They didn't have my battery so they ordered it from another store. It arrived the next day and they installed it for me. Super quick and friendly.

Go across the street to NAPA and buy quality parts. AZ has no interest in truly helping you find the part you need. If it dosen't jump off the shelf into their hand, they can't help.

We needed a battery for our 4 wheeler. My husband went to the counter and asked the person working there if they had the size he needed. The clerk went to an isle that had that size and brought a battery back to us. Then we needed windshield wipers for a truck. We looked and couldn't find what we needed. We again asked if they could help us. They acted like it was an imposition for them to assist. They told us to go down Isle 2 and there was a million of them. We promise not to bother them again.

Completely rude!!! They sold me the wrong brakes then I return the brakes to get the correct size he tells me well you don t have that card anymore so I can t help youSeriously people get new cards all the time there is a lifetime warranty on my brakes plus you sold me the wrong ones hello you work here it s your job to tell the right partsRude and completely inconsiderateGuess I ll just have to send my husband over here

Was heading out of town to go to Showlow, and the snow. I noticed my windshield wipers were looking pretty bad, so I stopped into Autozone and Spencer figured out what I needed, and installed them for me. Thank you for great service! I always get great service, Andres and Dan give great service as well.

Horrible service. The manager there acts like he don't want to guide or help customers who need help with their vehicle. Snotty, callous attitude and the assistant who there at times when he's not there, is just as snotty and rude. I gladly go to O'Reilly or Napa store.

The staff in this establishment are extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. They are willing to offer advice based on their personal knowledge of a vehicle or part. You don t find too many nice people in this world, but to go in a store and every time a sales person is cordial and friendly is a rare opportunity. I recall on a recent visit, a gentleman went as far as helping my daughter add her new wiper blades I had purchased to her car in the middle of a dust storm. Thank you AutoZone Coolidge for being what genuine customer service should be. We the customers appreciate you!

I went to return antifreeze with the receipt. I was asked if I have the debit card. I informed him no that I didn't purchase it, that a friend did because I was stuck at home with my car leaking and needed it. He said he couldn't return it without the card.

I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!! To the manager who was helping me out!!! I've been there twice on different occasions and she is always helping me out!!! She is the manager not sure what her name is. But she is amazing!!!! Also thanks to the guy who helped me out with my car!! And made sure I got exactly what I needed to fix my problem!!! Hands down the best customer service every!!! From here on out you guys definitely have my business.!!!!

Ordered a part online and an hour later the part I needed was ready to be picked up. I was notified by email of part being ready. Walked into store showed a barcode from the email and 3 minut4s later walked out with the part I needed. This will be the way I order 90% of all my future parts.

My oil light was flickering on when I d brake. This autozone was only a mile away, from where I was. I went in the store and asked for help, I wish I d asked the gentleman s name that helped me purchase the correct oil and showed me how to check and fill it. Life saver for sure! He was informative, answered all my questions autozone in Coolidge.. he deserves a raise

I won't be back in till two employees are gone. Both female. Have abosuletly no idea what anything is. Took 30 minutes to pull up the right CV axle for my car. Canceled the warranty. Asked where anti seize is, had no clue what it was and had to look it up. Just left my stuff and went to Reilly. Wait for one of the old time workers to be there to get anything. I don't think these new employees even knows what a gas cap is.

I've never had any real issues with them until recently; I was sold 2 wrong spark plugs. 4 were correct and the other 2 weren't. I should've caught it but I put a little too much faith in them. I had misfires and spent days trying to figure out what was wrong. I finally checked on the spark plugs and noticed the 2.

The staff are not attentive to customer needs and don't help you figure out the best item to fit your needs. Ordered a door handle for our van and they didn't bother to mention that what we bought was unpainted and you could order a color matched part. They didn't even call when it came in - we finally just went in days later and it was there.Pick a different store. We could have bought the same item in the correct color online for less.

I've spent thousands in this store over the last 5 yrs. Today was the last. When an employee flat out denies speaking with you about a tool, after speaking to you at length, tells you they have it, puts you on hold to double check, and when you show up to pick up, he has no idea what you're talking about. Denies talking to you about it. Even though you show in your phone, you had an 8 minute call with them. Thereby wasting my time, and losing a customer. JR is no asset to your business.

Amanda that works there straight up lied about what I had done and everytime I go in there she always complains about employees and customers when she don't know anything about vehicles always rude I'm done going there I have been going there for years and bought a lot of stuff including crate motors that work extremely well no more will I spend high dollars ever again!!!! I mean that nice job Amanda freaking lier

The employees don't seem like like they want to help. They are eager to get you to leave. They can be very dismissive of customer questions and concerns. You are better off going somewhere else that actually cares about its customers.

The previous reviews are correct. This AutoZone is very dismissive of customers questions. The CSR don't seem to be very knowledgeable about their job. Most of the time they are very pretentious in their answers if you're lucky enough to get one. I am a mechanic and have been given the wrong advice many times by employees at this location. I have ordered parts online and went to this location to pick them up and was told they didn't have them. I have to literally get upset before they would look for my part even though I had proof it was in stock at their store where the receipt in my hand. I always went home with the part even though they claimed to not have it while they just stood at the counter staring at me being arrogant because they did not want to help me even though I had the receipt from just paying for it online. I do everything I can to avoid AutoZone because of their terrible customer service. I have arrived at this location before the closing hours to have an employee walk quickly up to the door and lock it while I am literally grabbing for it to go into the store because he did not want to help me since it was close to closing time.

A car pulls up with a battery light on.....they check battery voltage. then I ask to check the running voltage since the battery light is on suggesting the car might not be charging. They won't do that "unless checking alternator"clearly checking the alternator is what I am shooting for....after explaining again that i just simply want the running voltage to see if its charging or not I get denied. This is why you have such a bad reputation. I would have been gone 3 minutes earlier with the info i came for vs wasting my time on this review. thanks You Dildo'sEdit after response - No thanks, that autozone alternator was on the car 20hrs before this ordeal. it was installed at a shop with new bolts as required. Don't worry, I covered the tow bill. 84 miles
