My family's experience with 360 Automotive has been truly AMAZING!!! I cannot thank them enough for taking the time to figure out the issues with my daughter's vehicle and working hard to get her vehicle back on the road again even on a late Friday afternoon. Not only have we saved money $$$ over other automotive shops in the area but they backed up their work with a second visit at no charge to make sure everything was working correctly. We couldn't ask for better quality repair shop and service. You all have such a HUGE heart!! THANK YOU to Barb and her team for taking care of my loved ones. YOU'RE THE BEST!!

I scheduled an appointment to assess and repair my vehicle they charge for an inspection said I had rodent damage and recommended to go somewhere else. Don t waste your money. I already knew I had rodent damage I did not need to pay $200 for a report.

Very accommodating and completed the repair on time. Did a complete inspection of my 15 year old car and prioritized the needed repairs. They were recommended by my realtor who has amazing contacts in the Verde Valley so I had high expectations and my realtor was correct. Small shop but great performance.

As stated in other previous reviews we had to pay $200 for them to inspect our car. The car was maybe there 1 hour. The staff is rude and the shop looks like someone s dirty garage.

We took our truck in and paid for inspection. Sold the truck and the owner got 120 miles and water pump went out. Not noted on inspection. Took truck back, paid $140 tow bill, and we paid almost $2K for water pump repair. We drove it 150 miles and there was a leak. Called Napa and they sent us to a shop 40 miles away. Turns out the hose was missing a clamp. Called the shop to give her the courtesy to correct it and was told she was in meetings and would call me after the holiday, 8 DAYS AWAY! Seriously! We'll see her in small claims court!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Barb and 360 automotive saved my weekend! I hadn t drove in 3 months and when I finally got in my car the AC wasn t working properly. After getting turned away by two other auto repair shops in Cottonwood I got on the phone with Barb who was very helpful in setting up an appointment for the day of, figuring out the problem and coming up with a plan to make sure all was right with my car. She was awesome! I had plans made for an outdoor outing that I might have had to cancel if I couldn t get my AC fixed. So glad I didn t have to.

I "discovered" 360 Automotive shortly after arriving to live in the Verde Valley a few years ago and have always been pleased with the service. They are prompt and collaborative in my efforts to maintain my older car in good operating condition -- I love my old car and hope she continues to serve me for many years to come. Since moving farther away from their location, I've been really pleased that they will give me a ride back to my home; it was so much easier when I lived in Cottonwood and could just walk between home and the shop. On one occasion over the several years I've used their service, a mechanic made a mistake, causing damage to my vehicle. They owned the error and took great care -- and performed considerable work -- to correct it and return my car to me in good working order. My feeling is that the experience ended up causing considerable expense to 360 Automotive because of their mistake and I very much appreciated the integrity Helaine demonstrated in that instance. We're all human and sometimes errors occur -- how we react to and deal with instances like this demonstrates our true character.

Worse service ever! Awful costumer service and cutting wires they weren't supposed to. Even worse they couldn't take responsibility for what they did. Have to get others to fix their mistakes, highly recommend anywhere but here. Also no record of me? Weird I got all the paperwork and the technician ID number who did it. DO BETTER !!!

Worst experience I've had with any business in my entire life! Extremely rude customer service. Said my car would be. Done by 12pm but wasn't done until 5pm & they did such a bad job installing the blower they broke my dash & now my battery dies everyday. They made a violation on that 1st day so I had to pay & have it reset just 2days later. I wouldn't let anyone I know ever go to 360 auto for any reason. I'll be driving to Prescott every month just to avoid dealing with this awful predatory business with zero ethics.

I needed them to install a Interlock and in the process they broke a very complicated part and refused to fix it. Wouldn't even pay for half now I'm still without vehicle 3 months down the road. Why can't there be good honest work anymore. I'm trying to restart my life and people gotta go and not own up to their responsibility, I did.

Helene, Barb and their team are the best! They are always spot on in determining what is wrong with your car. They will get it fixed in a timely manner. They are also great for routine work.

Always awesome! Takes pictures of what needs done so there's no mistakes. They will even check out cars for me if I choose to get another vehicle. My personal mechanics now. They found many problems on my vehicle that Oxendale of Cottonwood didn't. Very worthy of my trust.

Had a (rather expensive) oil change. Car leaked oil. Took it back; the oil pan plug had been incorrectly reinstalled. Thank goodness it was a slow leak. To her credit, the owner acknowledged their mistake, fixed it, and filled my tank with gas. I guess other bonus items were replaced, but I wasn't told what. (A car owner should always be told exactly what is being done to their car.) So sad; I really wanted to like this place. Trying another shop soon...

