Girl doesn't know how to work in customer service, very rude. Didn't even try to help at all, not even to look up a type of tire. Just wanted to sell me the most expensive ones with out even giving other options.Alvarez Tire was way better. The owner of Sergio's needs to find another person to work front office.March 5th, 2024The other photo attached, is the comment she left in her social media about my first review.If you can't take complaints about your work then maybe you shouldn't be working in customer service/front office.This is what I meant by rude and unprofessional.Childish to post this on your social media but yet I haven't received a comment on here. Playing the victim and taking it as sarcasm shows a lot about you as a person.You tried selling me some tires that I could find at Walmart for half the price. I was looking for new tires (well priced) not some knockoffs expensive.And I know I can take your job and do it 50x better than you, I know what professionalism is.And maybe next time you write a comment, learn how to use your coma's and periods. It will make you look more professional Ellie.

Last week, halfway between I-40 and Chino Valley my car notified me that I had a tire going down. Knowing I wasn t going to make it home (Phoenix), I looked for a tire shop and found Sergio's Tires. They were able to get me in quickly, fix my tire and had me back on the road in about 40 minutes. Everyone was extremely kind to a very flustered me and it was much appreciated.

I had a tire that was leaking air for the last couple of weeks. With my work schedule I never had a chance to go to Sergio tires. I stopped by after work & the parking lot was jam-packed, but I was welcomed and asked to pull up so they could check my tire after they were done with the vehicles they were working on. When it was my turn they checked my tire, took out the nail, and patched it up and I was ready to go. They were all very friendly to me I will definitely be going back again if I ever need them, which I hope I don't LOL.Thanks to all the hard-working young men at Sergio tires!

Sergio Tires is a great local business that is family owned! They have excellent customer service! I thought I was going to be there for a little while because I came in during peak busy hours, but I was in &out of there in less than 15-20 mins. (Idk if Discount can say that )They are fully staffed, and everyone was working on a vehicle, including my own! I'm glad I know of a place that will offer affordable and fair prices. Highly recommend if you're in the Tri-city area!

Jason was great. He replaced our alternator in a hour and a half. He is a pro. Sergios was the only shop in the area that understood our urgency to get our alternator replaced the same day. Every other shop couldn't do it until the following week. We greatly appreciate the excellent service.

Got in at 4:45pm. Was gonna drop the vehicle off to have an alignment done the following day. They told me they could do it right then. Was very happy they were able to do it then. They have been great every time I have come in.

Had a flat tire so I took it to Sergio's to get a patch. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and less then $20 staff was super friendly and helpful! I'll be back when I need new tires and I highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Got a recommendation from a local to stop here and the service did not disappoint. Fast service, knowledgeable staff, everyone was extremely friendly, and the flat tire fix was dirt cheap. HIGHLY recommend Sergio s. Thank you to the staff!!

They helped us out with our RV tires as we were traveling through Chino. We knew we had a bad valve stem, but ended up needing 4 new tires. They went out of their way to get the tires we needed from a local warehouse. Friendly, efficient, and good pricing.

very nice people. they helped me out when my tire blew out while driving. I managed to get there just after they were closed. I appreciate that they unlocked their doors to help me get a new tire so I wasn't left stranded. great staff. keep up the good work.
