Arrived a few minutes before opening and was helped right at 8!We were greeted and assisted by Anthony, the store manager, and he was fantastic. He walked us through all of our options and helped us to make the best decision both financially and logistically for our truck!Quick service on replacing all 4 tires and didn t have to wait long at all before we were done and on our way!Thanks Anthony for your patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. A good experience overall, would recommend!

Got in the truck to go to Tractor supply and saw that my tire pressure was at 20 on the passenger front. I stopped at Discount Tire at 3:15pm and they said they could get it done for me. Not only did they get it done, but let me know that my lug nuts were swollen and needed to be changed out. I gave the go ahead to replace all of them and they had me back on the road within an hour and a half of just being a walk in. Professional and courteous. They also didn't mind that I had my great dane with me. Definitely recommend them.

I made an appointment at 9:30 a.m. this morning and My tire was in and fixed and I was on the road by 10:00 a.m.. they have always treated me right. I buy all my tires there and have the repairs done there as well. It's well run with capable people working there.

I'm such a fan of Discount Tire. I love their practice of not charging for air pressure checks. Or charging for tire repair. They made a loyal customer out of me because of that business practice. I just bought two Michelins there. I had a 4:00 appointment and got busy at the house. I forgot all about it which just isn't like me. They gave me a courtesy call and said are you going to come get your tires replaced? I said oh my gosh I ran out the door it was 4:30 p.m. . By the time I got there it was 4:45. I reached in my wallet to pay for the tires and discovered I ran out so quickly I forgot my wallet. They close at 5:00. The manager there said no worries just go get your wallet we'll be here for a while. They kept the store open and I think I was the last one out. That's customer service.

DISCOUNT TIRE IS THE WORSTI looked down to see that my friend s two front tires were down to the steel belts and I pointed that out to her. She said, I just had them replaced two months earlier. How could that be? Because they charged you for four tires and only replaced two, I replied. She looked and realized this. Go back but drive slow, I said, because they are ready to blow out. She drove at 30 mph the 24 miles to Discount Tire on a highway she usually drives 70 mph on, and pointed out the problem to them. That they were so neglectful and allowed this to happen: potentially endangering her life is unacceptable.I went in two weeks earlier for my Michelins to be changed out, (they got 29,000 miles out of the 80,000-mile warranty at least they pro-rated me for new ones) and they said they only had 3 and would order one more and would call me when it arrived. I waited a week. Nothing. I called. We ll call you when it arrives they reiterated. Another week. I called. Nothing. Two and a half weeks later I called. We sold one of the three tires. Do you want another size tire? No! Please order two more tires. We ll give you a call when they arrive. So, 3 1/2 weeks after initially going in (and them selling a tire out from under me) they finally got four matching tires and installed them.My same friend just went in to get a flat fixed (on the new tire). When she arrived she reminded them that she was there for tire repair and to check the tire sensor. An hour later, a guy came out and said the car was ready. The sensor wasn t fixed. Five minutes later a different guy came out and said the car was ready, having no idea that the car the issues weren t addressed, and was unaware that someone had already spoken with her. Once again, they neglected to check and fix the tire sensor light. Faced with waiting yet another hour she was forced to make yet another appointment on another day. Discount Tire is quite possibly the most incompetent tire outfit in America.

My husband and I were just about to leave Cottonwood and get back on our way to Tucson, when my tire gauge indicated an issue with one of my back tires. We went to the Discount Tire on Main St. which had just opened, and were immediately greeted by Anthony, the Manager, who then asked how he could help us. In a very short period of time, a screw was removed from the tire and we were back on the road. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and we were so relieved to know that with tire being proficiently repaired, that we would be getting home safely. Discount Tire in Cottonwood, AZ rocks!!

Had a great experience at Cottonwood Discount Tire! I had a nail in a front tire that had done only 6K miles and another Tire Center said, have to replace both front tires, never even mentioned the possibility of a repair! Spoke to the guys at DT and they said come in and if it's not too close to the sidewall we should be able to repair it. Went there, 40mins later tire was fixed. Then when going to leave asked what I owed them? Nothing, is a complimentary service. WOW, so they have my business when it comes to my next set of tires!

Great staff and service. We stopped in after getting a giant nail in our rental car tire. Hertz wanted us to exchange the car 2hr drive away without a tire repair and they got us back on the road to enjoying our vacation for a very reasonable price.

