Hit deer with RV in Wyoming but able to drive here. Was told 2 weeks o repair, turned into 4. Told ready to pick up on Friday, dropped rental car on Monday but when got there not ready and arguing with insurance over payment. Had to pay them $2700 to get them to release it. Cruise control worked when dropped it off, not working when picked up. They had 3rd party try to fix, couldn t so said was my problem. Communication is strictly you call them, will not return calls. Lots of other shops, would look elsewhere.

If you like communication and getting your vehicle back within the estimated timeframe, don't take it here. I wasn't told the first bumper they ordered (before my appointment) was cracked, so they had to order another. Instead of pushing back my appointment, my vehicle sat at the shop and I had to rent a car for twice as long because they didn't communicate. They also didn't tell me extra parts had to be ordered, further delaying the repairs and increasing the cost. The only good thing about the experience was the receptionist, Daisy.

Customer service & the company s practices rubbed me the wrong way at first b/c they do not provide a quote w/o you having to sign paperwork for them to do the repair work. This is not in alignment with what I was told by my insurance company. So I was hella pissed! Nevertheless, since the insurance company referred them, I signed the paperwork. Overall, Ms Anita kept me informed, customer service was good with arranging the rental car, and my truck was repaired. I m happy.

Well I didn't want to do this, I gave the manager Juan a chance to make things right, however he cannot follow through with what he says either. I have had ZERO communication from this place and my truck has been there since Mid- January!!!! I had received 1 phone call from Heath the whole time it's been there ( and that was in regards to Insurance information) I get story after story as to why it's not completed yet! It was a big job and that I do understand. I have made serval calls to get status and get told different reasons as to why it will now be next week. "Next week" seems to be their "Go to" answer!!! I am NOT happy with this place at all!!! I do understand why their employees don't follow through when management doesn't either. Highly disappointed and would NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN!! SOMEDAY ILL HAVE MY TRUCK BACK I GUESS!! It would be ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!!!!

Premier coachworks committed insurance fraud on my claim. They listed and charged for parts that weren't replaced and exaggerated labor for a total of $1696.00 in work that absolutely wasn't done. Total bill was over $12,450.00 When I called regarding the issue with the work that was billed but WASN'T done the "lifetime warranty" they bragged about became worthless. Karl Coperhaven continually lied to me in emails about the problem and refused to stand behind the shops work.The most dishonest man I've ever dealt with. You could do a whole lot better than spending your money at premier coachworks.

Kaizen did an amazing job repairing my pickup bed! They could not find a new pickup bed; Ford stopped making them, but they found enough new parts to fix the damages. They took the old bed apart, welded the new parts to the usable old parts and came up with a perfect new bed. I m very satisfied.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The initial estimate included unnecessary "repairs". When I called to discuss, I ended up canceling. The following day the manager David called to discuss. I made another appointment to go over the estimate. He was awesome in handling a slightly disgruntled customer, agreed that a few things on the estimate were not necessary, revised the estimate. When I returned for the actual repair, David himself was involved in making sure the repairs were completed within the timeframe he quoted, as I was waiting in the office. The repairs were fairly minor and were completed in one hour and 15 minutes! Beautifully done!!Service: Body & Trim

negative million stars if I could. If you want a reliable company to fix your car in a timely fashion and up to par then STAY AWAY from kaizen. They got me good for a quick cash grab from my insurance for an incomplete job. I was told to expect my vehicle in 3-4 weeks. due to "wrong parts" it was delayed another month. They dropped the ball with communication several times and eventually management said they'd help me. After realizing my steering sensor was off during calibration they retracted helping me cause it would've delayed things anyway. So i signed a contract that said any additional damage is on me because essentially, they couldn't calibrate my 2023 vehicle. I took it to honda bc my tire rod was loose and for them to finish the job. I can GUARENTEE if i left my car with kaizen I'd have been in a rental for another 2-3 weeks before they could rub two pennies together and realize my car had to go to honda for a calibration. I am out of about $1,300 because of their incompetency's and delays. this stings big during this economy as a single mom. not to mention the amount of times I missed work with anticipation to get my car to then be called end of the day that its NOT ready and theres yet ANOTHER ISSUE. IDK why they'd take my car knowing they don't have the technology to fix it. & IDK WHY THEY WOULD PUT ME IN A CAR WITH A LOSE TIRE ROD so i could potentially harm myself or my toddler. But no worries, litigation will be contacted & until they tell me to take this down... read it, save yourself, and go ANYWHERE else. They're thieves and that's why their corp is going downhill. don't take a car you cant fix!!!

