What a great experience! Scott runs a first class operation. His shop is immaculate, pride of ownership is evident the second you walk in the door. My car was ready on time and was sparkling clean when I picked it up. The body work is perfect. We live in a world where customer service is often lacking, but Scott and his staff made me feel like my car and me were top on their list. Scott is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, without making me feel like a dummy. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking repairs. Thanks to you all at the Collision Repair Center, a first rate, professional organization!

Worst service of my life! We were supposed to get our car in two weeks and lasted three months (missing a vacation date we had). They left the car open and left our car, completely dirty and dusty. when, calling them, they would never answer us never give us an exact date of when our car would be given to us. when we received our car, it had scratches on the inside of the door something that was not there before and we re told he would send someone to fix that. We called him multiple times after to see when a person would be sent and after six months later, still nothing and no call back. There were bolts and screws missing. And the doors don t even close right still. Horrible experience. And multiple headaches. Don t go here.

Took 3 months to get my car back , when I got it all kinds of scratches scrapes and burns would go back to see if they could compensate but don t want the headache , save your time and money go else where.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Lisa is very helpful and knowledgeable family owned business that does great work, they have earned me and my family's business for all our collision and body shop needs. Highly reccomend them, they repaired the bed and painted my f150 truck.

First impression walking in. I was welcomed with smiles and professionalism. Steve was able to set a time quickly and got the job done. Replace the front bumper housing for our car in a few hours. He can do a repair quickly he ll let you know.

Scott and his staff were the epitome of professional and got my car back to me quickly after an accident. The manager Scott went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Let me start off this review by saying Collision King is now under new ownership. It's no longer under the poor management of Jerry Graziani. The new owner Scott and staff are professionals and really care about their customers. I went in to have dents and scratches removed from my vehicle. They did a great job of taking care of me and my vehicle. They were able to remove scratches I've had other detailers attempt in the past. I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my truck here after I had an unfortunate detailing incident. Needless to say my paint was wrecked and looked like nail polish was used to fill the paint chips it was not pleasant to look at to say the least.Reached out to Lisa and Steve at Collision King and when they responded I was assured that they would make my truck look awesome again. Spoiler alert, they did.Arrived at the shop and was welcomed with open arms. They looked at my truck and were ready to get started right away.Steve has a lifetime of experience and it showed with the quality of work done on the truck it might as well have been magic. The paint match was flawless and looks like it just rolled off of the factory floor.Whether your looking to get something painted or you had the unfortunate circumstance to be in an accident they will get you taken care of and make the process as seamless as possible.This is a family owned and operated shop and will provide a much more personable experience than pretty much any other collision center out there on top of providing top notch quality work.Lisa and Steve made an otherwise stressful and unfortunate incident and turned it into a positive experience. Would recommend going here 10/10 simply fantastic.

Best customer service and work!! We had a terrible insurance company to deal with after my husband's accident and Lisa went way above and beyond to help us. They got his car in the shop and you wouldnt have a clue it was ever in an accident. Beautiful work, AMAZING communication, great personalities, and wonderful people to work with!! I highly recommend Collision King to anyone that needs work done with their vehicle!

These guys are amazing ! Collison king kept their word with making sure my van would be fixed asap, and parts wouldn't be used or after market. The van looks amazing. They even detailed the inside of the van before picking ! They saved me a two hour interior clean up ! It is much appreciated. Highly recommend their service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle to Collision Kings after an accident and my vehicle came out amazing. I give Scott and his team 10 stars, 100% or what ever else I need to use to encourage folks to go to Collisions Kings. Jerry and his staff are true, passionate, professionals at their trade. All true car guys! My truck looks better then new! Insurance photos can only show exterior damage not the true extent of the complete damage. He took care of everything with the insurance company and made my life easier by doing so. Yes, it's a inconvenient situation being in a accident and having to deal with everything that comes with it but once I dropped off my truck Jerry took care of everything from there and all I had to do was pick the truck up when it was done. Looked perfect!! If there was 6 stars I would give 6 stars!!

After my bumper was destroyed by a rogue tire on the highways of Phoenix, I was tasked with the stress of finding a reliable auto body shop. Thank you so much to Steve at Collision King for treating my car and I so well. He had me back on the road just a couple days later, and worked with me to offer a price far more affordable than any of his competitors. Furthermore, he and his fianc� Lisa went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They even gave me a ride back home when they overheard I d be ordering an Uber! If anyone in the Phoenix area is looking for Collision repair, I urge you to go support this fantastic family owned business!

The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgable. The are a major part of a team that is restoring my 1976 Trans AM. I am relieved that they could step in due to an accelerated schedule on this car as they are treating it like it was one of there cars and making sure everything is done correctly. Highly recomend this business for restoration body work.

If I could give more stars for this place, I definitely would. The service they provide and the communication itself is great. They fixed my rear bumper on my car and left it looking brand new. I would recommend Collision King to everyone and if you re looking through reviews here and are on the fence about choosing a place, definitely come here.

They did AMAZING work on my Camaro! Looks better than when I purchased it! They even found where another shop did shotty work, and gave me a very reasonable price to fix the other shops poor work. This place is the best! Thank you all for the awsome job you all did. Next time I need body work, your the people I am calling.

Jerry is absolutely the best!! He is so patient and is willing to deal with your insurance company so you do not have to deal with their headaches! Very professional and communication between Jerry and clients is great he always keeps you in the loop! I wouldn t recommend anyone else he s the best in the business.

Driver's side doors on my work vehicle were severely damaged while parked. They worked with me on a schedule to find replacement doors then completed the repairs quickly so I didn't have to miss appointments. Much appreciated!

As of right now, they were ok however I dislike the lack of communication. Most of time we call they never answer and the voicemails we leave are useless because they never return our calls. If you like better communication I would go elsewhere.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
