One of the most stressful things that can happen in life is having a vehicle you depend on fail to operate- especially if it s your ONLY vehicle and you re over two thousand miles from home. So having such a friendly, kind and awesome person as Anthony coming to your rescue can turn a stressful event into a moment where you feel so grateful for the good people of the world that can you lift you up in even the most dire of circumstances! I highly recommend Black Hills Towing as the *FIRST* people to call any time you need a tow! They provide excellent service and will definitely brighten your day when you need it most!!!

My car battery was dead. I called Black Hills Auto and Towing and they arrived within 15 minutes. My hero was an incredibly nice young man. I will definitely call them for any future needs.

This afternoon my lifted truck was stuck on an embankment off dry creek road. Left rear tire up 3 off the ground. Jaws towing came and couldn t do the job. After waiting four hours I called Black Hills towing and Anthony came to our rescue! He was a rock star. He was able to get my truck out without a scratch! Drove it home! Anthony was very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. If it wasn t for home we d be spending the night in Sedona. Thank you Anthony!!!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!I called at 1am for "24 HOUR TRUCK REPAIR". I explained the issue I was having. He rudely told me his pricing and no additional information (he was sleeping which is understandable) he said to contact him when we knew if we wanted him to come out, I said okay allow me to contact the truck owner to confirm pricing is okay and I'II reach right back out. I reached back out to him asking additional questions about his services, what he assumed the issue may be, and explained in the recent past mobile mechanics have came out and been unable to resolve our issues. To further explain all of my questions about capability, and what $200 plus $150 an hour included in the case that he is unable to resolve our issue. (Preventative maintenance) HE ANSWERED NONE OF MY QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME HE IS NOT GOING TO PLAY OUT SCENARIOS WITH ME, IF I WANT TO DO ALL OF THAT THEN I SHOULD WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING. I NEED TO TELL HIM IF I WANT HIS SERVICES OR NOT OTHERWISE DONT CALL..... then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked him were they indeed 24 hours bc that is why I called at such a late hour.I then proceeded to text to see if he was able to make it out to us because we are in need of the help and found that my number had been blocked.I tried to follow up from a different cell and when he picked up he said if you want my help reach out in the morning. Then hung up in my face again.YOURE BETTER OFF WAITING FOR THE REAL PROFESSIONALS IN THE AREA THAT OPEN AT 7AM. I will be reporting this business for false advertising

I was in a real predicament! We were out of town and about 260 miles away from home. My car wouldn't start and my son had broken his leg just hours before. We needed to get home ASAP... Road side assistance sent help but those other guys couldn't figure out the problem. My car spent the night in a walmart parking lot. Next morning, Steven from Blackhills Auto and Towing takes me to my car with intentions of towing it back to the hotel. But thanks to his expertise, he knew exactly how to fix the problem! He got my car running in no time! Thanks to Steven we made it home safe and sound. I'm forever grateful. Thank you for your excellent service!

Amazing expierence. Thought a friend could tow us and they couldn't. Needed a tow fast and they were there in 5 minutes and were cheaper than other companies. The guy who showed up was friendly and respectful over all an amazing experience. During a tough time giggly recommend.

This business is unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT LOOKING AFTER THERE CUSTOMERS. Steven has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On top of the fact that he does not know what he is doing he is disrespectful. We were informed by Steven that we did not need a police release to pick up our car. We told him we are coming from Phoenix and he LIED TO US BY SAYING WE DID NOT NEED ONE. We wasted time and resources all becauae of Steven.

They saved me tons of money by fixing my radiator problem instead of replacing it. Which is what another mechanic suggested. Did a tune up also. My 2003 Impala purrs like a kitten! This was my first ever tow service and I was nervous. But the driver was so nice and took his time explaining everything to me. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.
