Dezma's always takes great care of us. This is the third service we've had with them. We have lighting on our truck, audio on the truck and now lighting on my daughter's motorcycle, pictured. They've always given us fair pricing, timely service and a great product.I wanted my daughter to be seen as she's a new driver, these lights ensure her visibility at night. Erick understood my concern as a parent and met her desires as a bike enthusiast! We always get compliments on the lighting and I absolutely love the sound of our audio system. Thank you so much! We'll be back with the next motorcycle soon.

Eric and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing my radio/navigation. I changed my mind on a couple of things and he was very good about making the changes. Highly recommended his shop.

We were very pleased with the way we were treated at Dezma's.He had kindness and a lot of knowledge. Everything was explained to us with patience and accuracy. We are in our 80's and not real familiar with the newest products. Eric made sure we knew how to use the new products he installed for us. Will say this is the right place for us and glad to do business here!

Eric is the Man, I went there a couple days ago to get my sounds installed, they did an amazing job, man you can hear my sounds 2 blocks away. .. I ll definitely refer them and I ll be back to get more work done..

WARNING. Installed incorrectly. Blamed it on the head mount. I bought a new one and same issue. I took it freind and he fixed it. What ever, at least they tried . OH but when I asked for my controller back they didn t have it. The one they gave me had a shortEven after I was promised and okaidokied he says I don t know you The blames it on my personally bought radio from Amazon he somehow remembers. The stile lies and didn t even deliver this is my child s car and now it s draining the battery. Jerk wouldn t my even help me. I told him I ll write reviews but he said he ll be fine.Warning

They installed my truck system. It s my weekend driver the system did not work I took back they said wires where burned after they installed everything. Then said the warranty was over after I paid over 5k. They said I needed new amp I told them to install after a month the base is cutting I took back they said warranty over. I would not recommend that place I would rather do it on my own even don t know much about system BUT it s same result after I take it back. They don t back-up things they sell rather sell you new again then you take it back and will tell you don t have warranty

Stopped in one day, didn't do any homework on this shop but needed a new system in my cargo work van. I had previously purchased a new Sony deck was going to install it my self but then decided not to. I needed new speakers. Eric said, no problem, they'd install it. He recommended some new Alpine door speakers. I asked about a powered subwoofer. He recommended a 10" Kicker to go under the front seat. Eric, thank you for a great job. The work was neat and clean, you got me done on a very busy weekend and you followed up with me like you said you would. Driving around town with the new system has made driving fun again.

My car radio stopped working so I stopped in. We set an appointment for later in the week. They wanted to ensure I didn t spend unnecessarily. He volunteered to come out and take a look real quick. Pushed a few buttons and BOOM he got it working. Thank you for the great customer service.

Had new stereo with apple car play and back up camera with guideline. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Car was done promptly and kept us in the boat on status. Highly recommend them and will go back for other things we d like done.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and the cost of the job. My new radio was installed in my Ram truck and it sounds amazing. The tech spent some time with me afterwards to explain to me how everything worked, including pairing my phone and testing out the phone interface (even though it was closing time)I recommend Dezma's Car Audio for a professional install with no regrets!

Brought my own stereo and kit. Ste up an appointment. Got me in early and done in an hour. Works perfect and he fixed my hazards button for me.

I came in with my system not sounding good the shop that wired it before did not take the time to do it right. As soon as I came Eric diagnosed the problem and gave me multiple solutions. The entire team was very very nice and the quality of work was second to none. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their system installed correctly the first time. After the installation they walked the everything that was done to my truck. Now this thing sounds amazing!!

Really need to give these guys 6 out of 5 stars. Same day service, fair price for stereo speakers and back up camera installed on my work van, and nice customer service. Installation looks great and everything looks and sounds awesome. I'm very happy with this company. And it's small business too. So love to support small business!!!! Great job!!!!

from the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up our car after it was finished, everyone was patient, informative, and got exactly what we wanted in a quick and easy manner. we did end up having technical difficulties with the camera and i couldn t come in until about 2 weeks after, but they were happy to fix it within a matter of seconds. Great service and great prices i would recommend this to anybody, and will be sending business their way

Neglected to tell me I needed a mounting bracket to install the speakers. Can guarantee they forgot to tell me that so I d come back and have them install it for me. They also told me the speakers were the same price as amazon and I stupidly believed them instead of looking it up. Turns out the exact same speakers were $40 cheaper on amazon. Shady business, avoid this place.

