Very excellent Customer Service! I was looking at a 69 Shelby GT500 for sale from afar that had a questionable VIN# and history. I requested a Marti report for the VIN of this car, and they couldn't run it - the VIN plate was a fake. Rather than charge me for the service as requested, the professional sales rep. refunded my fee to my credit card for the Marti Report. They said, "we only charge if we provide a report." What a breath of fresh air! This professional business and their professional representatives set the standard for customer service very high! What a great company! Marti Auto Works - I appreciate you and will recommend you, your company, and your services. to all!

It's been a while since I purchased my Marti Report, but patience pays off. I put my '83 Mustang GT in a show at the last minute, we had drug it out of the woods not long before that and hadn't started working on it, and the day before the show our Elite report showed up. The car got enough attention that it took 1st in class and everyone stopped to read the framed report.

I've been using Marti Reports for many years. I have always had an excellent experience with the timeliness and quality of the reports. I've even ordered rush reports on cars that I was thinking about buying. I love the Deluxe reports that show the selling dealer, so cool!

I have done business with Marti Auto Works for years! I have at least 20 of their deluxe reports in my email right now. I've always had a great experience, even when I accidentally deleted an important report in an email, they resent it with no issues. Great customer service, and great products. I highly recommend them, whether you are just getting into a Ford, or if you've collected them for years, Kevin Marti is a great contact to have!

I have ordered several reports for my random, oddball Ford trucks from the folks at Marti Auto Works. Every transaction has been flawless and the information never fails to be interesting and informative. The Ford community is extremely fortunate to have a resource like this available and I will continue to purchase reports when I inevitably add something else to the fleet of old stuff.

I ve had over one hundred reports run over the past 20+ years. I ve probably done over 20 Elite Reports which I am always thrilled to see those stats! The 80+ Deluxe Reports have always given me the detailed info I am looking for on those cars.You provide an invaluable service. Thank you for doing what you do!If only GM or Chrysler had this kind of data on EVERY vehicle they produced.

When I was checking out a classic Mercury I was interested in purchasing I ordered a Marti standard report to confirm what the seller was representing the car as. Later, after I had purchased the car I went back to Marti and purchased their elite report to display with the car at shows. They did a great job on the report and I was pleased with their service.

I have now ordered two elite Marti reports, one for each of my cars. The team at Marti is up front about wait times, and exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail creates an authentic feel to the reproduction products. If you can t have the original- Marti is the next best thing.

The quality of the Marti Report I received for my 89 Mustang LX 5.0 far exceeded my expectations. I have had countless people ask me where I obtained my car s birth certificate , and I ve referred them straight to Marti. As the owner of five Mustangs, I ll return to buy the reports for all of our cars. Customer service and communication are absolutely second to none, and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. I had to replace a label and warranty tag on my truck do to replacing cab. And they sent me terrific replacements. Very professional and the communication with them was very hospitable and prompt. I recommend marti auto to all my friends that deal with older fords

I am from Norway and the last 20+ years I have helped over 300 persons from my country with ordering reports and tags from Kevin and his crew.NONE ABOVE, NONE BESIDE.This is the best folks to shop from.Of course of all these orders there have been a couple of issues, but the error have mostly been on my side. I have gotten two Marti Reports for my Mustangs in the past and have had no problems. Kevin and Shelli are two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet,and will help you in any way they can to solve any problems that might occur while preparing your report.

Always fast, always over the top service for their customer base regardless of stature. Had one instance where a vin didn t match their records and wasn t able to get a report unfortunately. But with their long standing reputation, I trust their word with their depths of resources over what a lazy provincial registry may have entered some 30+ years ago now. Lifetime customer here

Speedy turnaround, excellent customer service. My Deluxe report was detailed and presented in a way that will look fantastic next to my vehicle at shows. 100% recommend having a report generated for your vehicle - show quality, garage queen, daily driver, whatever it may be. Well worth the money, and will be ordering more for my other Ford vehicles.

I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service at Marti Auto Works. I had a few questions regarding my order and was pleasantly surprised when they responded back with an answer. Scot and Kevin even went above and beyond to make sure my Deluxe report had the information I needed. Hands down, the nicest and most rewarding service I've had in a long time. That's just the icing on the cake.Their products are second to none. Very well crafted and easy to interpret. I now know that my car is one of 7 which is really cool to learn.

Fantastic team of professionals who provide what I refer to as the "Birth Certificate" of the Mustang with production of the Marti Report, Data Label and or Data Plate detailing the production line elements of the Mustang in question. The Data Labels and Data Plates received from the team have made many Mustang owners in South Australia, Australia very happy to again have their Mustang authenticated with the original production tag.