The repairs were acceptable enough, considering that Geico only authorized and paid them to do a substandard job on my truck. It'll have to go back to complete the repairs after I get the insurance company re-involved. But I digress. Premier did a fine job for what they could.Regardless of all that, I'm giving this company only two stars due the horribly poor communication, follow-up, and follow-through by the gentleman in charge of oversight of my repairs. I'd likely recommend Premier to potential clients, but I can't and won't due to the constant disappointment and missed/non-returned phone calls, emails, etc from Kyle. If you end up taking your vehicle there, I'd suggest requesting anyone but him.

WARNING ABOUT KAIZEN!!!! 4.4 Stars can't possibly be the RV Repair rating. One Star is too much. Read further.We took our 40 ft coach to KAIZEN for what we thought was minor accident repair in March of 2022. After 12 MONTHS the coach was in worse condition than before the accident. They didn't complete half the work they contracted to do (and were paid 80K to do) but we cashed it out and took it home just to get it out of there. When we got it home the hydraulic slides that worked when we left it with Kaizen no longer worked. We called them.Later the next day they sent a mobile mechanic to our house under the guise of adding some hydraulic fluid to fix the hydraulics and instead they took the vehicle from our driveway without authorization. For the next few weeks they claimed to be working on it. We were told last week we could come get it. When we went to get our RV yesterday they claimed we still owed them 30K. We refused to pay their extortion money, they refused to give us our coach and demanded we leave their facility.We had to report the vehicle stolen. They had no authorization, no work order and yet they lied to the police to cover their malfeasance and incompetence. They still claim they are owed 30K for work they never did.Don't let all the flashy signs and "Authorized" repair facility stickers fool you. This RV Repair "organization" (Kaizen, Premier, Fix IT or whatever the name is this week) and the people who run it are a clown show, a chop shop, or both, I'm not sure. Leadership is MIA. Most employees are unqualified and can't read or do basic math. Estimates are guesstimates at best (9 revisions). Even top management can't interpret their own estimate, a calendar, a work order or a claim explanation correctly.These people will make promises, sign contracts, take your property and then bilk you and your insurance company of every dime they can. They will put you into a revolving door of know nothing personnel and non-sense they think you can't escape while they empty your wallet and boost your insurance rates. They don't care if they destroy your property or your financial future. Be wise. Don't take a chance. You've been warned.

This is the second time I ve used them because someone hit my car. They are excellent communicators. They are timely and professional. Jay is awesome. This is also my second time dealing with him. We were planning to go out of town a week after I dropped off my car and he was able to get the job done in time for us to pick up the car before our trip. Really great experience. I hope I don t have to use them again for body work but I would recommend anyone to use them for their repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I don t know how they stay in business!? Coach was at shop for over 9months to get slide fixed. They literally F ed up way more then they fixed!. They had to hire an outside electrician to look at because it was apparently way more then they could figure out. They burned up almost everything electrical. Literally blew the lights out of the socket and all had to be replaced. Finally went to get coach to save what was left. After further inspection they never put any of the wiring harnesses back or even tried. The worst place ever. I wouldn t trust them with a lawnmower!!! These people should be ashamed at the lack of knowledge and service they provide!!

Outstanding professionalism and service! Jay, and Vanessa rolled out the red carpet upon receiving my Tesla Model S and Toyota highlander. These cars needed their rear bumpers repainted due to cosmetic and impact damage. Their attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched by any repair shop I have used in the past. My cars will continue to come here as repairs are needed. Jay also did a great job keeping me informed of their status and called when the cars were ready for pickup; very punctual! Highly recommended! With a lifetime warranty on work, how could you go wrong?

Went in with a three-piece mirror on my Foretravel and left with a 2-piece mirror. Not only did they bust part of my mirror off, but they cracked the driver's side windshield while they were replacing the passenger side windshield. They delayed my pickup by well over a week and forced me to make the 2hr drive to Phoenix a second time. The general manager quit or was fired at some point throughout this ordeal and I've been completed ghosted since. This place is a complete disaster and I wouldn't take any vehicle there, much less a motorhome.Service: Auto windshield repair

Update again: nothing was fixed correctly again. We were even told that the awning didn't leak even after i showed them video of where it was leaking. They trained with "all awnings leak there". This one never leaks there before they replaced it. This is a new awning! They claimed to fix the windshield again but it leaks in the same exact 3 spots and we added silicone ourselves to stop the water from coming in. Update: Our motorhome is back in for things to be fixed that were not done correctly and a new little damage.. It's been in almost 4 weeks and we have called to check on it but no one calls us back like the nice receptionist said. We had several things fixed, replaced or repaired on our motorhome back in January after a hail storm. Took a few months to get all of the stuff done. The door was replaced and custom painted to match. The paint turned out good but the door didn't close well, they worked on it again but it still isn't right and looks like they banged and dented the door around the lock to make it kinda work. The guy told us that's all they could do. We left for a summer road trip only to discover the windshield that they replaced still leaks in the same 3 spots and the new awning isn't working right and it leaks alot and doesn't roll in and out correctly. It's brand new! The slideout awnings that were replaced leak as well. Also, there is identification writing on the paint that still won't come off completely. We are on this trip and won't be back until fall and will have to see if they will stand by their not so great work done on the coach.* We will be taking our motorhome into them this week to discuss these concerns with them. Hopefully I can update this list with great comments about what they are doing to fix these problems. Still not happy and they keep lying about fixing it.

