Unprofessional behavior. Debra needs to learn some manners when dealing with customers. She acts like she is doing you an unconvenient favor and talks down to people. Other things have happened with staff in this office I won't get into here on this review.Filed a complaint with MVD main office to make them aware of these types of problems.

No chairs, 1 clerk, 1 hour wait time to be told that we have to come back, and then wait another hour. This location is a joke, an absolute miserable experience and there is nothing you can do about it because they have the power.

One of the best MVD s I ve been in. There were a number of people in front of me and I still got in and out within 20 min. The people I spoke with were pleasant, efficient and helpful. I ve lived all over - in big cities like Chicago and small, rural towns with less than a 1000 people. Hands down - one of the best MVD experiences. I can t speak to the bad reviews about the phone. I didn t try to call, just stopped in.

Friendly, fast service. Appointment only during COVID. I would recommend going in to make an appointment instead of calling if you can because they seem to be able to get you in sooner that way.

Great place to go when you need something, but make sure you get there before 4:45. Employees are lazy and shut down early to ensure they are in their car by 5pm. Last time i checked, the business hours said 5:00....NOT 4:45.

I've always loved this location! The people are friendlier than other locations that I've been to & the service is great! They make u feel comfortable & welcomed!

People (only 2) were busy. Hour wait, 10 minutes interaction. More knowledgeable than ADOT website. Thank you!

My daughter in-law had to call and get an appt to license her vehicle and get her license. You can call and make an appt or walk in and make one. Not much waiting. Seems much faster.

Dear MVD of Claypool AZ, I have tried to call and all i get is run arounds and fowards my call to an automated phone system. I just wanted to schedule an appointment but it is hard to schedule.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET THROUGH TO THE PHONE # CLAYPOOL DMV GAVE ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.THERE IS 4 PEOPLE SITTING IN CLAYPOOL DOING .NOTHING. THERE IS NO LOCAL #.EVERYTHING GOES TO PHX. WHY?????I HAVE TALKED TO OTHER PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM..THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nowhere else does it take THREE MONTHS to get in for a title transfer, and thats IF you can get to them on the phone since they shut the phone line down. Absolute joke, I have never left this facility happy with the results, go somewhere else if you could, if possible I would rate zero stars

This place is a joke they refused to reinstate my dl because they didnt put my appointment in books now have to stay on streets again cause they to lazy to do thier job and it only takes 5 min. Lazy lazy lazy

Always top level service that u just won't find in the big city. Personnel are always informative and resolve whatever issue I have when i go in.

One of the best DMV's I've been to in the country due to the short lines, helpful staff and the fact that most DMV's are HORRIBLE.

I tried to update my ID but the workers their are so rude and the waiting is too long. AT LEAST TAKE A DAN BREAK DIMWITS AMD NOT GIVE ME AN ADDITUDE
