catalytic converter he also recommended to do the brakes also because they were worn down. His quote was way better then the other two that I got and he was doing more. So I agree to get my car done. The mechanic said give him a few hours and he will get it done. At about 4pm I got a call from True Blue telling me my car was done. When I got my car back it was it was better then before! The code was gone and the car was quieter and the brakes didn't make noise anymore. I really do appreciate True Blue taking care of me and I will definitely come back for all my car problems and I recommend everyone else do the same!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I would not recommend it. Left the place not wanting to go back. Cold attitude from staff. Dog was whining and barking. Wasn't well lit and everyone seemed tired and wanting to go home. I don't blame them, but no matter what time of day, since this is a service business, the staff should be welcoming to leave a positive reaction. Price is good for a standard oil change but price is not enough in a competitive market. Hopefully the owner will make some changes.

I came in for am oil change. In fact I have been for years. I noticed they did many other services and I asked if they could do them. The service window verbally urged me to come back for those items because they were too busy to do them while getting oil changed. Oil change yes; tire rotation and wiper blades no..."we're pretty busy right now." I have never been to a small business that turned down extra profit. I'm disappointed because now I will go elsewhere to get a service. I come here to get filters changed, tires rotated, blades replaced, etc., along with the oil. It makes sense to do it all together. Why would you turn down the work?

Definitely a place to come to. I came in looking to get my A/C issue troubleshoot assisted and diagnosed and they found no leaks but will need a compressor and although my a/c couldn't get any colder after adding Freon I will be coming back to get the compressor replaced since its going out. Both the girl at the desk and the mechanic were very nice and easy to talk to. This is my go to place for oil changes from now on also. Prices are reasonable.

I have been using True Blue for my auto motive needs. I took my 07 Chevy Silverado in the beginning of the year to have oil pan and timing chain repair for leaks. I was charged almost $850 and still leaking! Last week I took the truck in for it was running rough and engine light was flashing. I was charged $400 and again that didn't fixed the problem. After spending $1,250 and no results, I am not returning back to True Blue. I later found out I have a bad spark plug on #5 cylinder which was causing the truck to run rough. All that money spent and no result! They just lost a customer that been with them over 7 years!

Used to be a good, quick, inexpensive place for an oil change, but the last few visits they've been pushing up-sells. Like "you need a new air filter" (it was actually replaced the previous oil change, so not due yet) "brakes need to be done" (I asked ALL of them? They said yes. I said, that's funny, because the front ones were just done about 5k miles ago. Then he says - oh yeah... just the back ones that really need it.)My last visit there convinced me to start doing my own oil changes again. First time doing it myself again I find out they stripped my oil plug and seriously over tightened it. The second time I discover that they also stripped one of the screws on my air filter housing, lost one, and the other 2 are on so tight it'll be a miracle if I get then off without stripping them.

My car was over heating and I wasn't sure where was going on. I brought it in to True Blue Automotive and they were able to get my car in quick. The mechanic came back and told me my radiator had a small leak. Before moving forward they they gave me all my options and the best thing was to replace my radiator, hoses and thermostat. It didn't take them too long to get my car done. True Blue was honest and great prices. That is the reason why I make the hour drive from Chandler to El Mirage to get my car fixed. I will continue to bring my car in to get worked on at True Blue.

I had my oil changed 800 miles ago. Getting ready for a trip, and the vehicle was 31/2 quarts of oil low. I'd I paid extra for 6.75 quarts of oil and a new filter as stated on my receipt and received partial new oil, never changes oil filter. This is the third time this has happened once on my versa, once on my f350 diesel and now on my wife's SUV.Be careful with this firm. They will only give you what they want, and not what you pay for. Just oil and no filter, but will charge you for a complete oil change.Very very very poor business practice.Never never never again, and as a business owner myself, I personally excel in customer satisfaction, and that is never practiced there at this dirmService: Oil change

Been here a few times they always get me in rite away and are always friendly. They have a very nice waiting area with big couches a wide variety of ice creams and some drinks that are well priced. There was a time where I thought they were going to charge me too much for a easy repair however I told them no I'll do that myself and that was it they are not pushy on sales iv been other places where they are so pushy that I never go back I like this chill place

Dropped off my hyundai tucson to check and diagnose my AC. I didn't even get down 5 minutes the road when they called me back to tell me it would be 1,6000$ because the whole system needs to be replaced. Took it to a different shop for a second opinion and all it was was a fuse. I feel like if True Blue would've spent more than 5 minutes with my vehicle they probably would've figured it out. They still charged me for their "diagnostic test" if that's what you wanna call it. It is what it is. Glad I got the 2nd opinion.

