I do not recommend you use these guys. I was given an estimate for a road service call and was charged way more than the estimate. The call required no parts only a few minutes of labor yet we were charged way more than the estimate.

Guys came out fast and winched us out and the snow plower the night before ended up hitting out steer tire of my truck and the brought out replacement and hun oil and fixed quickly. All in all a hour they had us back on the road thank you so much

We would rate Arizona Fleet Service in Dewey, Az a -1 if it were possible.On 2/14/23 we made an appointment with Steve for a 3/1/23 appointment, to bring in our diesel RV from Payson, Az (an 89 mile trip one way) to have our dash air conditioner repaired. We clarified that the engine was in the back of the RV. He said to call back a week before the appointment (2/21) to verify & to have the vin# ready. We did so today, 2/21 & Steve said he did not need the vin# and changed our appointment from 3/1 to 2/27; that we were good to go.Steve then calls back saying that his manager said that they are not able to do our repair; that they don't work on a/c's when it is not near the engine. (Really? Steve was aware on 2/14 that the a/c was Not near the engine!)We asked to speak with his manager. Steve said he would have the service manager call us, which we are waiting for.Knowing that we had a diesel RV & that the engine was not near the dash air, we felt that Steve should have never made the original appointment, giving us false hope & unnecessarily wasting our time!There was not even an apology from Steve for the inconvenience. Unbelievable!!

I took my 45' diesel motorhome to AZ Fleet for 75,000 mi. service. They performed all the requested services in a careful timely manner. Both of these issues were of great concern to us as we live fulltime in the motorhome and we are traveling over 10,000 mi. this summer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

These guys are amazing. They helped us straighten out and tighten our box on our moving truck. They were quick and well priced. Worst customer service ever! This company was hired by my insurance company, an appointment was made a day in advance for roadside assistance. I received 3 messages that they were delayed and then a message they were on the way. I called them to confirm arrival time and dispatch told me they weren t coming, that the job didn t pay enough. I literally need air in a tire, roadside. The company never bothered to cancel my appointment and I drove an hour one way to meet then there. I would not recommend ever using this company, wry unreliable.Service: Tires

The whole team here is amazing. The techs actually diagnose problems instead of throwing thousands of dollars worth of parts at a potential issue. If I'm able to, this is the only shop I use for service/repairs on my truck.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I contacted BGA who said they would page a provider in my area. I received a call from Owen who was polite and helpful. We agreed I would bring my motorhome to their facility in Dewey on Friday morning. When I arrived Owen went over what I wanted done and told me it would be done later in the afternoon. Since this is my personal motorhome rather than a truck they were very conscious of keeping it tidy inside. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs diesel service, they are knowledgeable and contentious, Owen was the best!!

Me and my Husband were stuck on the side of the road in Prescott Valley,Az due to a Bad Stater and we called Arizona Fleet by BGA and they sent out an amazing Mechanic named Andy . Andy was extremely professional, very nice and helpful young man and did a great job fixing our diesel to help get us back on the road. Service was Amazing from Andy and Arizona Fleet, he came very quickly and they are very honest. If you re ever in need check them out to see if they cover your area, Promise you won t regret it

We broke down on an RV trip heading back home and we blew a radiator line on our diesel motor home. After calling 5 other shops and none of them be able to fit us in, even with an on road emergency, I was recommended to try AZ fleet and gave them a call. They fit me right in and a couple hours later, had the hose replaced, coolant filled and on our way. Owen did a good job fixing our motor home and getting us on our way.

Have a diesel Motorhome that had a power steering leak I could not fix, contacted Owen at Arizona Fleet Service and asked for his help. He got me right in, said he could have us done the next day and kept me informed all along the repair process. Had my rv service by a major dealer in Tucson and they put 16 quarts of fluid in a 10 quart transmission. Blew out the breather and covered my tow vehicle completely. Called Owen and explained the situation. He got me right in, drained out a gallon, verified the level and I was on my way quickly. Owen was very helpful an efficient. A good experience after some bad ones.

Horrible experience with these guys. They are not organized. Called on a Friday to make sure they worked on what I needed, called on Monday, they said it would be better if it was Tuesday. Kelly (office lady) gave me her direct number. Called Tuesday twice with no response, went to the shop and Kelly said they can t take the truck for 2 weeks. Unbelievable. Horrible to work with.

Was broken down in my truck on the side of the highway. Andy called before he left his shop and verified what was wrong to make sure he had the right Part to get me going again. Anthony was fast and professional. I had a radiator hose blow and was stuck on the side of I 40, he got me fixed quick and back on the road. Would definitely recommend him.

I gave this company a call for service, I am not broken down, I need repair on a wire harness, apparently dispatch cannot give a price for a call out service, and no tech can come out to you unless you tell them you are stopped on the side of the road broken down, also they advised me that they do not have a shop I can go to unless I make an appointment, so I asked can I make an appointment and Elvira from dispatch told me no she cannot give me an appointment because she does not have access to that information. So in the end they cannot give me an appointment nor a price for coming out to me. And I won t even receive a call back from a tech because I am not broken down. What s the point of being 24 hours if your not going to service anyone that s needs help that is not broken down, I m pretty sure that review that s on this listing is FAKE.
