A decade ago I purchased my Tucson from Hyundai of Cottonwood... great SUV. Over the years I have been SO pleased with "Miss Rose" and the great mechanics in the service department.I am currently searching for another vehicle...a truck. I want to give kudos to Charyl who is guiding me on this journey. She is very knowledgeable and patient as I pepper her with questions. She is also very kind and understanding of my individual situation. I feel that Cheryl is a great asset to your dealership and would recommend her without hesitation!

Was shown a vehicle in the lot 2/2024 and commented on all the things that was with it. Told them we wanted it but in white. Only thing missing was the privacy sheet. They didn't have white so it had to be brought from another location. When it arrived, 2 days later, all the extras were stripped from it. The sales rep Charyl, we dealt with was not available to view vehicle with us, so they had Paul show the it. I told him my concerns and he snapped back he was just there to show me vehicle and we would have to take it up with the sales rep. Left message for Charyl and when she finally got back to me, assured me everything was ordered and will let me know when they are in. If she had told me about the back seat window shades, could have cancelled the contract and waited for the vehicle we actually ordered. Some items were honored but two others weren't. The back window shades cannot be ordered since they are installed with different doors from manufacturer in the beginning. So we didn't really get the vehicle that we ordered. Nobody told us about this until 4/3/24 so we are stuck with this vehicle without them. Only thing needed is the cargo net and Jack the sales manager will not honor it. He didn't return any of my calls to discuss the matter so we had to go in. He had a service tech talk with me and relay messages instead of speaking with me directly. He complained about how much money he was out. They should have mentioned those items were extra, its not common knowledge how that works. All we know is that what we saw is what we ordered, not what we got. They took everything off then screwed us over!! In addition, 30 miles was listed on the agreement, they put 100 on it before we got it. Don't buy from this dealer. The good reviews must be from employees. Complaint sent to Hyundai headquarters we shall see.Update: received response requesting us to reach out to them, again. No name or any contact information to respond to. Had plenty of conversations which do not add up to anything with them. They are less than professional. Only good thing about that place so far is their service center. Positive our posting is not public, they wouldn't want actual reviews listed for all to see.

Hyundai of Cottonwood is an awesome place to get a vehicle. They re very nice they re very personable and their cars here are very well taken care of. I would recommend anybody to get a car here. Our car is awesome. I m so excited ask for Paul and Charyl.

11/2/2023- ASK FOR CHARYL (Sales). I purchased a 2020 Mazda Miata MX-5 Grand Tour RF with 3K miles- mint condition. I cannot be happier with the quality of the service and car. I live in Phoenix, and I reached out expressing interest. Even after 2 weeks of deciding, Charyl was responsive, flexible, and patient. We built a rapport and trust over 2 weeks and when I finally drove up to Cottonwood, I was greeted with warm and open arms from all employees at Hyundai of Cottonwood. Charyl did a great job showing the car. I made the decision and I signed the paperwork. The entire process was easy. Not once did I feel pressured. Charyl thank you for working hard during the negotiation process to help me buy my dream car. You are the best!! Dealer is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

So happy with my experience here! Ask for Cherly. She helped me lease my first car at 20 and made me feel so welcomed and was honest with me through out the whole process. Thank you so much for making everything go so smooth and easy! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

I have never, ever been treated so well! I highly, highly recommend this team, starting with the awesome Sharon, but including the also awesome Service Manager, and the awesome Mechanic, (sorry that I do not recall their names), all of whom patiently explained things to me! I was treated with compassion, empathy, and excellent problem-solving skills that I absolutely needed. I am travelling across the country, with many other balls in the air, and the whole team made a sincere and insightful effort to provide workable and cost-effective options to a major car issue, while ensuring safe and successful travels. It is not an exaggeration to say that I felt their sincere care and support and I am 100% confident in their attempts to help me! Thank you so much!!! These people treated me like family and can be 100% trusted. I will never forget their kindness!

