I couldn t believe it. I brought my car in there today for them to check over some body repair work that had previously been done before I bought it. I was told by the very reputable dealership that it had had a fender bender. 6 months later and I took my car to Phillips on Airport and was told that it had been in a major accident and the repair work was done unsatisfactory. When I took it to Red Rock Collision they kept it for 2 hours and did a report for me to take to the dealer. I went to pay and was told NO CHARGE. I couldn t believe it. What company today does this. I will definitely go back if the dealership allows me to have them fix everything.

Not only did they fix the damages and match the paint perfectly... when I picked up my car they had fully detailed it and put it through a wash! The car didn't look that good when we bought it!

Red Rock Collision is simply the best option in the area, exceptional communication from the first call to collection of my truck, backed up by outstanding work. Roddy and his team kept me informed from start to finish and delivered the truck back fully detailed. Do not bother going anywhere else, Red Rock Collision is the best in the Valley.

Awesome, excellent work on my car. It looks new! In addition to the body work, my car was washed to sparkle, and it was cleaned inside as well. I did not expect the over and above job that was performed. But it was a wonderful surprise. All of the work that was done on my car is sincerely appreciated by this grateful customer. Best in the Verde Valley. Had a mishap in our truck, they took care of us like we were family!! They reassured us that they would have our truck back in time for us to go on our trip. This was our first time using Red Rock Collision. I found them to be very communicative, trustworthy, and competent. Throughout a stressful time they were sure to make us aware of the status. Furthermore, they took it the extra mile and the inside and out of our vehicle looked beautiful when we received it back. Great repair! My car was repaired after I backed in to my husbands vehicle . They repaired it quickly and I got it back cleaner then when I dropped it off. I'm SO impressed with the service I received from Red Rock Collision. My minivan was hit in an accident, and had some substantial back-end damage. Melissa took my initial call and had everything worked out with the insurance company and got me right in! She's awesome! Andre explained to me what to expect and went over all the damage and Tabitha was kind enough to drive me to the rental car place. Roddy did an amazing job fixing the damage and doing it right, which meant a little extra communication with Progressive. Roddy also communicated with me throughout the process and explained everything they did. When I got there to pick it up, I couldn't believe how CLEAN my van was! They not only fixed the damage, but washed and detailed the inside of my ENTIRE vehicle! I felt so spoiled! This company is well run, and they have an amazing staff!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When someone backed into my Lexus these guys went to bat for me against the insurance company to make sure all parts were replaced properly. My car came back cleaner then when I left it. And the replacement parts look immaculate! Highly professional. Highly recommend if your in need of some repair!

I had the best experience imaginable, way beyond expectations. Andr� was exceptional! He helped me figure out the True value of my car, then treated me like Royalty, explaining everything I needed to know about what was going on and what was going to happen.He interfaced very effectively with the Insurance adjuster, including making sure that I got the Rental car for an adequate period of time, even opened up the body too be able to give the Insurance company a fixed price, thereby avoiding them classifying me a 'Total Loss', and so much more.All this aside, however, as if it wasn't already enough, the real gem of my experience was the work itself! My car looked like it came right our of the factory! i couldn't stop looking at it! The work was perfect.I am so grateful and with renewed respect for Body Shops! ...At least red Rock Collision! I wouldn't go anywhere else. ...And ask for Andr�. Thank you.

Just stopped in for an estimate for repair of some scratches on the rear passenger side of my car. Their estimate was way highest of the three that I obtained. It was $700 more than the least expensive estimate and way over priced for the small amount of work that needed to be done. They wanted to replace the whole bumper when only some repair and paint would do the job. Beware here! Get some other estimates before letting them do the work.
