Dreamline Collision is AMAZING! They fixed my baby up sooo good you could never even tell my car had ever been crashed !! Customer service is outstanding. They made everything so easy for me. If your car needs to be fixed up this is the place to go!!! Thankyou DCC!!

Dreamline Collision Center is my new forever company that i will refer to anyone. They made my vehicle brand new after damage to the front and rear end. They were so informative on everything with the steps of getting claim. They walked me through the entire process without me having to worry about a thing. Any questions i had were answered quickly and thoroughly. They were all so nice. Even offered to give me a ride home so they could get started as soon as the parts came in. They were extremely quick and my vehicle is beautiful again. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and for fixing My vehicle as fast as they did. Highly recommend them !

I will definitely refer Dreamline to anyone who needs collision repairs done. The staff is absolutely amazing, they re friendly, knowledgeable, I got my car back exactly when they had estimated it would be done. They messaged me with every update, which is awesome . I just cant say enough good about Dreamline, truly. When I picked my car up, it looked like they had detailed it, it smelled amazing, it was sooooo clean on the inside as well as the outside. I couldn t be happier!Thank you to all the staff at Dreamline!!

Rick was so helpful and friendly, and they did a great job on my van, which needed some body work, an engine repair, and an oil change. It was a comfortable space to wait, and the wait time was shorter than expected! It was a bit of a drive to get here but it was definitely worth it.

My Honda was damaged in an auto accident and these guys made it look like nothing ever happened!! Most amazing customer service and kept me updated when my car was ready to be picked up! Jake was super friendly and ensured to update me with every step. Thank you to Jake and all the guys at Dreamline for taking care of my car and making it look brand new!

Went to get new breaks I didn t know about prices I decide to replace the there , but a friend of mine ask how much, I said $465 and she goes no, is to much let me call casa grande, it was $165 , but I had pay them half of the money, and she went there to cancel they had not started yet, but they didn t want to return the money. If you want to check first casa grande or another place before to use them.Service: Auto brake repair

I am more than happy with the service from Dreamline Collision. I used their services first for regular maintenance of my 2018 Honda Accord. With that good experience, it was a no-brainer to reach out to them when my daughter was rear ended. They worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier, kept us informed throughout the whole process and delivered an almost brand new car!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was sent here by the insurance company.The door had been scraped in a parking lot.Dropped off 2/7. Was told it would be ready the 16thI started calling the 17th only to be ghosted.I then drove out there to find plastic ( which was coming off) over a missing rear window out in the rain.See pictureThey finally contacted me on the 24th that it was ready.Went to pick it up and the car was covered with mudand dirtVery Poor serviceI highly suggest you find any other place to have your car repairedDreamline is more like a NightmareService: Body & Trim

Devon, Julian, and Sean did a fantastic job doing some body work on my pick-up. The quality, price and time frame were all exceptional which is un-heard of to get all 3 these days. It is extremely difficult to find a shop you can trust but I will definitely be taking any other vehicles to these guys, thanks again Dreamline!!

I had an amazing experience at the automotive body repair shop! They fixed my white pickup truck quickly and efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule. In November I was on a road trip from Texas to California and got rear ended in what ended up being a 6 car collision. I had to go back to Texas and leave my car in Arizona. The amount of mental trauma and difficulty with the after affects of this collision was incredibly straining on me, but the wonderful staff at Dreamline really helped me out when I wasn t receiving help from anyone. Since I was in a different state, they kept my car in their lot until I was able to get to Arizona. Not only did they do that, they cut my deductible to 50% of what it was when my insurance did not help me out with anything. It s because of their kindness that I was able to feel some semblance of comfort throughout that difficult time. Who knew that the people that would be there for me the most were the staff at a Collision Center, ha. Thank y all so much for helping me out in my time of desperate need.

Came here for an opinion on work that was done by Service King with is now call Crash Champions. I met with Rick who took pictures and spoke to me about my car. Later on, I found out that they told my insurance company that the damage to the car could be from a different accident. You see Service King / Crash Champions did a horrible job on my car. They glued the bumper on one end, did not replace the grill that is broken, and the fender is not held right - possibly the clips falling apart. They never replaced the bomber or anything else except the clips, which I am not too sure about that.I did advise Rick of this. However, Deven, who I believe is the owner discussed this with my insurance company. When I went back there to get Dreamline Collision to try and help me get this resolved, Deven did agree with me that the repairs were not done right. He even tried to contact my insurance company saying how repairs should be made right to satisfy the customer. Making it seem like I am crying wolf rather than repairs were not done right and Deven made a mistake. However, the damage was done. Rick and Deven hurt my chances of getting my car fixed properly. They lied to my insurance company.I would stay away as possible from this place. Not honest people.I have the right shop, you just do not want the bad review. I have the emails that prove I have the right shop.

In September of last year someone backed into my van. There was damage to the sliding door and back panel. I took my van to Dreamline for repairs based on good reviews and I am so glad that I did. They not only worked with what I received from insurance, the repairs went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was super nice and they kept in touch with me throughout the process. Anthony was very professional was very thorough he had my car completely checked out. Didn't try to drum up a bunch of charges on me I have the utmost respect for Dreamline Auto Center. Going back on Monday to have more work done with a different issue saved me $1,500.00 from a previous quote by a different shop. I feel confident to tell others especially women you can go to Dreamline and not get ripped off. I plan to be a loyal customer I trust this shop and as stated before I have the utmost respect. They were so wonderful. Our1993 Nissan decided to stop running a service station 1/2 block away from them. He dropped what he was doing and came to our aid. I wish I had gotten the name of the great man that helped. I would recommend this business for all your car needs. Fast, professional, affordable, and honest. These guys rock. Their turnaround time is stellar, their lobby is comfortable, and their work speaks for itself. Anthony in the lobby is friendly and personable and always strives to keep your repairs within your budget. Cody, one of the mechanics, is also friendly, straightforward, and really knows his trade -- he knows a lot about a lot, actually. No other shop will treat myself and my vehicles better than Dreamline does, so they can count on seeing me again for maintenance and repairs.

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that was leaking anti freeze from the radiator. Dreamline sent me pictures of the damage to the radiator and the cooling transmission lines and called me before any repairs were done. Which was much appreciated. I received my SUV when the work was done but the SUV was leaking transmission fluid. I returned the vehicle to Dreamline which was no problem. They discovered that the transmission cooling lines connector was not fitting properly and to make matters worst that particular part has been discontinued for seven years. The Dreamline crew became creative contacting a machine shop to make the part. You have got to love these guys ingenuity! The part was put on, but the Dreamline crew wasn t quite satisfied with the fitting and they didn t give up. They found the part and installed it and I am now driving leak free! No matter how long it takes, the Dreamline team will get the job done! Thank you Eric, Irvin, Chris and Patrick!