There's a great crew working at our local Cottonwood Discount! They have always taken as prompt care of me, while doing the same for every other customer. I've had them go above and beyond on several occasions.You'll hear no complaints from me about this place. I really appreciate them, and respect the way they do business, and actually care about their customers.Yes, without an appointment, you're likely to have yourself a wait, but it's your own fault if you do, because appointments are recommended, and ridiculously easy to make.They offer druve-thru air checks, and your whole experience can be virtually zero close contact, id that is of importance to you.Shout-out to Jackson, who went above and beyond the manual labor of replacing my tire and rotating them, then, told me he'd like to switch out my bent wheel that causes vibration, for the spare wheel, which was in better condition!I wouldn't have probably ever thought of that, because life gives you more to worry about than a slightly dented wheel that you're just happy survived the rock that damn near destroyed it when it sliced your tire open a few months back, up on the side of a mountain. LolIf any of y'all who work there ever read this..You boys rock! Much love, and hugs all around, for taking such good care of me!!

Although they are ok... the customer service can suck, like not making follow up calls and not talking to the customer.It's all about speed and upselling and trying to get 4 new tires for every customer.Mostly I'm upset because they changed my tires and a few days later I took the car to the mechanic and one of my wheels was about to fall off. The wheel bearings were completely shot and the tire was flopping around on the lift.I wish they had said something at the time they were changing all 4 top tier tires before I could have crashed.Apparently they only care about the tires and won't help or say anything if your life is in danger. They won't look at brake pads or anything else.I have a video of my tire wobbling but can't post it here.

20+ year customer. Made apt to have flat fixed. Showed up 30 min early and rig went into shop 1.5 hrs later! So much for making an appointment!:(Probably longest I've waited to get it and they weren't really that busyCottonwood AZ store.

Very long wait for tire to be fixed but didn't have an appt. It took 2 hrs. They were friendly and helpful. They have free flat tire repair, on tires if you get your tires there.

Always a pleasure to do business with Discount, but particularly so, the Cottonwood store!The guys actually care, and they're knowledgeable. It's somewhat busy, so I recommend an appointment, unless you just got time to kill.They just hooked me up with my girl's 3rd set of Yoko A/Ts, and I'm a happy chicky again!!I had to introduce them to dirt right after they got put on.

We got a last minute leak in our rental car, while in Sedona. We called discount tire in cottonwood to see if they could help. Not only did they troubleshoot the issue at hand with our rental provider they also stayed late to finish the job and safely get us back on the road. I can t thank them enough! Anthony was MVP and we would definitely give them my business anytime.

We were road tripping in a rental and got a leaking valve stem to cause the tire light to go on and tell us we were loosing air. Quick google search brought us here and couldnt of been more grateful for Anthony and his staff. They were able to help us out right away and get back on the road. Quick service and amazing workers!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dually F350 getting 6 tires done in a bit over an hour. I ordered and scheduled the install of my tires ONLINE. Shop called to confirmation they had my tires for the install and at that time, I had ordered the incorrect model of tire and Discount Tire corrected MY error without issue or attitude, Thanks to the local Cottonwood AZ staff.

Very slick, very professional, cheapest in the area..I'm not 100% certain that I needed a new tire but they said the tire was not repairable because I had driven on it for a few yards to a safe place

The best overall retail tire/rim store,basically you can't beat the service & price + there in just about every state, even in smaller towns if you need a rotation or flat repair !

I needed fresh rubber for my Sequoia. I showed up without an appointment and they had me taken care of in around an hour. The staff was very helpful, and.... I didn't need to adjust my seat or clean off any greasy finger prints, smudges, etc. after they were done, which I appreciate very much. Thank you!

Terrible customer service, including all three staff members at the counter, one of which I m assuming is the manager. My tire rotation was done in a timely manner. However, when I went to leave, my car died and would not start again. I told the technician that I needed help but nobody came to help me. I walked inside the building and asked if anybody had jumper cables. They said no we don t why? I said my car is dead in the middle of your parking lot after I just had my tires rotated and balanced. He proceeded to tell me that the store next-door may be able to help me . I was never acknowledged again by anyone at Discount Tire as I stood outside in their parking lot for 35 min waiting for my friend to come rescue me. The nice folks next door at Star Autofix jumped my car and helped me get it moved out of the Discount Tire parking lot.

Friendly group of folks here. Nice to have a nationwide warranty in hand when something goes wrong. Already used the warranty for a jeep tire that got a puncture in the side wall.

Love my new Goodyear tires!All the guys at this Cottonwood location are great. Anthony Navarro helped me and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got the best tires for my car. He is honest and patient and he really does care. Thank you all there at Discount Tire. :)

I've been coming here since 2021. Always have great service, and help available. Only one time it was a slow wait, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Staff there have been great, no problems.

Extremely helpful! We are from NH purchased tires from another location on our road trip. We noticed that the tires felt unbalanced so we stopped by the cottonwood location to have them take a look. They got us right in, we re super friendly and best of all the truck no longer has a shake and rides perfectly!! Thanks so much for getting us taken care of!!
