Due to all the mud I get into and rubbing the head off my fender wheel liners I d been dealing with a wheel well liner that was rubbing on my tire every time I turned a corner. They got me in after they got back from lunch, got the work done in around 30 minutes and I was on my way. It s really nice not to hear that grinding noise it was an easy fix but this mechanic and shop did a great job.

I recently brought my jeep to have the new distributor, which I purchased installed. seemed like an easy thing to do. I won t use any real names here so let s just call her mean Jean, told me on a Friday that it would be worked on the following Monday, Monday came and went Tuesday came and went. I followed up the following Wednesday And was told that they would be working on it soon. Didn t hear anything back that Thursday or that Friday. I waited till Monday and called, spoke to a young lady over the phone, said that she would let me know later that day what was being done about the Jeep, didn t hear anything back, didn t hear anything back Tuesday either. the next day I was working in town which was Wednesday and decided to stop by, the young lady I ve spoken to plus mean Jean were headed off to lunch. I asked them for an update on the jeep. They couldn t confirm anything other than the fact that other customers were ahead of me and that they were waiting on parts at this point, I mentioned that I was in no hurry when I spoke to the young lady, trying to put things at ease, I could feel the tension coming off of them , not so much the young lady, but mean Jean. we parted ways after I was told that they would give me a call later that day again nobody called me that day. The next day, which was Thursday, I decided to make a phone call to a friend who was close to one of the mechanics there. They were told that he would start working on it. The mechanic would start as soon as possible I drove by sure enough after work they had been working on it The next day which was Friday they were working on it as well. I was happy to see that. still no phone calls or updates on anything Friday afternoon however, I did receive a call from mean Jean telling me that they were able to get the vehicle timed as well as get the distributor installed, but the issue was spark, plug wires. They went ahead and swapped those for me. I paid for those , so here it is Monday, 31 January 2024 I received a voicemail saying my jeep was ready. The bill was $536 seems kind of outrageous for just a distributor and some spark plug wires. I put that aside give a call And ask to speak to a manager mean Jean came on and proceeded to tell me the way things were gonna go. I told her I apologize for any misunderstanding. She told me to stop which seemed weird. I told her that s very rude of you to tell me to stop talking meanwhile throughout the whole conversation when I spoke to her a click sound click sound happened and she admitted that she was putting the phone down and said that she didn t wanna have to listen to me , she went through the whole list of things they had done to Jeep. I told her I understand but the misunderstanding was in the fact that I had never been contacted or updated about my vehicle. Apparently I was bugging them and got under her skin. She just seemed very irate very angry and I told her that she was the type of person that you couldn t make happy, and she was set in her ways. I Felt very disappointed in the service I was receiving, couldn t believe I was being talked to this way you would think that a business, especially local would take care of its customers. I was told that I was not allowed back and not to take any vehicles at this point I was not being rude didn t understand what was going on , but if you have to take a vehicle, beware you will eventually have to deal with mean Jean. I have paid my bill. I have no complaints about the mechanics or ownership. I do not know them. My vehicle seems to be in great shape, however Customer Service is extremely lacking. I would expect this in the valley not up two blocks away from where I live.

Stopped in omw home from camping due to an extremely loud metal grinding noise coming from the rear end. Of course it stopped just before pulling in. Tldr: they took the tome out of their packed day to see what they could find, and did not even charge me for taking a look. Thank you guys for checking and giving me the confidence to make the long drive home!

Update: I found the roll of duct tape. It was shoved way under the back seat. My apologies!! Thank you again for helping me out!Brought my 2013 Ford Edge in to get a passenger window regulator replaced. I was very grateful they were able to make time for me on such short notice (we were visiting from Phoenix). Unfortunately they couldn't get the part in time before we were to head back to Phoenix. They also cleared a check engine light for me, which was a relief.I am disappointed to discover they took a brand new role of duct tape that I purchased (I used it to tape a garbage bag over the window). It was on the floor in the back seat of my car and now it's missing. Not sure why they would take something that didn't belong to them?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very helpful I was traveling through town for work with my wife and kid all the other shops in town were booked up for a week when I stooped here they helped as fast as they could since I was supposed to already be heading to my next job I was there due to a leak of fluid in my back axle he filled it for me and only charged me for labor and got me 900 miles to my next destination smoothly

Our SUV overheated and we were stranded on a back forest road for some time before a UPS driver stopped and got us enough water so we could get back on the road.We immediately drove into town to see if we needed to have additional service before we headed back to Phoenix. One of the mechanics ( I didnt get his name) immediately looked at it, did some testing and then Aaron came and topped it off with some antifreeze (we were running on just water). All this while they were clearly swamped! And no charge. We are grateful for the great service!