Got a 2002 Nissan Xterra. I came in with no light sensors on my car dash going off besides my typical engine light and abs lights. I ve driven with it on for many years. I went in to get my alternator repaired and left with my engine oil light turning on and my engine dripping profusely of oil. I know it has dripped of oil before but never had to put more than a quart between oil changes. At the rate I saw, I would have had to put in another quart in about a week! The mechanic said he noticed that the oil light was on and that my oil was dripping. He said he tried to tell me and yet it s not on my paperwork, nor on my voicemail, mor did he tell me when I picked up my vehicle! He simply blamed me and told me he got it like that.I wanted help patronize a small business, only to find out they only wanted to help themselves with more costly repairs that never existed before.Btw they quoted me a price - only to give me another quote that was two hundred more than the original quote. I said I couldn t afford it and would take my vehicle back. So they agreed to the original amount.I gave them an excellent rating when I walked in because they handed me a ratings sheet to rate my experience. The funny thing is I didn t get to inspect my vehicle first. It s like going to a restaurant and and giving them a review of their food before tasting their food. I felt obligated to give them an excellent score because they made me feel like I was getting a deal.STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO SHOP! THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS CROOKED GETS! Their fancy looking building is deceiving.

Awesome shop! They don't take appointments, which is pretty great if something comes up unexpectedly. They'll make sure they find the problem even if they have tho keep your car to duplicate conditions and drive it. Never had to take my car back once the problems addressed and prices are reasonable!

I was one of their very 1st customers and we still use True Blue. Anthony works on or dullies, my jeep and does the wheel packing on all our horse trailers.Great fast service in the shop and nice customer service. Have never had a problem with their work or parts and we will continue to use True Blue.

I tried to do an oil change on my Volvo, but the oil filter is tucked inside the bottom of the engine bay, and combined with how tight it was, it made it impossible for me to remove with the tools I had on hand. I had already drained the oil, but I still needed to replace the filter. So I dropped the car off the lift, put in new oil, and took it to True Blue Automotive for assistance. I explained the situation and asked them to simply replace the filter, because that's all I needed. The man at the counter, who looked tired and irritated when I walked in, said that they can't just replace the filter. I asked why, and he said "we don't half ass jobs", which in this situation was 100% a way to try to make more money, disguised as a customer service principle. I would have been much happier just paying labor to replace the filter, which I already had on hand, but they charged me the full $75 for a synthetic oil change. I doubt they even put new oil in, since the oil in the car was 3 miles old. I didn't show it, but I was pissed. Anyway, time comes around to change the oil again, and I have a new strap-style filter wrench, which is designed to remove extremely tightly wound oil filters. They put that thing on there so tight, it tore the strap in half when I tried to remove it (almost like they were deterring me from doing it myself, so I would have to bring it back again to change my oil). I'm just glad I was able to get it off again. I then try to remove the oil drain bolt, and that's on there so tight, it stripped when I used the correct 17mm socket and a BREAKER BAR. I tried vice grips, a giant wrench, everything I had on hand. There is no way they used anything besides an impact to put the oil pan bolt back in. It was stripped very badly, so I took it back to True Blue Automotive. They still charged me $20 to take it off, and put my oil in, and another $10 to replace the bolt that I stripped because they put it on too tight.I'm giving them 2 stars, and not 1, because they have a nice waiting room.

I am very disappointed and completely aggravated with this company. I took my car in to get my AC diagnosed they weren't even looking at it for two minutes before they came to tell me i need a completely new AC system and it would cost me $1200 then i asked them for a oil change and i was told i shouldn't be driving my car because my break pad are gone and i was driving metal to metal with my rotors come to fine out it is the completely opposite of that everything looked good. I will not go back and i DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to them.