Great service!! When my previously installed-by-a-friend car DVD player died, and they were able to recommend and install a replacement. They made sure it hooked up to the screens in the backseat, and were even able to fix some of the steering wheel controls that hadn t worked with the last unit. Seemed like a family owned and operated business. Very pleased! I hope I don t need them again, but if I do they ll be my first pick :)

I am very please with these guys! They have taken good care of me. Full audio, keyless entry, alarm, hands free, back up camera install. Great customer service, and very professional. I stopped by today with a connection issue and Miguel stopped what he was doing and took care of the issue. Out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend these guys for your car audio needs!! They stand behind their work.

Call them asked if I needed a appointment to get some stuff wired up and they told me no. Went up there and told me I need a appointment. I was sitting in my veichal and took off my mask and the guy told me he didn't like my attitude. Very rude customer service if you ask me.This is NOT false information. I will not tolerate a business that can NOT keep a word. Also come to find out my radio in my truck was a horrible wire job. Radio cuts in and out all the time. Took it to someone else and haven't had any issues with it.

we got a lot done in our van...new radio, 2 flip downs, remote start, and some new charger ports. we are very happy with everything. the service was great too..very friendly and reasonably priced! the kids are so so excited to have the TV's! (mom and dad are happy too!)

I am a old woman with a new sirrus radio that I did not know how to install. I had plugged it into a port for an old garman and could not get the new radio to work. They looked at it and realized all I had to do was to hit the ax button. They could have charged me but were so so honest. Said they didn't have to do anything. NO CHARGE. That kind of honesty means they will an excellent job. I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, Very reasonable and FAST! My ride is almost complete. Stereo system/ sub all hooked perfectly and took the time to work over and show me how it all worked. Thanks to you guys! I'm Definitely coming back and highly recommend this place!

This place doesn't know any once of customer service! And if a 7 day warranty isn't a red flag or working on your car in the parking lot then I don't know what to tell you! I got screwed over and that's my loss! Learned the hard way, best go to those big name brand stores than this hole in the wall! Wish I saw all these reviews before I went there! Do yourself a favor, don't go there save your money and have quality work somewhere else! They are going to rob you of your money!!!!

I recently had a stereo installed. they charged me $95 to install it. before they did the job my factory radio along with the AC buttons all worked. when they finished the job the little light on the AC button and the defrost button did not work. they offered to go pick up lights from auto zone but I had to pay for them. I didn't break mess them up so why do I have to pay. he also got very defensive when I came to him and mentioned that my radio does not pick up stations. As a "professional" company, I don't feel that you should get defensive with your customer by mentioning you have been doing this for 10 years not 15. When I told him that my ac and defrost lights worked before I came there, he responded that they don't do ac work so I would have to buy the bulbs. To sum it up, go to a national stereo company. Someone who will treat you like a customer and not like someone who is trying to get something for free.I noticed the only comment to all of the negative reviews is mentioning the 15 years...no apologies offered or invites to change the negatives into positives...hmmm

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY TYPE OF CAR AUDIO HERE. I got speakers installed. They sound great except for the fact that they are draining so much unnecessary power from my battery. This is my third car battery that I have gone through this year, and the lady at the counter refuses to believe that their work has anything to do with my battery drainage even though this is the only electrical modification that I have done to my car. She chooses to blame the make and model of my car even though I am just having this problem after they put in the speakers. NOTE: My car is 20 years old with 240,000 miles on it, so for it to just now have this problem is definitely because of the poor service done here. Also, I cannot even defrost my front windshield in the winter because after they installed the aftermarket radio, something has been blocking the slider in my car, which prevents me from changing the heat setting to defrost my windshield. They don't have a care in the world to fix either of these problems because they keep believing that they can do their job right. This is a poor excuse for good customer service and basic knowledge on how to install a radio in a car without affecting electrical drainage. If I have this problem with normal car speakers, I would definitely not recommend getting amplifiers from this place.

Dezmas Car Audio was amazing!! I left my car with them and they took great care. Nothing but amazing things to say about them!! Best audio install I've had ever. They went above and beyond!! I will continue to go there for any car audio and security needs. Highly recommend.

Had a remote starter and car alarm put on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Great prices and awesome customer service. Will be goin back to get my amp and subwoofers hooked up soon. GREAT WORK!!!
