I chose Caliber Collision in Cottonwood for their remarkable attention to detail, the superior quality of their work, and the way their staff make you feel like their most important customer. I own a vintage sports car and a luxury SUV which I entrusted to them on multiple occasions over the years with outstanding results. The pride they take in their craftsmanship, timely delivery, and fair pricing is quite evident. Monica Robertson and her staff are unquestionably the best in the business. They will not disappoint.

Needed to repair the front bumper on my Nissan. They were prompt and professional. Monica explained the entire process and I felt satisfied and well taken care of. They did a great repair job and even washed and cleaned my car all within one week. Would definitely recommend them!

The front office staff was excellent when I discovered rain water was finding its way past the outer door seal after repairs. The driver's door was replaced as it was easier than trying to straighten the complicated sheet metal. The door outer seal on the replacement door apparently had taken a set leaving a gap to my car. New inner and outer seals fixed the leak. There was a small piece of dirt in the repaint which was removed and buffed leaving a larger swirl mark. Otherwise the repair was great.

I needed a small repair done to my car, a side view mirror replacement. And they were fast, efficient, professional, very good at getting it done and the staff was very nice. I felt comfortable and welcome. This is where I will continue to get my car taken care of.

Very professional crew! When I had to tow my car in they were very quick with letting me know what needed to be fixed and kept me updated with all repairs and insurance information. When I didn t understand something they explained it better to me so I could understand. They were quick with the repairs and I didn t have to go back to get anything adjusted or fixed. I would definitely go back if I need to in the future and I will recommend to friends and family as well! Thank you so much for what you did !!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Did more than they said they would do did it to the highest standards possible and did more than I expected. I m totally blown away with their communication and excellent work and yes I ve used the body shop before even one that was local has more than one location and I have to say in this instance, caliber collision was above and beyond what I would ve expected previouslyService: Body & Trim

When I had to get my car fixed caliber collision was who my insurance sent me to as 1 of their shops. I'm sure glad I went with them. They did a great job and got it done when they said they would. I will go back to them if I need a body shop again. And I've been telling everyone I know if they need a body shop they better go to CALIBER COLLISION IN COTTENWOOD!!! Posted a previous review last year and gave this location 5 stars.But since that review the management and staff have changed and so has their work! Now they get the lowest rating we can possibly give to business.I feel that with a brand new manager and service/estimator writer they lack the knowledge and experience to "live up" to the quality workmanship we have come to expect. VERY DISAPPOINTED!Had to take it to the Prescott Valley Caliber Collision location to have them correct the work that was done in Cottonwood.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

0/10 Recommend. I had a great experience at the store in Denver and expected the same level of care and quality of workmanship in repairing my car after three very large branches fell on it during an ice/snow storm in February. I showed them photos of the incident and explained that the car had to be cut free using a chain saw. The damage was extensive. When I picked up my car, I was charged the deductible prior to having the opportunity to look at it as they were closing, and once I was able to look it over I saw it still had blatantly visible dents and scratches, and a large portion of the repairs were never completed. Additionally, the bumper was replaced, and the paint line on the bumper is about 1cm off, which looks terrible. The windshield had to be replaced, and the molding/rubber surrounding it is excessively crooked and looks appalling.I stopped by to look at the car again on Wednesday afternoon as Kim, the Service Advisor, said the second round of repairs would be finalized Wednesday evening, or early Thursday, and there were still scratches and dents on it and the was not entirely fixed. Additionally, there were bubbles in the paint on the hood which I was told was already buffed. I requested to speak with the shop manager to inquire about the incomplete repairs and he told me the regional manager would call me. I am hoping they return the car to the way looked before the incident, but I am requesting for my car to be transferred to a different location at this point. They have had my car for over 3-weeks, and I have no faith in this location. I will be meeting with the regional manager on Monday, and at that point they will have had my car for nearly 4-weeks. This is the lowest quality of workmanship I have ever seen.

No communication between the sales reps and myself as a customer. If I didn't call in after not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I would've never known my vehicle was going to be ready the next day. This is worrisome. Communication is key in any successful business. Don't expect a call until the day your car is done and then scramble around figuring out how to take the rental car back, etc..

Read the reviews before going to this place their communication skills are the lowest. They had my car for 2 weeks with no communication. No quotes, no estimates, nothing from them.

Caliber Collision returned my vehicle in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Monica Robinson should be touring the country with seminars on customer service. Ms. Robinson was thoughtful enough to regularly text me progress updates. Navigating the murky waters of claims can be daunting. Not so with Monica. She possesses an almost supernatural encyclopedic knowledge of insurance companies.I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Caliber and would be happy to recommend this company to people I care about.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a fender bender on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Caliber Collision was the only body shop close to me that would take my car. Other body shops in Prescott wanted to wait three months before they would take my vehicle. Caliber collision also waited for me to arrive on that Friday. They were able to complete the repair and kept me updated throughout the process. they were more than considerate of the fact that I had to get off work and drive all the way to Cottonwood to pick up my vehicle late in the afternoon. I would highly recommend caliber collision. Their customer service is spot on, and my vehicle is good as new.

My beloved 2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP Coupe got caught up in a hail storm, July 11th, in Prescott. The storm left countless craters from the hail. The hood and any portion of the vehicle that faced east suffered the brunt of it. I have pictures showing each side of the vehicle in this post. The finish is to perfection and looks better than factory. Thank you to Jason G, Angie G, Caesar and all who were involved in making me very happy. Despite the challenge of having a damaged vehicle, I really could not have been more impressed and thankful for the excellent customer service. I haven t had the work done yet, so I can t make a statement about that but in light of going through a difficult time, I really appreciated the kindness and consideration that the representative extended.Another nice feature is that they have a working relationship with a car rental company located close by.

The initial repair was well done with great communication with me as it progressed. There was one minor cosmetic part that wasn't available at the time. I called every few months to check up on when it would be available, but it continued to be backordered from Toyota. This last time I called, Shannon, who has taken the place of a previous employee, really went the extra mile to find me this elusive part and get it to me. The best and most efficient service I have ever experienced in a body shop. The greeting and estimate was spot on. The repair was quick and efficient and better than expected. I hit a deer in October and it managed to do a lot of damage on the front end. I ended up needing the fender, bumper, headlight, and back passenger door replaced as well as extensive paint to the body. They got everything done quickly considering everything is hard to get these days. And kept me updated all along the way with text messages and phone calls.
