Normally a short wait with VERY friendly and helpful staff.Sometimes the wait is ridiculous, though, because they only have one person on the windows.

Only getting one star because you have no choice ! Worst MVD EVER!!! A whole lot of ignorance works here! If you are a white American, do yourself a favor and go to another MVD! They will skip you in line here, they also will talk Spanish over your English, they will dismiss you without giving you any kind of helpful info really just the all around WORSE MVD EVER! I m suspecting all the positive reviews are from locals who are family members of employees or who have never left the Douglas area won t mention the over charges that were later not given back to me but a credit applied to future registrations..garbage, just garbage!

Friendly, helpful staff who got our transactions processed quickly. There was a little bit of a wait initially, even though we had an appointment, but staff numbers were reduced either because it was lunchtime or due to COVID distancing recommendations.The gentleman who took care of us even took the time to explain something relevant to me that no other government employee had -- or had even brought up -- in the 14 years it has been applicable.

It was pretty busy today, i took a friend over there to get his Driver's License. But, i gotta say, the staff there are fast and efficient. I was also at D.DMV, the day before, same excellent service.

Luis has the best customer service I have ever experienced at an MVD.. His hard work and consistency definitely needs recognition. Thank you Luis for all your help and hard work

Went to get motorcycle endorsement for license, took course and test so they only needed to change endorsement. Got there at 4:35pm and hours of operation on website state until 5:00pm when entered the door saw a sign covering the ticket machine stating information only after 4:30 contradicting what the website states. I asked if I could just get the endorsement anyway since it would only take a few minutes. There were only two customers there and no one waiting. They still refused even after I stated that the hours are until 5:00 and told me tomorrow. When I got to my vehicle I see a woman taking a picture of my license plate. I got out of my vehicle and went inside and stated "really! You're going to take a picture of my license! Really! I was upset that because I complained that they would take a picture of my plate to run my information. Very unprofessional.

Employee was very rude. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Did not even know policy which we showed her on the Offical Website but said she did not have time to read "that". Then proceeded to look for a phone number for our office location and could not locate a phone number so said we had to take it over there. What a waste of time! Rude! Rude! Rude!

Their lazy they rush through their job and don't do it right. They always have a gang of people and the wait time is at least 15-20 minutes. They have poor custom service.

My experience was terrible. Only 2 clerks at windows, and they spend most of their time in supervisor's office asking questions, probably because of the lack of training.

Phone service is useless, both in English and Spanish. It's nice to see that the MVD still upholds their reputation of being absolutely no help

You come in and get a number and then you wait away from the crowd and they just skip you song 6 you were supposed to be in line. This place is a serious joke. Horrible customer service.

Got there early. No appointment. Registration for two cars from out of state. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I asked for someone that speaker Spanish on the phone and they never transfer me to a person that speaker Spanish. Like if it was hard to get someone that knows Spanish in Douglas. I could off just talked in English but I chose to speak Spanish. This place sucks on costumer service .
