Excellent service and workmanship. My car looks showroom new even though it is 24 year old. I highly recommend Morrison for quality body work at a fair price.

I asked for an estimate and it was $1100. Then I was told I really shouldn't drive the car without replacing the spark plugs. I had the 6 spark plugs done, $400. I had an off and on oil leak after having an oil change at a different shop. At Morrison I was told I needed to replace the oil pan, $200. They also told me the battery needed to be replaced that I just purchased at Costco in September. I had the battery tested at O'Reilly. He tested the alternator, starter, and the battery, and told me there was nothing wrong with any of that, just that the battery needed more charge. These car repair shops, they take your car into the garage and you have no idea what they're doing. And when a man sees a single woman coming, there are times we women get ripped off! I will never go to Morrison Motors again!

My son hot a DUI and had to get an anti-lock system installedThe only place that does this is Morrison Motors. They only take cash (unless you want to pay a 4% processing fee to use a credit card. To get the system installed, we had to pay $300. Every 3 months, we have to go back to get the system re-calibrated. The battery was ruined from this system, and we had to buy a new battery. I had to pay again with cash and had to have the car towed there. When my son is done with this, I will have to pay another $125 to get the system off the car. Think this thing ordered by the courts is a rip-off for consumers. I almost forgot they charge you $50/week to rent the equipment. There should be more than 1 auto place that provides this service. After this experience, I will never go to Morrison Motors again.

I wish I didn't have to give it one star.For 5 weeks my widowed mother was continuously being told that" in the next couple of days we will tow your vehicle into our bay to begin working on it."When I asked what was going on I was told they were short staffed.I asked if they were unable to service my mother's car , why did they continuously say they would?The owner responded with "I just fired a couple of my mechanics, I am stressed right now. "I then asked if I needed to find someone else to work on the vehicle so my mother could make her DR's appointments and was answered with "if that's what she needs to do"Poor management with the empty words of promised service tells me that they can not be trusted.

The guys at Morrison motors are great. I got great service in a timely manner at an awesome price. Definitely coming back for more work to be done.

Ralph, the owner, is a truely genuine person. He has a great team of quality mechanics that will bend over backwards for you. He did wonders for my 2007 Saturn Sky, and they are not fun to work on. He has built not only a trust but a friendship with me and I would be honored to have him and his team work on my car, anytime. Highly recommended and thank you guys for your continued fantastic service.

I just have to say in full honesty the angels were on our side working it and bringing us to you. Not only was the issue taken care of, a fuel pump but for FREE they threw in an oil change and fixed our fuel gage. Hospitality was the best. They even offered us to take home some chicken. And in driving our vehicle I could feel a difference in its performance. Terrific service, above and beyond most auto repair services provided. They even gave us a ride to our hotel while car was being worked on!!!Thank you so much. We will refer you to many. Thank you for your honesty, especially in these trying times.Yvonne and Eric

I cannot believe I have lived in Chino Valley for 13 years and I did not know this place exists. Ralph is one of the nicest people I have ever met and his dear wife is a lovely woman. The mechanic is the best I have encountered in Yavapai county. They go beyond your expectations. The mechanic found a hole in my battery and three vacuum hoses not attached. I have taken my vehicles to a dozen mechanics and I was not satisfied. My search is over.

Went there to diagnose AC problem he quickly got the car in and found the problem a leak in a line we couldnt find a replacement so he has the line welded and going to put it back on and charge it never met anyone in a shop as nice as Ralph is I would highly recommend this place, I dont normally do google reviews but had to for this place everyone that works in that shop has a huge heart and they really look out for thier customers A++++
