They replaced my tint with the windshield!!!! Such helpful, nice people.

My newly installed Safelite windshield was hit by an object on the highway resulting in a break/crack. I called the Eagar location on Monday to have it looked at. I live 2 hours from the shop. The receptionist said I didn't need an appointment. Told me to come in any time. I drove 2 hours to the shop this morning. She told me they were swamped & couldn't help me! She knows how far I drove. I was shocked & then furious as I was driving back home. I will never use a Safelite shop again. This is horrible customer service.

Great team both service and the techs. A friend also used this shop and they installed his windshield in a rural town 30 miles from his shop. They are good!

Very friendly service and super fast. Even offered a ride home and back, rather than me waiting. I highly recommend them!
