I dropped a full paint job off and was anxious to see the finished product but wasn't sure what to expect... This place exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Casey was amazing and explained everything. The guys working on my car were clearly VERY detail oriented. I'm blown away by the passion they put in MY passion project. Everyone thinks I got a brand NEW new truck it was so well done. Would HIGHLY recommend this, Maaco! Thank you, everyone! From Blue to Leadfoot Grey! Incredible!

I had Maaco paint part of my 2003 Chevy Silverado. I love it. This time I had a problem with a car wash that the suds duled up my paint. Do I took it back to Maaco to buff it out. Next month I will take out my 2001 Honda Accord Spyder package for a full paint job.

Tyler and Casey are great. Tyler always gave frequent updates on the project and did a great job of creating and breaking down the estimate. They took my concerns and special attention into consideration and really made me feel comfortable letting their team work on my vehicle. I think the results will speak for themselves!

I had a harness that had been discontinued and Casey bent over backwards to find the only one of two that remained in this country. It took a while to find it and get it to Phoenix but Casey certainly can not be held responsible for that! Once he got it the car was done the next day. Casey did a great job!

Years ago this location was referred to me for a full paint job. I went there paid a decent price and got a decent paint job. A few years later I go back. Today I took my honda there for an estimate. Walked in the door, nothing. After about 10 minutes another customer comes in and starts to tell me about his complaints on his 2 year old paint job. After about 15 minutes a young man comes out to ask us what we want. I tell him I want an estimate. He walks out to look at the car which I have removed all the trim to ease in the preparation. He immediately gives me a price. Since they have the prices posted on the wall in the lobby I begin to ask questions. I was expecting the price on the wall plus a few hundred tacked on. But no!!! Price on the wall (doubled) plus a few hundred. I was in shock considering the trim had been pulled off the car and the only body work was a few (get that few!) door dings. This young man wanted me to pay to remove the rear tire which hangs on the rear hatch. I asked for a written estimate that he really did not want to give me. Finally I got it. Guess the new ownership has changed its customer service policies. I went there for a estimate, left there insulted. I will not be back.

If you had your car painted under the old ownership and have a problem, forget it. Had some bubbling in the paint on my header panel that is made of fiberglass. They refused to honor the 5-year warranty stating that unless I could find a NEW header panel for my 25-year-old car that they would not repaint it. Obviously, that is impossible, I went to another location, and they told me that if you use fiberglass repair it could be properly fixed. They were not helpful at all. Because it was painted before they bought the shop, they didn't want to help me with my problem.Update:Below my post it says for me to call them. I did just that. I realized it was just window dressing for my negative review for everyone to see. They told me the manager would call me back but that never happened.They let their body shop guy persuade them into believing that it can t be painted properly so he doesn t have to redo his work. He told the previous owner that and guess what? They told him to paint it again until it comes out right because that s the agreement in the contract. Good luck to you if you have a problem. They will NOT resolve it.Use a different location.

My 26 year old truck now looks brand new. The MASCO techs did a terrific job restoring this vehicle I have owned for 25 years. The cost was very affordable and I recommend MAACO service to all.

Under new management! Skylar and his team took expert care of my truck and offered AMAZING customer service. My repaint was handled in less time than anticipated and looks better than I thought possible! The rates are more than fair and my truck looks SUPER NICE!After an unsuccessful first attempt my body work and paint came out beautifully. I had a terrible experience with prior owners, and was told they would redo the job in 3 weeks. When I came to drop off my truck, nobody there knew what I was talking about. I panicked - (I held off on leaving a bad review right away because it s important to give people a chance to fix mistakes) but Skylar explained that he was the new owner and promised to make it right. He delivered! They repainted my truck and had it done in 3 days without it even being scheduled. That s TOP NOTCH service in my book. They took a very bad situation and turned it into the best customer service experiences ever! Paint looks great - communication was above and beyond - no doubt this is THE PLACE TO GO!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my older truck there to change color to red, and the end result was awesome! Tyler and Casey were great, the communication and pricing more than fair, and the quality was way better than I expected. Thanks guys, i would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a shop that s going to be honest! And actually help another human look no further! Nick, Casey, and Tyler were all so nice to me got me a fair estimate and getting my car issues resolved in a timely manner. My car had a dent and broken headlight and Maaco El Mirage fixed both flawlessly! My car looks like it never even had a dent in it. Casey and his team were very professional and courteous and made sure I understood the pricing of the job which was affordable while being high quality work. I am on a tight budget these days and I inquired around other places for my motorcycle fairings to be repainted because my self-paint job did not turn out so well. I went to this location and received a quote that I could live with then dropped off all the parts. I was told what details they would take to do the job and was surprised that I was to pay such a great price, after getting other quotes elsewhere, for all the work and the paint job. Simply put they had to remove the old paint, prime the parts then paint them all separately and it was 7 total pieces to do. I like the job that was done when it was completed, paint was nice with little sparkles, it shines well and it made my-self paint job look sad which I won't ever try again. Thanks Glenn and team for fine work, I am ready for Bike week!