Profession quality work, they have fixed my RV after a crash. It s the best work I ve ever seen! A few years later someone backed into my slide out & Insurance sent them RV to a shoo in the town we were traveling. That repair fell apart after two years use. I only trusted Premier in El Mirage shop to fix it because of my prior repair. They once again preformed perfection skilled work. Plus Veronica at front desk learns her customers & offers the best service! Cody my representative is top notch! I ll never trust any other RV repair shop, go to Premier in El Merage, they are above the rest!!!! Outstanding shop!!!

These guys are great. They picked up and later returned our 42 fifth wheel after the repairs were completed, at no charge to us. They also stored it at there place for over a month, until we figured out where it was going, again at no charge. Kody there also would come to the phone or promptly return my calls when I had a question. And their price for the repairs were 1/4 less than the next quote. If you need work done on your RV, these are the people you want to deal with.

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very professional and easy to speak with. I had to bring a brand new vehicle here, due to someone hitting my car in a parking garage and taking off and this shop fixed and it looks like the day I rolled off the dealer lot. Paint blend and match was perfect, they were able to pull the dent and left no traces of it behind. I will always recommend this place and will continue to go here if I have any body work that needs to be done. I have heard of and experienced some really terrible shops that just want to collect money from the insurance company, this place is far from that. Thank you for the excellent repair and experience!!!

PREMIER COACH WORKS AUTO & RV COLLISION8030 N EL MIRAGE REL MIRAGE, AZ 85335THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Absolutely NO customer service. They pad theestimate and run very high.� We agreed to have them do the work onour coach but when it came time to finalise the work, Kody, the personwe were dealing with would never return our calls. We had to keepcalling until he finally would call us back. We even had asked him tofigure out some extra things we wanted done that weren't on theinsurance claim, like some botched body work and removal andreplacing a couch in the coach. We had ordered the couch and had itshipped to Premier.Our insurance agent said that Kody was way high on his estimate andwouldn't come down and we were going to have to come up with a fewthousand dollars in addition to what the insurance company was goingto cover. My husband rented a truck to go and pick up the couch wehad shipped to them to install. Kody wouldn't even come out of hisoffice to meet with him.... So needless to say because of the lack ofcustomer service we received we will not be returning to this shop andhave found one that will work with us and our insurance companywithin reason. The facility is more state of the art and clean. Thepeople are dealing with are very nice and treat the customer withrespect and yes, they return calls within the next day.Not only is Premier losing our insurance business, they are also losingthe additional work that we wanted and were going to pay out of pocketworth another $2k.

My brand new Ford Explorer was rear ended just 2 weeks after purchase. The dealership recommended Fix Auto. Jay took my case and provided the best customer service. He was right on with his estimate in cost and time. Jay also took the time to call me providing updates as the repair was being made and parts ordered. They did a beautiful job and I am so pleased with my experience.

Brad was very professional. He carefully walked me through the intake process and provided updates throughout the repair period. He also checked in with me regarding adjustments that we didn't initially discuss, but were necessary to ensure that the car was safe to drive. Repaired my wife s 2015 black 2015 Honda Coupe I m very particular on our cars especially black ( I own 3 ) because is like water shows any in-perfection. Went to three shops all were professional all had the same explanation except the staff at this shop seemed to show a true knowledge of the process.Jeremy wrote it up gave an accurate time frame.When I picked up the car Jeremy brought it out let us see it at all angles in good lighting, it was flawless no orange peel and the clear was applied and all was fathered perfectly.Best part was they give us our car back completely detailed. I was expecting dust everywhere.Good job guys I hope I never need to return but fupaws do happen thanks.Ken

Awful customer service. Got several different invoice prices. The broke all kinds of things inside my rv that weren t part of the repair like the door trim and the facing to one of our slides.Cody said they d fix it and then he never answered my texts. Don t take your stuff in unless you want it messed with and back in worse condition

Great job! A total paint job on a classic car, and it looks great! I was really happy with the experience from quote to finished job. I got 7 quotes prior to selecting Premier Coach Works. The office staff communicated very well, and completion was within the time estimate quoted! I will use again and will recommend to others.

Over the past 10 years I have had a few cars that needed body repairs from accidents and every time I have use Premier. They have always treated me with curiosity and have been upfront and honest. Their quality of work is unmatched. It shows in the finished product just how much attention to detail and care their staff puts into the work. Premier is not out to make a quick buck, they want quality and the job done right. They always have exceeded expectations.
