Best place get tires & oil & brakes done! We get all our work trailer & trucks & family cars.Chris & Floyd are always great! We would not use anyone else! Go to Big O For your next tire purchases!

Buyer beware!I brought my car to their store and waited for them to install a tire. After waiting almost an hour, I checked in at the front desk. The guy went outside, returned, and said my car was finished. They never told me it was done and let me sit there. I was told they would beat the competitor's pricing, but after the installation, I was told they would not match the price. He was unbelievably rude and just kept repeating, "No, I'm not doing that," Instead, he told me he could take the tire off if I didn't like it. I purchased four tires for my other car last February with the road hazard warranty on them all. I took it in 3 days ago due to a slow leak, and they said it was unrepairable and they needed to order a tire. Today, I asked if the replacement tire was in and was told yes ( no one called to let me know it came in either), so I made an appointment to have it installed at 1 pm. I dropped it off and asked if they could call or text when it was done. I went for a walk and came back a half hour later. They told me they had not started because his guys were at lunch. ( yep, they made an appointment at 1 pm and sent his guys to lunch at that time) I went for another walk and returned 30 minutes later to see if it was finished. It was (No call or text). They charged me for the disposal of the old tire, the mounting cost of the new tire, and a new warranty cert. $ 64.26. There is no cost for this service at Discount Tire with their road hazard warranty. Rude, dishonest service, overpriced and misleading road hazard warranty, and they will make you wait, and wait, and wait because of their poorly managed store. It's the worst tire place in the area! Buyer beware!

I just wanted to thank Chris and his crew for fixing my car after I was able to come up with the money for the first to repair my car which GEICO failed to do so because that suck. Chris gave me a huge break on the cost which keeps my current no income disability issue. Anyways I will be back for whatever next service my vehicles need due to my first positive experience with this shop in cottonwood. thanks guys and have a great new year! Go Vikings!

I have used Big O several times and agree their employees are nice. However, I took my Dodge Durango in on 12/15/23 I had 4 new tires I had purchased and wanted them to put them on and balance. I had had a flat, so one of my four centercaps to my rims was in my front seat. When I returned home I was going to put on my centercap and realized they had not put the other ones on and they were not in my car. I called the following week when they were open and the employee apologized and said come in and we will take care of you. Well its 4 months later and im still getting the run around about they are expensive and we are trying to find affordable ones. So today I call and he said they ordered them but the junk yard does not have any yet so I have to wait. I suggested ebay but he said they are not a vendor for Big O. When I complained about it being 4 months he actually said, well its not a detrimental part, its only cosmetic !!!! Unbelievable, and definitely unacceptable customer service.A huge dent made by someone else to your car is also cosmetic, but I dont suppose he would appreciate being told that about his vehicle if it was damaged when he took it in to have new tires put on.

Excellent customer service, and quality repairs. My first visit, and of course, it had to be an emergency. I called Chris, letting him know that my car was barely in condition to drive, and I had to be at a medical appointment, over 60 miles away, most of it being freeway under construction. Chris managed to squeeze me in, and the tech got the job done in record time. I strongly recommend!

These guys are the best! Brought my truck in for a brake inspection as I hit 80k miles on the current brakes. I was fully prepared to cough up for a full brake job with rotors. After a complete inspection they assured me I ve got lots of miles yet to go. On top of that they didn t charge me a dime! I would have happily paid for the inspection. Who says there s no such thing as an honest mechanic? I can t recommend these guys enough!

For a break pad and rotor replacement they attempted to charge me $895. I drive a 2018 chevy cruze ls, the breaks and rotors are less then $200. They tried to charge me $695 in labor that is theft. Then when I received car the breaks went straight to the floor. So they did not pump the breaks when bringing me my car. This could have very easily lead to an accident. When I asked them about it they were very rude telling me to just pump your breaks. This is something that should have been done before leaving the garage. Very expensive and very rude.

Went there on Saturday to get air in 2 tires the guy at the desk said it will be a few minutes 1.5 hours later still setting and did not even acknowledge me they are only for the money no customer relations I will not go back

I'll start by saying the previous owner that people are complaining about in the reviews no longer runs the joint. The new owner is super friendly, honest, and accommodating. They got me in on short notice to check out my brakes that were squeaking while I was traveling through. Cleaned them up and informed me they were fine and didn't charge me a dime. Could have taken me for a bunch of money. Good, honest shop.

Buyer BewareI was in a bind and needed a tire due to a mishap. They had a tire and hurried to get there before they closed. Bought the tire and come to find out it's not a brand big o stocks. Was charged $275 for a tire that can be sourced for $188

I really appreciate the way I was treated as a customer here. I wasn't buying anything high end and was still treated like a VIP. The team in the back work really well together too and you can tell that they feel appreciated and well taken care of by the way they got things done. That really stood out to me.

I want to give a shout out to Big O tires for helping us. We price everyone in town and Big O has the best price in town. This was a special order tire and had it ship to there store just in time for Cherry's ice cream truck to make it to are next event. Big thank you Big O

Excellent fast & friendly professional service! Chris the shop manager, & Kyle the mechanic shop foreman can find or fix anything we ever needed! And some parts hard to find all other shops said weren't available or discontinued, they found & fixed fast. They truly care about you & your vehicles safety, and remember us every time with a smile!

Last month I stopped by to have my tires checked--they needed air. One of the crew members came out and kindly took to the task to check each one. He did not charge me, and yet, he showed genuine care for my concern. He even refused every attempt on my part to give him a tip. Instead, he took the time to explain what he did and how I was safe to go. I don't know anything else about the different services at Big O Tires, but I do know I'm coming back. Anyone who cares to offer service to any type of customer regardless of their issue deserves my business, and certainly they do.

I am so grateful to have these guys work on my Yukon. I had had so many bad experiences with other tire shops trying to fix issues with my rims and tires... I made one phone call to this place and immediately felt at ease. I'm in good hands, finally!!!! Their prices are reasonable, the guys are knowledgeable, and the customer service is FANTASTIC!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! YAY!!!

Lousy service! I paid 800.00 on saturday, feb 18,2023 to have my tires ordered. Total owed; another 800.00. They were not in stock. Came in on tues.,big o called and I made appt. at 1pm to have them put on. They quoted me an hour and after 90 mins. I got irritated. I watched as 3 other people got their services BEFORE I did and they all came in after me. When I started complaining, I got excuses about how my tires didn't fit easily on my rims, yada yada. I finally got my truck back and I won't go back there. No stars and I intend to tell my friends; you guys didn't even give me credit for the sale YOU were running!!!

Phenomenally capable during super rushed times! The only shop between here and Prescott Valley that had the tire I needed in stock. They were able to take me as a walk in can despite being overrun thoroughly. I witnessed many a phone call in conversation while waiting and these guys handled customers for customers phenomenally well common, those with a variety of temperaments from English permanent from angry and rude to polite and polite and passive aggressive

Appt time made and kept. Super service. Oil change 30 mins!! Service was great, however, I must mention grease on my steering wheel, door handle and edge of drivers seat. I think this issue should be addressed to service.

Outstanding experience! I have a 2019 Ford F-350. I travel pulling a 5th wheel so when I needed brake work on my truck, my stop at Big O was unanticipated. Even though they were busy they worked me into their schedule. Kyle is the lead mechanic. Very professional and customer satisfaction oriented. Knew exactly what work needed to be done based upon his inspection of the brakes. Chris is the Service Advisor. Same thing, customer service focused. I watched him interact with other customers and was impressed with how he treated his customers. For a last minute, no appointment service stop, this Big O Tires and team gets two Big O thumbs up! Highly recommend this team!
