Fair price, great service! I was able to set up an AM appointment and it was kept. Drew was extremely professional and attentive with my prize possession. JB towing was able to come and help super quickly! He handled the car with care and listened to instructions when it came to the placement of the car, when it was to be unhooked. He also had the most reasonable price in the area. 10/10 recommend

Great customer service- Checked his highly rated reviews- called him and he came A.S.A.P. Very knowledge of how a classic car should be loaded with extreme care . Drew was very price competitive -very honest up front and very professional . Had much pride in hauling my car . No chains - No metal to metal contact- just straps . Very Careful . He posted it loaded on his website- Red 1973 Trans AM . I would highly recommend this company to anyone - he has my business. Thank You Drew - Gary R

I called a few tow companies on Monday 11/29 to setup a motorcycle tow for the morning of 11/30. This was the only company in the area to answer my call. I left messages with two other companies and didn't even get a call back.At first JB Towing let me know they might not be available because they were in the middle of a move. However, once they heard that the tow was for the next day at 10am they said they would be able to make it work. I texted them the start and end points for the tow from my house up to Manic Moto in QC.The next day, JB Towing let me know via text that they were on the way. They arrived on time and even called to let me know they were outside. They hooked up a special front wheel sled, strapped it down, loaded it into place on the bed and secured it with additional straps. The whole time he was asking me to check clearance on the back fender and verify that the bike wasn't leaning left or right. This was appropriated as it showed he understood some of the additional risks associated with motorcycle towing.Then, when we got to the shop he helped unload the bike. The Mechanic at the shop even remarked that he was very impressed with the motorcycle towing setup and that it was unusual to see a company do it so well (he also mentioned some cases where the bikes had been damaged from improper setups).Picture is from the start of our unloading.The service, personability and professionalism of JB Towing were all top notch in my book and I wouldn't hesitate to trust this company with my bike or SUV in the future.Thank you for being there when I needed it!

Came to home to pick up my car right on time. Very professional and very friendly. Worked with me on price of hauling to get it to the shop. Great guy!!! Highly recommend this company for all towing services. Know I'll always be grateful and a loyal customer. Thanks for everything. See you when I need my next tow! Just wanted to add he called 20 minutes later to tell me that he was at Big O and Steven had it. I drive that direction also every day. So there we were, broke down on Hwy 60 in the middle of nowheresville. 113 degrees outside and no one else willing to tow our hot mess 85 miles home to Tucson. JB Towing picked up the phone JUST as it was closing time, heard the despair in my voice, and came to our rescue. He knew helping us meant he wouldn t get home to his family until well after 1am. I am so incredibly thankful for his sacrifice! On top of all this, the hour and a half drive home didn t feel so long because of the great conversation and laughs. We had a tall order, an Expedition pulling an F150 on a trailer 85 miles one way, but he handled it all with total professionalism and ease!PS: be sure to ask him about his Cummings/Allison/Ford.

Had Dreu tow an old truck out of the back yard of a house I was selling. He showed up in time, was very respectful and did a great job, even maneuvering the truck to squeeze between a small gate at the drop off point. Thanks Dreu!

I called around and got estimates from different companies. This one by far beat them all and has very reasonable prices. I spoke to Drew and he was very professional and had my car towed quickly. Drew was able to assist me and tow me to a shop quicker than you can get a live representative on the phone from a. Insurance company haha. This is a great company. I recommend their services 100 percent. They are honest and sincere in their dealings. The driver responded within the time frame he had told me that he would. I had called them requesting for my car to towed to a dealership because it could not start. The driver made an attempt and fixed my car saving me both time and money. I was very concerned that my car was going to get towed and I wasn t going to get it back but, the tower helped me and explained to me that my car will get back to me safe. This car has been with me threw so much in a short amount of time, I can t see me letting go of it anytime soon. I haven t seen my car in two days and he made sure it was unharmed. Thank you for helping me and keeping me notified that it will get to my home safely.

We have a Custom built up truck that needed towed for transmission repair.Drue was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. He took extra precaution not to cause any damage to our vehicle. He even went above and beyond to move away from the tree in front of our house so no scratches would occur. Needed him from a quick two mile tow, and even though he was in the middle of a job heading into Phoenix, once he was finished he got my vehicle taken care of and faster than expected. Scheduled a last minute tow from queen creek to Tempe and arrived early! Very cool dude, very personable, extremely professional and really throws pride at his profession. He helped me out so much with my vehicle. Getting it out of the driveway was a task in itself. I trust NO ONE with my vehicles, but had him deliver my vehicle to a transmission shop when I wasn't there to accept delivery. No problem handing him the keys. I've already referred him to my old man who is the same way about his vehicles. Genuinely the best towing service I've ever had the pleasure of getting help from. Drew helped me not once, but twice when I was in a bad situation, and has always followed up with great advice and referred me to people who can help me fix my car after.He's truly one of the best in the business just purely based on skill, speed, and his real care about customers. It's been years since I've felt this cared for, and well taken care of.

Made getting my vehicle towed a great experience! Very quick to respond to calls and text, friendly, made the pick up smooth and effortless on my part. Even offered if they could get the vehicle to start they would let me know in order to not have to have it towed. Fingers crossed I won't have to have a vehicle towed for a long time, but if I do I already saved their number in my phone and they will be the first that I call.Service: Car towing

Had drew pick up my 66 mustang thats been in the family for 55 years. When he arrived I was still putting the tires back on. He was very patient and respectful. He helped me push the car into the street so he could carefully get it on his flatbed. Once loaded he was able to drop it off at the new house without me being there. To top it all off he found my phone I left in the car and returned it. Best tow company around and very reasonable.Service: Car towing

These guys are amazing! They were more than patient with me each time I had to reschedule the pickup time when something unexpected happened with my first arrangements with them. They were awaiting for me as I arrived. Very fast dependable and most definitely professional and these guys had quoted me a price that was more than 100 bucks less than all the other tow companies did in the area. If you need fast friendly and affordable service then JB Towing is my most recommended to anyone in need of service throughout the valley! CALL THEM! YOULL BE GLAD YOU DID!