Took my car here for a possible transmission issues. They wanted to charge me $12k for a used transmission and labor. Took it to the dealership and it was a faulty body value that cost $1k. I can't recommend Helaine enough... wow I am beyond satisfied with her work! My husband and I have gone to her twice so far since we've been in Cottonwood. The first time, there was an issue with our transmission in our truck. She repaired it in less time than she told us AND way under budget for the estimate she gave. The truck has been running great ever since!The second time was just yesterday. My brakes have been squeaking for weeks now. At the Subaru dealership up in Flagstaff, they told me the brakes were fine, and fixed my power steering instead (which I agreed to, I mean.. I'm not a mechanic so who knows). Obviously this wasn't necessary and did nothing to fix my squeaky brakes. Yesterday I took my car to Helaine, she initially fixed a part of my brakes that was very worn down (showed me the old parts and where the ware and tear was happening) and did so at a reasonable price. I went to leave the parking lot, and my brakes were still squeaking so I brought it right back. Not only did she have the issue fixed up within a couple of hours, but she gave me all new brake pads and rotors FOR FREE!! I was dumbfounded by her generosity, and kept asking to pay her but she wouldn't have it! I'm just so beyond happy with Helaine and will never take my cars anywhere else if I can help it! I trust her 110% which I cannot say about any other mechanic I've been to in the past. I know nothing about cars, so I simply have to take people at their word and her word is absolute gold.

Helaine saved us stress as we had a 1600 mile trip home when we noticed a problem with the front wheel bearing. We had tried several mechanics in town first, all who were too busy to even take a quick look. We found her to be very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her.

I came in for a simple repair on my ac. I felt comforts like having a woman work on my classic truck. I'll be bringing it back this week for another repair. Ladies, it's so nice to have a woman mechanic. Warranty work is performed there too

Terrific service when me and my family need it most! Our alternator went out at 4pm on the Friday of July 4th weekend just as we got into Jerome. Power steering went, car turned off, couldn't get it to restart. As later Friday, everyone was closed until Tuesday and I had my wife and 3 young daughters. AAA towing by Stix Men (THANK YOU JIM!) called Helene the owner who told him to tow it there, and she'd do the work on Saturday morning. She met us Friday night to open her shop, confirmed the needed part was local, and had us fixed and out the door by Saturday afternoon, all at a great price and service.Helene even confirmed that other work recommended to me by a local Toyota dealer wasn't needed as well as the price quoted being way over work cost.A HUGE help in a stressful time when trying to figure out where to take car, how'd we get back to hotel, and eventually back home 100 miles.If I was local I'd be taking all my vehicles and needed work to Helene. My vehicle is a part of my work and is essential to everything I can possibly do to make income, so I reach out to shops for good work and warranties. I spent $1267 on a radiator replacement, fan clutch and rear brakes. That's it. I figure the labor is expensive due to quality work. Well here's the reason why you're reading this review, to save your time and money.After the rear brake caliper bolts walked out (and all the lug nuts cross threaded), my rear driver side tire locked up, stuck at the entrance to the Grand Canyon, 120 miles from home, I reached out to the shop to see if they be willinng to get me in to make up for this.Well it seems like you have to book an appointment months out to get your car worked on these days. And this was no exception, they were offering to help fix it, but at the expense of a week or two sitting. I have had an appointment set at a different shop to do maintence long before this break down. Due to the issues and lack of skills, I missed my scheduled work due to the shop fixing 360 autos failure (locked up wheel, couldnt roll it into the shop after truck dropped it off.) Then $970 worth of a tow to get back to Cottonwood.All I ask for when a business really messes up, is to make time for the customer. It's literally a matter of time, the only thing they're not willing to offer. I'll pay again, but there's a reason why I'm paying, so it's done right, and I'm rightly helped when mistakes happen. The result over a simple mistake has cost me thousands of dollars in lost business. There was no effort to offer anything or any reimbursement for the new parts having to be replaced. Just "we'll work on it when we have time, and get it done by the end of next week maybe".Charge me more if that's what it takes, and this is why it's a 1 star. Not because of the mistake but the lack of care to the customer and the amount money I've already paid.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Do not go here, they misdiagnosed my truck to the tune of $7,000 ! And they were rude about it. I wanted to support a woman owned business, but truth is this particular business is really bad at their job.
