These guys helped us out of a pickle! Who knew 15's where so hard to find?! Quick and easy and cheap for a good used tire! Highly recommend!!

It must be great to be a woman and just sit in the office and not really being knowledgeable of what you have out in inventory it's cool that they say that they have $50 tires $60 tires and new ones but when you have to drive over there and you make sure that they tell their people that workout they're putting tires on and she specifically said yes we do have $50 tires here we have some in stock and then when you go there you always got some crazy fool that says no we only have $60 tires and then when you confront them then they act like it's basically the customer's phone because they stated that you have to come and check it out in order for it to be a $50 Tire my question is doesn't matter how people run their business that's their prerogative all I'm saying is that you know what you keep on having this kind of attitude and I know now it's a new business owner that what I was told that's not a great way to run customer service so I hope that they last for a very long time but in all due respect I'm not sending any of my people there can I have a lot of friends

If you need anything to do with tires on a vehicle or trailer, they will take good care of you here. I drive old cars, own ATVs and camping trailers. Any time sometime comes up, they figure out a way to fix it quickly, with kindness, and for a reasonable price. This morning, brought them a UTV tire that needed a plug. Was done in 15 minutes and cost me 13 dollars. Cannot be at that at all. And, I know from previous experience the work is good.

Zero stars!!!Overly tightened all my brand new lug nuts. Went home to take my new wheels off to replace my spacers, just to ruin my new set of wheels. I highly recommend you to go somewhere else. Now I am out $400 for one wheel and all brand new lug nuts. Thanks!

This was the only shop on all of Grand Ave that had what I needed, and was real cool about it and the price, Great attitudes with Great service! Highly recommend Mirage Tire Service for all your tire needs!

Great service, replaced all four tires I had brought to them. Very careful with the wheels and truck over all. People complaining either don t know what they re talking about, like pointing fingers, or want stuff done for free

Looking for someone to find and fix a slow leak. Took it to Firestone, waiting 2 hours, and they said they couldn't find it. Next day went to Mirage Tire without appt and waited to they finished a car ahead of me. Found the leak in 5 minutes. Patched it and I was on my way. $15.00. Great people. Great service.

>>>WARNING<<<< THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!I recently went there to get 2 used tires. A few days later, one of the tires was very low, so I filled it up. It took me almost a week to get back them and see why it was leaking. After pulling the tire, they informed me that my tire was previously patched and that it was patched too close to the wall, so they couldn't repair it safely. I told them I just purchased that tire last week. They replied that since I didn't come down on the first day, it was my problem. But you sold me a defective tire, I said. They replied that I should have inspected the used tire before it was put on. They proceeded to hold my car hostage until I was able to pay them for a patch job that they said themselves, "wasn't the best idea" So I had no choice but to pay for a second defective patch in a defective tire just to get my car back so I could take it to the next shop up the road. They were very rude to me in front of me and behind my back. While my Spanish may be a bit rusty, I still know enough to know when someone is talking smack. There are many tires places near this one, so you might as well avoid it, unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.***Take into account that I'm not the only person they have purposely ripped off. Read the other comments about these thieves before you decide to take your vehicle to them. If they steal from you, you only have yourself to blame***

Really great! We had a simple tire patch that one of the big box stores would not do and they did it quick and cheap. These folks run a family business and can do everything as good or better than the box stores so shop local!

Everyone there was Super Helpful!Michael went out of his way Multiple Times to Make sure my Tires were %. They even Sell NEW Tire Sets & Wheels! Both Owners and Thier Daughter were Extremely Helpful as well. Took care of us.Stop by and get a quick replacement or even a Brand New Full set!Thanks again You Guys!-B

Best deals in the West Valley, new and used tires, courteous and friendly owners! I have purchased new tires from this wonderful shop for two of my vehicles, saved money compared to the chain tire stores nearby! I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I have never been treated so well at a 'llantera' The place was super tidy and the workers were so honest. In the 45 minutes I waited for my full set I observed how so many regular customers stopped by to say hello to the owners and even brought appreciation goods. That told me everything I needed to know about this place. I wish there were more honest businesses.

I love this place. Everytime I've been in a pinch, they have gotten me back on the road quickly. The receptionist is so friendly and the guys do great work. I won't go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Overly tightened my lug nuts now I have to get that done. They swore it wasn't them when they had been the only place I went to for new tires. Seems like I'm not the only one this has happened too. Now I see why they have the "we are not responsible for lug nut damages" sign...

The actual person who helped me with my tire he was very nice and professional. The lady running the place is rude and wouldn't patch up a tire for free that I had just bought days before. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

Last year I paid 160 for a full set. I asked for a quote and got a quote for 240 or so. Then they put the tires on and I ended up paying 500ish. The tires are good but I don't appreciate being lied to. That was the rest of my paycheck. I'm still really mad at it and I will not be coming back.

Had a nail in our tire. Went to another place in town, they said they couldn t fix it and we needed new tires. Took it into Mirage, they fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes, charged a fair price and were very friendly as well. Great experience and will absolutely return for any tire needs!!

Bad customer service, I showed up at 8am when it states there open on there website.. i was the first person there and was told I would have to wait thirty minutes for a patch tire! Lol so a total hour to wait because you can't run a business correctly? I rather spend the gas and go to Phoenix and pay 10 dollars for a patch then give you my 15-20 dollars wasting my time!! Good luck must be making good money to turn it away

Very fast service & good pricing! They sell new & used tires. No appointment & we got in and out in less than an hour for 4 tires. I recommend if your in that part of town.

Great service. Only shop open in town on Sunday. They took care of me right away,the employees and the front desk were real professional. Ill definitely be going back they do a great job.

NEVER GO HERE!!! they messed up a brand new set of tires. I asked for mount and balance and they did the next day stress bubble and 2 flats. I go back its my fault because I didn't ask for new valve stems ...Im sorry your the professional tire company. Thats like me ordering coffee and they don't ask you if you want cream or sugar. It goes with the service or as salesman you ask the customer thats more money for you.SMH

Great service ! Went in with the thought of getting a tire replacement and came out saving money with their help . They let me know that it was just a hole in my tire that can easily be patched and there was no requirement of a new tire purchase . My car has been working great ever since. Amazing customer service as well the girl in the office always so helpful and polite. Highly recommend tire shop .

We got a flat tire going home from Texas and had to get a hotel. I called El Mirage in the morning on a Saturday and they were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire so fast and they were so knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend their service. They weren't about over charging or making a quick buck but actually their to help.

Quick and very easy prices. Love this place! Had a problem after trip out of town Sunday. Drove out to El Mirage Tire shop Monday morning and they found the problem fixed it quickly, Smooth and happy once again!! Love this Family Tire shop
