A shout out to Nannii, Peter and a young lady I didn't get the name of! My car was having a hard start. Turns out my battery was near dead. There were complications installing a new battery for me. But they were friendly and professional and worked hard, taking extra time to assist me! I appreciate everything they did to help me this evening! Thank youJerry

Have to give a review on Earl and Lewis. Just to paint a picture went to two other AutoZone in the area didn't have the battery we needed. called this AutoZone they answered within two rings, checked for the battery and was ready for us when we got there. The whole process was so smooth, they were super friendly, I mean the customer service was outstanding. They really turned around our night and they knew what they were doing. Earl and Lewis keep up the good work. if I ever need any assistance again or if my family does I will refer them directly to yall!

Very helpful employee, Kenya. I walked in & everyone standing at the front counter pointed at him like he was the only person available by even though he was trying to go on lunch break. He took care of me before his lunch, which I was grateful for since this was the 2nd location I had to go to that day in order to make a return (the store in surprise on Grand didn't have enough cash on hand to refund me < $100). He was very nice & quick; would've been nice to see some other employees helping him out.

Came in to get my check engine light checked. Harriet helped me. She was very polite and helpful. I was in and out with a print off with what is wrong in less than 5 mins.

I brought a container of used oil to be recycled. I put it by the back door and then I went around to the front and walked into the store. I told a young man that I had a container of used oil that I left by the back door. In a really rude manner, he told me that I should have carried it in the front door. Then he went to the back door and picked up the large plastic bags that I put the oil container in and told we were done and told me to leave. He didn't even ask me if I wanted my container back. Really rude attitude. Absolutely no respect whatsoever.I have spent a lot of money there. Next time, I will go somewhere else

I m a frequent customer of AutoZone and I have to say my most recent experience has been the best! One employee by the name of Harriet was by far the most professional and helpful person I ve had help me with my questions and purchases. This employee clearly demonstrates the excellent customer service skills that should be an example for others and deserves a raise!

they did it to me again! last month it was my wife's car at the Reems location, now it's my car at the El Mirage location with the same warranty scam. the battery is under warranty and they won't let me exchange it because the purchase doesn't show on my number. the alternator I got shows, the first battery was purchased that SAME DAY. why does only the alternator show? because it's a scam. I also like how the guy there passive aggressively accused me of stealing the battery and switching stickers. who has stickers and batteries laying around to do that?? this was a month after they did this same thing to me and acted like they wanted to help when I complained last time.. I'm so glad I'm finally got my items for both of my cars at a competitor (who has all my purchases in their system) and I have zero reason to go back

This store is great unlessGladice is working she is so rude and has the worst customer service. Every member of my family has had to deal with her at one point or another and we always leave the store extremely frustrated! My husband on crutches asked her to dispose of oil that was purchased at their store and she replied were busy as she stood with her hands in her pockets!

I've run into one or two guys here with outstanding customer service skills and knowledge. There are also a few people there who aren't so "customer service" savvy. I would say it's best to avoid dealing with those employees, but you usually don't have to... they do all the avoiding for you.

The employees were very inappropriate with my mom. They completely mistreated her and were very rude. They asked her to do the checking of the engine herself and refused to assist her. She s an old lady! However, when a man came they quickly assisted the man. It s so disheartening to know that my mom was mistreated this way.

These guys are always super helpful! Gotta bunch of car issues and these guys are always really good about helping diagnose and fix all problems. Their free code reads are great. I've been in there about 10 times this week doing a full tune up on my car one thing at a time and it's a good experience every time. Parts are always a really good value and their rewards program is great.
