Needed new tires. Went in for a new set. Justin took the time to show me why I had premature wear on the front. Explained it so even I could understand. Awesome customer service. I now bring all my cars to them. Ask for Justin. They even do just the front brakes.

Simply amazing service. I was on a long road trip, that included a visit to Moab, when I booked an appointment with Reese's. Long story short, I was rough on my Tacoma in Moab and could feel I needed an alignment. While visiting friends in the area it was a good opportunity to stop in here for this work to be done. Well, the news was not good as Tacoma's/Toyota's are somewhat notorious for having alignment cam tabs that easily bend or shear off and do not allow the cam to properly hold an alignment. The manager clearly explained all the details along with potential options to fix (obviously none of them were quick and easy given the condition). Then, he took it to another level and said he wouldn't charge me a dime. He said that they didn't do any work that they would stand behind, even though they spend over an hour doing the work and diagnosing the issue. Talk about customer service! I was shocked, this type of great support seems almost unheard of these days. I would 1000% go back! These folks actually have integrity!!

Service is always great. The work is professionally done. The price always goes up and I understand why. Hard to keep your prices reasonable when people vote Democrat. So help Reese's help me a service disabled Vet. Stop voting Democrat.

Reese's Tire & Automotive is wonderful! Alicia and Johnny are very kind. Vehicle safety is a priority to them. As a parent, I carry precious cargo every day. I will always be grateful to them for their incredible gesture, and for the time and effort they and their crew put in to ensuring my car would be safe to drive.

There are not enough stars to describe how stellar the experience was. We were se t here to have a look at our rim and possibly replace the hub drum. As we were driving through on a trip we were nervous about being stuck but the squeezed us into the workload helped my find the parts for the trailer around town, and they got us out of their lot in short order which is tough to do with a full hub swap. 100% recommend them for service and attention. Next time I am in town and need something, I am bringing my business here.

These guys are the best ever! Reese's personnel have always been there for us, when we were on the fly. They take us on an "impromptu" basis, patiently attend to our immediate needs, and to our longer-term maintenance and repair needs. Justin is fantastic, and I feel wholly confident in the care of these attentive technicians. Thank You!

I appreciate Reese's so much, thank you for taking care of my car today! I needed new bulbs for my headlights and they did that and an oil change and didn't charge me for the headlight bulb installation. They have pretty much earned my loyalty forever. These are good people. Come see them.

A repair here could possibly kill you!!! They must not own a torque wrench or use a cheater bar to tighten down bolts. They crushed the under body of my van and would not claim responsibility. Nearly $2,000 in repairs it took them three water pumps before they got the third one right they had my van for 8 hours of warranty work they spent 5 hours on alignment that takes 1 hour they didn't tighten the bolts on the upper a arm and it kept breaking free over and over again they replaced the idler arms six times they did not tighten the spindle nuts to proper torque specifications so the wheels were wobbly can't even believe that they sent it out of their shop like this .Do not go here a repair here can possibly kill you!!! I am demanding all my money back on the repairs made. If there is no effort made to contact me and resolve this situation I am taking civil court and going to sue them for $10,000 or more. In court they will bring all the information that they need to incriminate themselves. Here is the pictures of crushed undercarriage pictures of my uneven worn-out tires due to a bad alignment. I demand you return my money for my all repairs or I will see you in court. I will not take down this review until I get some resolution.Sincerely Jesse ClutterbuckEdit. Had an alignment done on the car after installing a lift and everything was good. They only made a couple of small adjustments to put it in spec. The price was very reasonable and was in and out quickly.I appreciate the great service at Reese's Tire Pros. I will always recommend them.

As a repeat customer of Reese s tire pros I love coming here! The staff goes above and beyond and is so patient answering my questions. They even make an effort to get me the best deals they can by finding coupons for me that I d never even had known about if that hadn t told me about it.

Reese s staff are incredibly kind & communicative & accommodating. They made sure to call me back when they said they would. They came to me to put air in my flat so I could make it to them to get it replaced & both tires were replaced and balanced in less than an hour! Could not recommend them more!!

These guys are awesome! Great customer service, Justin and Alesha were extremely helpful and made going to an auto repair shop easy. My Jeep was in and out in 45 mins for new rear brake pads and rotors. They performed extra work at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them.

Best automotive repair shop I've used in decades!! I'll be a customer forever. Fast service. Great staff. And with all that they have reasonable prices as well. Definitely worth checking out!! Reeses was fast and I have learned over time that they do quality work. Their prices are competitive and they actually serviced and inspected my Taxi for less $ than they originally quoted me! Plus they got me in bright and early the very next day and had me back on the road in about and hour and a half. My battery went out on my vehicle this morning, and once we got it removed we decided to try Reeses to have replaced. Best move we could have made. Ron was so polite and straight on about their service; Jason in Service dept was excellent. Both agents were polite, honest understanding of our situation.I recommend Reeses to everyone who cares about good Customer Service. Good job.

I am new to the area. when my car tire developed a leak i brought it here to have it repaired. I was shocked when they repaired my tire, handed me the keys and said have a nice day ! They didn t charge me for the repair!! Everybody was super nice and friendly. I ll be back when it s time for new tires!

They did a amazing job . And Justin went above and beyond to help me with questions I had about what neeto be done on my car next and I had to bring my 3 year old daughter with me and he made us feel comfortable and put cartoons on for my daughter. Not only did you guys do amazing work on my vehicle like always but customer service was amazing thank you

Outstanding Service! I went in the other day and my Tahoe was diagnosed in a few minutes that O'riellys gave me the wrong plugs as it was running poorly! Never will I buy at O'riellys again!I can't thank Reeces enough!

This place is a girls best friend. I ve used their Auto services for a couple years now. I called two days ago to get a tire. Ron had the tire I need the following day. Took the jeep in and within a half hour all was done. What a pleasure to do business there.