The general manager Nick does not stand by his warranty on his paint jobs. The people in the office will lie straight face to you except for Taylor. I recommend you do not use mako in El mirage Arizona.

They did a great job painting my trans am quarter panel! Mickey told me everything they would be doing during the painting process and even let me see them in action.Surely I am going to get an entire car painted next and see how it goes.

Great job painting our Altima! Had bad oxidation on the top and sides. Came out good as new! I was kept up on the process and it was delivered on time! They also replaced the pinstripe! Thanks!

People are nice, but whoever worked on my car did a terrible job. Front bumper looked terrible, had to go back because it was coming off. Then my skid plate goes bye bye on the high, and now my grill just came off while driving. They are not putting saftey first, and make sure all is properly installed. Beware of body work. In fact, stay away. Go for paint. Photo is just one example.

I wanted to have my golf cart repainted and my neighbor suggested going to the Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Surprise, AZ because he had a golf cart repainted there last year and was very please.I made the contact and was warmly greeted by a friendly staff. They quoted me costs for the project as well as a timeline. They were very helpful with color selection and also provided samples so that I could match the paint with upholstery work that I was having done at the same time. Their pickup and delivery service was very efficient and at the promised time. They called the day before they were to start painting to confirm the colors and the extent of the project.Although it was a small project, the owner Glenn Kukac took and active interest and was very pleasant to work with. The costs were as projected and the project was completed by the date promised. I am delighted with the finished product.

What a PROFESSIONAL business and a pleasure to work with! I am a bit of a perfectionist and have very high expectations, but El Mirage Maaco BLEW ME AWAY!!! They exceeded my expections on this military restoration project! I couldn't be more pleased with their work, both inside the vehicle and outside! I HIGHLY recommend this Maaco and ONLY THIS Maaco to any and everyone. It's worth the drive!

Would not recommend. Still trying to get the owner to call. I've called, emailed, texted, and search and found on linked in and he said he was on vacation and would reach out. Still no call. Disappointed old parts put back on car. New items never installed properly, had to go somewhere else to have work done AFTER I PAID 3k for service from Macco.

I wanted to color match my camper shell to the truck. Glen and his team did a great job. I looked at the work before they reinstalled it and couldn t find anything to nitpick. Masking is good with no overspray. Work done on time and excellent quality.

Took my car here to get fixed, but a couple days later the issue kept persisting, after taking it back to them they told me that it was a completely different issue. I took it to another body shop and they told me that they installed a part that was broken. I don t understand why I had to pay so much money out of pocket and I didn t even get my car fixed properly I paid another body shop to fix my car because I refuse to be taken advantage of again from this body shop, it s so upsetting that I had to waste so much time and money that I worked hard for to not even have the issue fixed.

Maaco of surprise did a awesome job painting my 2008 camry, They were very professional with there qoute and helping me getting my car painted. they were able to paint the car and get it back to me in 4 days. I highly recommend checking these guys out. I will be using them in the future again for my other projects.

It matters which Maaco location you choose. I was satisfied with the complete paint replacement on my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, painted at the Deer Valley location several years ago, but was completely wow d by my recent experience at this El Mirage location! Tyler & his colleagues were realistic about their backlog, but when I finally got my (alternate) 2004 Hyundai Santa Fee in there for a complete paint replacement, they not only got started on it right away, had it finished on time, but were great with follow-up calls to keep me informed about their progress. These days, such exceptional customer service is the exception, not the rule, so I m going out of my way to let others know.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience I have ever had with any business. Quoted 2.5 weeks and they had my truck over 3.5 weeks.After I got it back the roof molding was missing, parts of the truck were not clear coated, my front sensors did not work, windshield washer sprayers were broken, my front right tire well now rubs on my tire, the grill is missing clips, the hood undercover is destroyed from washer fluid, stole the gum out of my door, left trash inside it.Some of it was made right and even after them having it for another two days some of it still came back wrong.The worst part of it was the smart mouth of the customer service representative and the comments he had about my wife. His rudeness alone would be enough for me to tell everyone I ever meet to never go to this location.

I personally want to thank the Maaco Team at this El Mirage location. Very professional group of staff. Tyler was helpful, friendly, personable, and compassionate about meeting my needs as a client. Special thanks to Casey too for the additional assistance with answering questions and just making customers feel comfortable. My 2014 Camaro was repainted and I am extremely amazed and satisfied with the work. After the paint job was complete, I had a couple of questions about the work that was done. I was able to bring my vehicle back with no problem. Nick, one of the technicians met with me. Nick was able to explain proper care, as well as, touch up on a little bit of minor concerns that were pointed out. The team worked with me, gave proper explanations about the paint process and thoroughly reinspected the vehicle for me without question. Thank you all again. :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim
