These guys are wonderful! I came to them to see if there was a way to smooth out the ride on my fifth wheel after putting on a heavier ply tire. Beau discussed three options with me and when I informed him of the one I wanted quoted me a very fair price. The sumo spring were on shortly there after and I was billed for the price we discussed. They were friendly, attentive and did a great job. So nice to have a mom and pop shop in cottonwood that operates on such a professional level. I'll be back soon to have bearing and brakes done. Thanks guys!

I called at 9:30pm due to the a/c not working like it should've. Beau would've come out to look at it but I didn't want him to have to do that so late so, Beau (the owner/operator) gave me suggestions to try and said if the suggestions did not take care of the problem, he would come out first thing in the morning. Needless to say I couldn't fix the problem. so Beau came out and immediately found the problem, which turned out to be a manufacturer error. I had called several RV repair shops for another issue with another trailer and the earliest anybody could get to my trailer was 4 weeks. Beau was able to get to my trailer the same day and best of all, I was shocked at how inexpensive the repair cost. Beau's customer service was second to none and I will be using him for ALL my RV repairs from now on... Len - Escape RV Rentals

Well just had another great experience with my travel trailer maintenance and repair call. I have been using B.A.R.R. (Beautiful AZ RV repair) for the past couple years. They are awesome!! Reasonable prices, and always on time and very friendly. They are a family owned business. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Took my RV in to them for an electrical problem which was beyond my level of expertise. I was treated wonderfully and was impressedhow they took such a personal interest in my problem. Totally satisfied with their service and the fairist pricing. After many years in RV's for travel I'm grateful for finding them. Beau came out this morning to help us with a slide issue. The dealership had told us we needed a whole new motor and would take 4-6 weeks to repair... this was alarming since we have a huge trip that we've been planning for months coming up in a few days. BARR worked us into the schedule and Beau was able to diagnose and fix our issue in minutes- and showed us how to re-align the slide motors should we encounter an issue on the road. I almost cried I was so relieved. Relieved that the issue was fixed and relieved to work with a company that seems to care. We will no longer be working with the service center at the dealership and will be going with BARR from here on out. THANK YOU!!

The a/c in my rv was broken so they repaired it and it was fixed super fast in like 30 minutes. Saved our Grand Canyon trip.i definitely recommend this company. Service was awesome definitely would repair my rv there again.

Beau and his team are excellent. They helped me with several different elements of remodeling my fifth wheel trailer: installing a new water heater, installing new AC units, and helping me diagnose dozens of other items. They are very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Even though I don t live in Phoenix anymore I still reach out to them for help as I don t trust anyone else and they always respond and try their best to help! Can t say enough nice things about them. Also, since they are great they are busy but it s worth the wait.

These people are the most amazing people and best customer service we have ever had!!! We were stranded at Lake Pleasant with no A/C and Tiffany said she would send her husband Beau out at 10:30 at night, we said no we would wait but he came out anyways!! Fixed our problem in 15 minutes and did it with a smile on his face!! Tiffany also called us the next day to make sure everything was okay. I can not say enough about their business, customer service and human kindness. Please use them if you can. They also make house calls to fix anything you need done. WE LOVE YOU BEAU AND TIFFANY!!!! so happy to finally see some human decency and kindness in this horrible time.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I have an old motorhome and needed to change out the inverter and also figure out some obscure electrical problems that were happening within my AC system.I called Tiffany and Beau, and even though I called at the last minute, he came out right away. He expertly install my inverter, ran all the wires neatly where they needed to go, and tested and retested it until he was satisfied it was working properly. His bill was far less than several of the brick-and-mortar places I spoke to, to get quotes.I called him again to help figure out my electrical problems that happened right before I was supposed to take a trip. He was kind enough to come out after hours and worked on it and did everything he could. Since he wasn't able to complete the repairs to his satisfaction, he refused to take payment. I was seriously impressed.I'm very meticulous in the level of work I like done on my RV and and I don't hand out compliments on a whim. Nonetheless, you don't see this level of quality and integrity in workmanship every day. I will be calling them first for my RV repair needs and recommend them to my friends. Seriously, he is that good.

Had a black tank issue two days before leaving for the summer. These folks were the first to return my call when I was needing a repair done right away. Tiffany kept us apprised of Beau's expected arrival time. Sure enough, he was prompt, worked fast and efficiently, and the charge was very reasonable,.BeauTiful is the company I will call next for sure. Thanks, Beau and Tiffany!

My review is a bit unlike others who had a direct experience for repairs. Mine is related to a level of customer service that is rare at best. My wife and I were flying to Phoenix to look at a Lazy Daze RV that we had the intentions of purchasing and then driving back to our home in Oklahoma. With that being said, I am one to do my due diligence prior to any purchase. Through calling a number of shops, I was directed to call Beau. After explaining to him what were were doing, he shared that while he could absolutely do a pre-purchase inspection, his schedule was slammed. Totally understandable for our time frame of 3 days notice. With that being said, I asked Beau if I could run a few questions by him. Little did I know that I was about to be educated far beyond my wife and I's research up to this point. Beau stayed on the phone with me for an addition 20+ minutes making recommendations, tips, what to look out for, red flags, etc. It was already known that he was not going to be able to make a dime off of me at this time because of our tight time frame...but he still took the time to provide a level of customer service that would rival that of a Chick-Fil-A, QuikTrip, or any number of top notch organizations. At the end of our call, he then provided me a contact of a reputable and trusted company who could assist me. Ultimately, the RV didn't work out and partly because Beau gave us some key red flags to look out for that likely saved us heartache and money down the road. Should I be back in Phoenix for an RV...you best believe I will be calling Beau again. I can not recommend them enough because this display of customer service is CERTAINLY a direct representation on how they conduct themselves in all aspects of business. Thanks again Beau!

These folks did a great job changing out my theater seats for a dinette in my MH. Very happy with the result, and they are nice people too. I would highly recommend. Their pricing was fair too. I got two other quotes so I had a comparison. I've already recommended them to my RV friends.

Beau is the man. Came over to fix the generator on our toy hauler and had a great experience!Nothing but professionalism and super helpful. I run a small window tinting company and was working out of my garage when Beau stopped by. Had a great deal exchanging trade services for work.A+++

I CANNOT say enough about Beau and Tiffany...but I m sure gonna try!! I have been in a 22-year old RV since May 2019. I have been in repair shops more than I ve been out of them in the past 8 mos. I have had good repair shops and I have had nightmare repair shops....but Beautiful AZ is the first GREAT repair shop and I am SO GLAD I called them!!! From restorations to repairs, Beau knows the in s and out s of every type of RV on the market! And Tiffany will find any and every part you could possibly need and get you scheduled ASAP! Rain or shine; holiday or no holiday...Beautiful AZ RV Repair will genuinely take care of your repair, your coach, and YOU! They will always be my GO-TO from now on!

Awesome, just plain awesome!! My AC wouldn't turn on Wednesday nite, and Bo came out the next day (determined the blower motor was bad) then came out Saturday morning; replaced the motor and all is good!! Can't thank you enough for your quick help in this 110�++ heat!! I am recommending B.A.R.R. to everyone I know and anyone that reads this ... thanks again Bo!!Marie Felix

First things first , they are very professional and always ON TIME . I had electrical problem in my rv and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a very timely manner . I am very happy with there work and I recommend them very highly .