Jeff was an amazing person to work with and Curtis was absolutely the best!!! I have had a couple issues with the Journey I purchased but Curtis has helped with everything. The experience was good enough that I even brought my daughter in the next day and she purchased her first car from them!!!

The staff at Hyundai Of Cottonwood is amazing!! We were traveling from Nebraska and had issues with our vehicle. As soon as we walked in the door and until our car was back on the road, we experienced outstanding customer service. Kudos to Sharon and the rest of the staff for all your help!!

5 Stars!!! I d never been into a dealership before to look at vehicles, as soon as I walked in Hyundai Cottonwood made me feel so welcomed. Cheryl held my hand through the entire process, she was a wonderful conversationalist and has a vivacious personality. I expressed my budget, test drove a few vehicles and had the keys to my new car the SAME DAY!!! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends

We were taken great care of by Lorynn Minter, who is an amazing communicator and outstanding human being. The approach at their dealership seems to be to let the quality and excellent value of their vehicles do most of the selling. We re loving our new Santa Fe (our 3rd Santa Fe since about 2016 - prior 2 were leases).

Great product - Hyundai Santa Cruz. Amazing vehicle - if it doesn t have it, you don t need it!!Paul Stanworth - sales - really knows what he s doing! Extremely knowledgeable and informative reference the product and also made the transaction extremely stress free and easy. I currently live 12 miles from the Hyundai dealer in Prescott. After dropping in my first impression was less than favorable. He decided to call the Hyundai dealership in Cottonwood. I spoke to Lorynn Minter who s in sales? I told her what I was looking for and we headed down last week to take a test drive. It was a 90 minute drive but it was well worth the drive. We were greeted with a warm smile and zero pressure. Lorynn described every feature in the two vehicles that We were interested in. She knew those vehicles inside and out. Of the dozens of car sales people I ve dealt with in the past, dealing with Lorynn was the most pleasant of all of them. She has great follow through and you could tell that she really enjoys her job and loves talking with people. If you re in the market for a Hyundai drop by and ask for Lorynn. You will immediately know that you are in the right place with the right person. You will never feel like your are being sold but guided in a way that you will Know that you were making a well informed decision.

I just bought a used 2020 Nissan Kicks from Hyundai and was treated really well by Charyl, my salesperson. I was in somewhat of a rush to get it done, because my 2008 Jeep Compass wasn't going to get me to and from work anymore, and I was able to borrow it for a few days. I did not actually buy a vehicle here, but I was treated with great respect and no pressure. I just did not find what I was looking for, but Paul was awesome and helped me to work through the process. I would recommend them to anybody that wants a dealership that does not twist arms or treat you like a prisoner. They were knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Venue SEL from Hyundai of Cottonwood in December 2022. My sales rep is Wyatt Good. My neighbor had just purchased one and I loved the way it looked. I called to get an appointment for a test drive.Wyatt Good was accommodating with my schedule. I test drove one and Wyatt Good explained all the features during that drive. Every step of the buying process went smoothly, especially when I wanted another color besides white. When my color choice arrived at the Cottonwood location, Wyatt Good explained all the special features and helped set up the on board screens. All the departments at Hyundai of Cottonwood were helpful and knowledgeable. At no time did I ever feel pressured. Thank you for being knowledgeable and helpful during the new car buying process. And don t you just love the color of my vehicle? I certainly do!!!!

Our experience was great. From the time we pulled up just to look to a week later when we drove away in our new car Paul our salesman was great. There was no pressure to make any decisions. Paul was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and test drove. We were given all the information to make a informed choice. We would definitely recommend Hyundai of Cottonwood and Paul.

I was just visiting Cottonwood when I saw the back of a car with these Hyundai plate frames while out for a drive. I REALLY wanted them for my own Hyundai back in Canada. Paul Stanworth greeted me and I told him my peculiar request. He was totally game and gave me one for the front and back of my car! Best souvenir ever! Thank you, Paul!