The two things that have really stood out to me about Leseuer Automotive every time I ve needed something done to my car are (1) their friendly staff and (2) their quick service. The women at the front desk are incredibly kind and easy to work with, so setting up an appointment is no hassle, and each time I ve called in, they ve been able to get my car in the same day to have a look at it. All in all a really good experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone needing automotive services. Please go support these kind people! :)Service: Tires

I am temporarily here in town working and yesterday I had a check engine light come on. Napa automotive store checked the code and it was the EGR valve. They suggested Lesueur and I'm SO thankful. They had great service at the counter and the mechanic. Also, the mechanic got right on it and I was out of there quickly. Thanks y'all!!

Aaron and his team are the best. I was traveling through town & thought I needed an alignment. Come to find out, I had been driving in an extremely dangerous situation & had to get my tie rod etc taken care of immediately. They were able to squeeze me in the next day & get me back on the road.The owner s integrity is very commendable and I am very appreciative of their thorough inspection, which possibly saved my life- while driving hundreds of miles at 80 mph.Wish I could give more stars.

We were camping in Greer when my diesel truck quit running. I was able to get it started, but it barely ran. I called Lesueur Automotive and they said bring it in and they would lookat it. I was able to limp in and got there after 3:00 pm. They were extremely busy but immediately did a diagnostic check and identified the problem. They said they would order the part and have it ready the next day. Josh volunteered to take us back to our RV and pick me up when it was finished. They replaced the needed part and it runs great. They were amazing. They were all very friendly, the price was extremely fair and service was excellent. I wish these guys were in my hometown.Service: Engine repair

This establishment lives up to its name and slogan. I was having AC issues and was only going to be in town for a couple of hours. I decided to bring in my car mostly just to have it inspected to see what was going on. Within 20 minutes the mechanic took a look at it and got my AC to work without charging me a dime. My AC is still working to this day and I will be forever grateful for the hospitality and generosity of this establishment. I would recommend them to anyone.

We came in to town visiting family on a road trip and our car had issues as we pulled into town. They got us in fast, diagnosed the problem and had parts ordered and in within a couple days. Super nice, affordable and they even made sure we got an oil change before getting back on the road. Highly recommend!

While driving cross country pulling our 7500lb trailer we encountered car trouble outside Eagar, Arizona. We were able to limp into their shop. Desperate and in a tight spot this shop could not have been more helpful. They were busy but managed to fit us in right away. They allowed us to drop our trailer on their lot and quickly made the repairs to our truck that afternoon. They were honest, fair and their service was excellent. Thanks for getting us back on the road! If ever in the area, use these guys!

My family was on a cross country roadtrip when we broke down just inside the AZ state line on 60E. A passing good Samaritan helped me get running again (service engine light on) and into Eager, AZ where I found Lesueur Automotive. The ladies at the counter were sweet. The shop was very busy, but after I explained my situation they got my truck on the rack within minutes to check it out. Aaron was the mechanic whom got the issue figured out. Aaron was a nice guy, & patient with me when he explained things. The part needed was an hour away, & they got it for me! They got my vehicle fixed up enough to get my family home safely, & I am eternally grateful. One of the ladies at the counter even offered to give me a ride to my hotel when we found out the part wouldn't be in until the next day. Good salt of the Earth people helped me out in my time of need. I would recommend them to anyone in the area or anyone tra elling through that needs service!

Amazing customer service! I was up at Big Lake and needed new water pump in my SuperDuty. They took all my worries away!! They were very communicative and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service and great human beings! I had a bit of trouble passing through town on a road trip and they had my wife and I on our way in no time. In fact,they made time for us. They are very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. During my last visit I had them do a routine oil change and service and the mechanic showed me a exhaust leak and a coolant leak. I would definitely recommend them.

I can not say enough great things about this shop. I have had a LOT of work done on my grandson's 92 Chevy truck.They are great mechanics, honest and fair. I trust them completely with all my vehickes. Would give them 10 stars if I couldThank you guys SO much!!!!

On a holiday weekend I noticed a screw in my tire. LeSueur s was amazing!! They were accommodating and kind. Turns out the screw had not punctured all the way through. They removed the screw and double checked the tire. Thank you!!!

They are a very talented automotive shop, but they are very busy and always overloaded with work. He just needs a bigger location and more skilled mechanics. Their work is good and their prices are fair.

I was having trouble with my truck. I'm from British Columbia and these guys looked at my truck, gave me a diagnostic and didn't charge me a cent. Highly recommended. Fantastic service.

My wife and I are not from Eagar but were up in Eagar for the 4th of July and had some issues with our car. I had taken it into Napa to get the codes run and asked if they knew of an honest mechanic that I could go to. They referred me to LeSueur Advance Automotive and I'm so glad they did. Aaron was awesome! Customer service was honest, fast and great service. I hope we don't have car troubles in the future, but if we do and we are in Eagar, I will definitely be going to see Aaron again.
