Hunter was amazing. He took in a group of 14 students and 4 teachers from Mexico and gave us an informative and fun tour. We also got to meet Harrod and learn a bit about his vision. The museum is very cool with and holds a unique collection

Hunter is the Mann...pun intended. Met him today and I don't know if he was actually open, but he invited us in. Nice guy and knew the history of each car and had some great anecdotes, to go with his knowledge. The space is awesome, and I can't wait to see it completed. No admission but donations are accepted and encouraged and well worth it! Hunter had mentioned future plans for the museum, and I will definitely be making some trips to check up on them....Douglas doesn't have much and this is a definite must see!

This place is simply amazing. The service, the cars, and everything more than exceeded my expectations.I was invited to a birthday party at a museum, and since I was already in town for business, Hunter, the person overseeing our experience, went above and beyond to accommodate our group's needs. He arranged the perfect setup for our business project, impressing our local clients. But the best part was the museum itself. The art car collection and bilingual storytelling during the group tour were captivating. Later, we enjoyed an event on the second floor with live music and games at sunset it was truly exceptional.Hunter's commitment to our comfort and satisfaction was evident throughout. I can't wait to return for more experiences at this amazing place the museum is just the beginning of what it has to offer.

The tour guide was so informative, the displays were so unique. And so much Spirit goes into them. If you're near that area definitely put it on your list to visit

This is a very unique place that I am excited about returning too when they are completely done with it. Hunter not only gave us an amazing tour of the cars, but he gave us the story of all the different artists who created the cars. They also have a hotel upstairs with a full kitchen for your use that is very affordable. Call to confirm their hours and to schedule a tour.

The museum is still being developed but what they have now is worth the trip! Great guided tour and really cool art cars. Unlike most museums, you can sit in and touch the art! Pics and video encouraged

Stopped by to check out the building and to see if the museum was open. Even though they're still working on it, we got a tour and a description of the end vision for the museum. It was great. Guided tours, clean bathrooms, can take photos. Get the history of each car!

Art Car World is AMAZING! I love cars and the art cars are something you must see. There is a huge collection of art cars. Each car has an interesting story, which makes them even more interesting. Some you will recognize as cars, others are bizarre, some you will love and others will... just make you stand back in awe. This is a great place to bring the family, friends and everyone. The cars are amazing, no doubt, but make sure you look around the building and ask about it's history. Harrod has done a first class job of restoring the building and making it a place for artists. Make sure you call ahead for reservations.

Just took my first tour of Art Car World and it was AMAZING! Also there are guest rooms above the museum, which was great since I was coming in from Houston. So I got to stay two nights and check out this funky small border town, Douglas AZ. And since it's really close to Whitewater Draw, I got some amazing bird watching in - and took lots and lots of photos. And atArt Car World it was great to see groups of people from Bisbee, Tucson and all over America come to see this visionary museum. I highly recommend get a tour either from Tour Guide Extraordinaire, Hunter Mann or by the creator of Art Car World, Harrod Blank, who is also an art car artist and award-winning filmmaker. The picture I uploaded is of Hunter Mann dusting off all the cars in the early morning preparing for the many tours of the day.

This place was amazing! Sasha was my guide and he did an awesome job telling me about how it all started and the back story behind each and every car. If you like the quirky, fun and unusual then you will love Art Car World. The tour is free but they accept donations and it is well worth a donation for such an interesting one of a kind tour. Go check it out!

We got there and it was locked up, but I called the phone number that was listed and someone was there within minutes. We learned so much about art cars and my kids were pretty amazed with everything there. They do have bathrooms that you can use that are well taken care of. They said soon it will be even bigger. This was our favorite stop in Douglas, don't miss it. It's free to tour, but they do accept donations and sell cool stuff. Have cash on hand, because I guarantee you will want to tip after the tour.

A deep dive in to the world of art cars. We had an exceptional tour with Hunter Mann, who painted a full story of each vehicle and the people who made them. One of the best tours I ve experienced. I highly recommend! There are also a fine set of rooms upstairs with a common kitchen and lounge area. Definitely worth the trip down to the border. Did I mention the fine cocktails and dinner at the Gadsden Hotel? Great day all around!

You have got to check this place out. Right now the building is going through renovation but that does not take anything away from the beautiful and artistic cars that are in this building. I have seen a show like this on TV that featured artistic cars but nothing matches the reality of walking in and actually touching and opening the doors to these fantastic vehicles. Right now the tour is free of charge by calling and making reservations only but well worth the time and effort to check it out.
