They were excellent and prices were great. Ted's wanted 3 times more for exact same thing. That's crazy. I will definitely go back to the Tire Factory

I always have great service, every time I go. From tires on my car, to getting my oil changed, the work and the prices are great for someone on low income. Loren is cool under pressure and very knowledgeable.

These mechanics are gems in the desert. Family owned, reasonably priced, and quick turn around. They are respectful and clear on what my vehicle needed. I highly recommend them.

I bought commercial tires there, the times I have been there the owner and employees have been easy to deal with and the prices are fair. They don t try to over sell you things and If you are reasonable you ll be fine.

Great service, I called them about 50 minutes before closing in major need of an alignment. They were able to get me in and out with a perfect alignment that same night. I ll always go back to the tire factory for my alignments.

Staff of 16, work on cars, trucks, big diesel rigs, and motorhome chassis. Loren and crew are great, have the knowledge and the skillset to get the job done right and treat customers professionally and friendly keeping them informed

I have a road trip coming up, so I called,to ask if they have tires for my truck in stock, they didn't , but placed an order to have them brought in that afternoon. Once the tires arrived, they took my truck right in and hooked me up almost immediately. Jeremy, Loren and Nick all greeted and welcomed me with their cheerful disposition and they really make you feel at home . I now can enjoy my trip knowing they have taken care of my tires and even took extra time to inspect the overall condition of my vehicle to ensure a safe trip. This is a great place to have your automotive needs met.

took my jeep in to have new tires put on and balance. it took them 5 hours to do the job. they stripped out four wheel studs, had to replace 3 new ones, and then they get pissed at me saying that they were already stripped, check their work specially with any kind of filters, they come to front office show you a dirty filter and you dont even know where that filter came from, so just look out for the scam!!!!!! I will never conduct any kind of bussiness with this shop.

I took my vehicle to Loren. I was very pleased with the work he did. He made sure that nothing else was wrong with my car before releasing me my car. I highly recommend him to get your car fixed at his shop.

I can't believe all of these good reviews. I went to this place early on a Saturday morning, and they told me that it would be an hour and a half wait. I then spent three hours driving around the county for an available oil change place. I finally found one in Queen Creek. I would not recommend this place. Oh, well. That's Coolidge, Arizona for ya...

I just want to sum this up.I had many recommendations from friends and neighbors after sharing with them some bad experiences I've had elsewhere since moving to AZ.So many quickly recommended The Tire Factory.NOT MY FIRST RODEO dealing with mechanics in several states.It took only one visit to The Tire Factory. I was sold !I watched, I saw. They are so busy, yet keep up better than all the "retail chain type" companies out there these days.I didn't feel cheated. I didn't feel as if I was in a retail chain. I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something I didn't need!I first went in for a complete diagnostic.They checked/they corrected.They did have some recommendations due to the year of my car and what was also noticed.What was really appreciated, was the fact that they weren't pushy or trying to sell more than necessary.I believe it was the owner who actually recommended just one of the three to be most important for me at this time.I did schedule my following maintenance.Happy that I did.Time always tells, however, I'm so happy I now have a place I can trust for all my car needs!OK, back to summing my 5 star review...I highly recommend! I went in for an oil change last minute for our 2010 Chevy Equinox instead of driving all the way to the dealership Rock Solid in Mesa, who does our maintenance every few months and when the car needs to be serviced which I can't stand dealing with them because they seem to take all day from open to close just for an oil change. I rather stay closer to home since we now live in Coolidge and for a last minute find The Tire Factory was able to get me in and out besides the guy at the front desk and the mechanic who worked on our car who was very very friendly. As a woman I hate taking the car in even for an oil change because I've been ripped off before and they made me feel really comfortable... Enough to send my mother in law there for her car to be serviced as well. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else who lives in the area who needs there vehicle serviced whether its an oil change, tires or etc.... Great for the price(s) and friendly service!!! P.S.I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Rock Solid. We've had too many issues with our car and will NEVER go there again!!! Once we can trade-in we WILL!! We had issues at the time and needed a car ASAP and it was a last resort situation. I know you get what you pay for but I've never had this many issues with car in under a year of purchasing. 1 more year or pay it down some more so we can do the trade-in and go to a legitimate dealership for an up to date car! No more used cars under 2015

Very very cool called and Saturday and had him order a hubcap for my truck found exactly what I needed sent me an estimate via email whereas discount tire sells the same product but could not get the type of hubcap that I needed with the correct Chrome bolts but they were able to do it they're very friendly I went to pick it up today called me this morning said it was in and offered to put it on for me even. So I will definitely be doing business with them in the future I am new to this area and very down home and seems like they had customers of all types and styles there and they're working very hard to make everyone happy.

Saved me hundreds in diagnosing the real issue over other shops, like Firestone , good year, discount tire, big o tires, brakes plus. I m a retired mechanic, honest straight shooters here. No bs just great service at a great price . They have earned my business for sure.

Very friendly , hardworking men . They are non-stop on the go the entire time and I was there for 1hr and 45 minutes . Yes , the wait was long but that's because oil changes are first come first serve . Other than that , they are great !

This place is busy every time I've been there and I would say, from my experience there so far, it's probably because they do good work and DON'T over charge or try to up sell or lie about more things to fix.I've had both of my vehicles in for repairs and basic oil changes and tire rotation. When it came time to pay, I was pleasantly surprised with a lower bill than I expected. I had my Subaru in there, expecting the worst, they could have told me anything was wrong and I would have believed it.These guys are friendly and HONEST and will be my go to auto shop from now on.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Never EVER bring your car here unless you enjoy getting the run around. My car has been sitting in the shop for two weeks. No one called and let me know anything. If they had told me that they cannot get the parts delivered for two weeks, I would have simply taken the car somewhere else. I called two Toyota dealers and was told that they both had the parts in stock. I would have gladly paid more to have my car fixed in a timely manner. Completely horrible customer service.Service: Engine repair

Had a tire blow out did not have a spare they got me a tire and balance for a 1/4 of what I thought it should be strongly recommend them. I,m from MN they were friendly and professional they were the best to work with.Service: TiresService: Tires

My family has been going here for 8 years, and we trust them implicitly. They have kept my 2008 Honda Element in excellent condition, and they have fair prices and have never gouged us. I won't go anywhere else.

The owner Lauren and his family have been running this place since I can remember. Definitely over 30yrs. They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work on any vehicle you can think of. Most importantly they are trustworthy. That's the hardest thing to find when it comes to mechanics. With them you know your getting the best quality work for the absolute best price.
