These guys are great! I've been trying to upgrade my fuel tank in my truck, and the parts company I ordered from kept sending the wrong size tank. Each time, TR showed amazing patience and helpful feedback to try and work out a solution to solve the problem. Honestly, you just don't find customer service like that anymore. They care, have integrity, and want the customer to have a great outcome. I eagerly look forward to giving them business the next time around!

I first heard if R&T from a friend. No other repair business could diagnose what was happening to her vehicle. My friend had them diagnose it in minutes and this story got me as a loyal customer. Since then they have kept my vehicle running and I have made several referrals to friends that have had diagnostic problems. Thumbs up

**Updated**As I mentioned in my previous review that we would be bringing our truck here for now on. Well, today was that day! I got a red error message regarding our DEF system so I dropped everything and took it right in. I didn t have any appointment but they did their absolute best to accommodate me and get the truck diagnosed. Again, very happy with the service. Good quality professional Certified Ford Diesel Mechanics here! I can t say enough good about them!I m so pleased to have found this place! A good certified diesel mechanic is hard to come by. I was happy with my experience from beginning to end. We will be bringing our truck here for now on.

They need a new mechanic or something got a few vehicles fixed there, Higher cost than normal, they fix something on your vehicle and you end up having the same issue you had before they fixed it. They give you back your vehicle and I don't even think they tested it out to see if it works, not the first time either, but probably going to be the last, strongly recommending we take our company vehicles somewhere else from now on...Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

One of the best shops I've been to. I've been to a lot. Professional. Small enough shop to care about the quality of work. Team is efficient and responsive to concerns. We visit Cottonwood every fall, over the last 15 years. Never had any automotive problems in the past, however, this trip coming off the 17 onto 260 into Cottonwood we lost coolant and needed to be towed to a shop for repairs. Found R&T Repair on the web, had good reviews so contacted the kind rep who said we could have our RV parked across the street and took a look at our truck the next morning. Fortunately, the coolant loss was not to serious and the helpful and professional service for a reasonable price got us back on the road that afternoon. I would recommend R&T Repair to anyone needing automotive services. As a 5 Star rating being the best, I would rate R&T Repair as 5 Star .Roy & Vickie Freer

Was in a bit of a pickle and looked for a good diesel mechanic in cottonwood. This place had the best reviews. TR was very kind and knowledgeable and did the best he could with my lemon of a vehicle.

R & T Repair, Inc. is an amazing place to get your auto repaired. I was so impressed at how quickly they were able to accommodate my needs. I had been to a couple other places in Cottonwood and had pretty good service. But nothing like this! They treat you like family from the time you walk in the door. As a single woman, R & T Repair has given me complete confidence they will take care of my car, repair what actually needs repaired, and not try to upsell me on anything my car doesn't need. Now a few words about Brittany. She is one of the staff member who mostly answers the phone and is often at the front desk when you arrive. Here's a tip. Do not underestimate this lady, she knows her stuff. She is top notch. Just like the rest of the team at R & T. They will not let you down. They are the "Real Deal". I highly recommend this team of experts the next time you need help or even just advice with your car or truck.

My truck wouldn t start and R & T was recommended to me by someone that worked at Big O. Family owned, very friendly, reasonable prices, and they seem thorough and knowledgeable. We liked them so much, my boyfriend decided to have them service the ac in his truck. They did a great job....ac works much better now! (And the icing on the cake is that you can also buy free range eggs from their backyard chickens). We will definitely go back to them for any truck or car problems!

Since I moved here almost ten years ago it has been hard to find a good honest mechanic in this valley. I don't have to look any further because I finally found one at R&T Repair. This is a family owned shop with integrity and believe in taking care of people and local law enforcement. I took my truck in a couple of weeks ago because some rats had gotten into the engine and chewed up some wires. They fixed it and gave me an oil change at a reasonable price. They didn't try to charge me on a bunch of things I didn't need. Which has happened to me with several mechanics in the area. Thanks! R&T Repair.

I have always trusted the work I get done at R&T Repair. I have been taking my vehicles there for 15 years. They have the right tools and expertise to competently and correctly diagnose, fix, and maintain vehicles and I am always impressed with how thorough they have been with my vehicles. They take the time to explain services needed and clearly want to make sure the job is done right. I have peace of mind that my vehicles are properly maintained when Bob or TR take care of them, and to me that is priceless.

R&T has been our mechanic since we moved to Arizona. Family business with a great atmosphere. They've done all the work for our cars and I'm more than happy each time. They always leave a little bag of candy when they're done. Highly recommended business!

Waking up to an oil leak under my 2004 GMC Duramax diesel is not the best way to start your day. Being new to Cottonwood, AZ and not having had to use a mechanic I sought out recommendations and came up with R&T repairs. Nothing makes me more anxious than having to deal with mechanics because you are always confronted with the obvious, can I trust them? Well...I can honestly say yes. Yes, I can trust them. The mechanic/soon to be owner determined the source. His methods are straightforward without a bunch high pressure up sell which is just what I was looking for.R&T is the proverbial family run business in a small town that has been in operation for 27 years. They have to be doing something right you would think...and you would be right. They are doing a lot right; from the family member taking the input to the family member working on your rig, to the fair pricing R&T is doing the consumer good!I would return and I would not hesitate to refer R&T.Dennis Chisholm

Very happy with their service! I developed a rear pinion seal leak on my Duramax while towing a trailer through Arizona. They were able to get me in quickly and do not only the seal but some other routine maintenance that I needed to get done. I wish this shop was near my regular home back in TX!

Been going to R&T for about 15 years now. They have always been super professional, honest and helpful. I even use them for oil changes. Brittney is a doll at the front desk. The service first rate and they always keep their word. Never been uncharged or nickel and dimed like other places.

Traveling through Arizona, our Dodge Cummins diesel developed an oil leak. Robert Gaff (owner) and his son were very professional and pleasant on a busy Monday morning. Brought my Dodge Ram 3500 diesel in for losing power on hills towing my 5th wheel trailer. They found and fixed the problem! Also they did a thorough inspection of my truck and found and fixed a few other issues as well. I'm a happy camper!
