I would've given this place a 0 if that was an option. I was hit by a drunk driver and had a dent and scratch on the left side of my car right above the passenger wheel. They gave me an estimate and I waited for the claim to go through my insurance. The shop said it would take 1-2 weeks to fix so I left it there while I was out of town for work. My car ended up being totaled during this time. I requested to keep my car and decided I'd fix it elsewhere because they upped the charges by over 7k than the original estimate. Then when I returned they refused to release my car until my insurance paid over $320 for taking it apart and inspecting it but refused to put anything back on. I understand this is standard procedure but in the end I came out with an undrivable car with everything taken apart. Don't waste your time or money.

Only thing I was satisfied with was the communication.. my car was in the shop there for about 3 weeks and when I got my car back there was damage on the interior of the vehicle .. they were quick to fix it and get my new parts ordered but today when I went in and got those parts fixed they returned my car with white dust all over the new door panel they put on minutes before and it was all over my passenger seat.. I kept calm and asked them to wipe down my door panel which they did but when I got home I did a look around I am very unsatisfied with the way they left my car after working on it .. when we bring our cars there we take them there to get them back to new condition, not to get dirty and treat belongings like trash .. vacuum your work area, wipe down your work area, communicate with customer on any damage accidentally left !! This is coming from someone who works in this field of work .. do better next time

Its been over a month since i seen my car they keep delaying without saying why my car is being delayed, poor customer service. Will update when i get my car if anything was stolen out of it or if the miles got racked up. Over 2 weeks just for paint two delays already without explaining exactly why it was delayed. update: Got my car back after 3 delays and the new headlight isn t working and a part missing as well. So no full inspection was done the new fog light was just slapped in not aligned they would know if they actually checked if all lights were functional and working properly. Had a big misunderstanding with insurance. The manager at least called to make it right.

Waste of time going here. They don t know what they are doing. Disorganized , and absolutely incompetent inexperienced individuals. Everything from start to finish was a horrible experience.

Great friendly staff, they keep you updated on the process. And get the work done in a timely manner.

Not prepared to service customers. Receptionist states it s an unsafe area and their walls get jumped all the time.
