Took our F150 in to have brakes checked, made an appointment got truck in at the appointment time, no waiting, no delays. Great customer service, friendly, fast, efficient. I asked to add an oil change while the truck was there and no problem. Charged far less for the oil change than anywhere else I have been yet.Brian's Garage is my new "Go To" place! Thank you!

Took truck to Brian's garage hard to start when warmed up and 4 visits and almost $900 my truck is still hard to start, just got some parts I didn't need. Bad deal going there.

Amazing customer service! I went in for an oil change, and I also had a few questions about my vehicle. They answered all my questions, and told me what it was that was causing the certain issues. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Totally recommend Thank you, Brian's Garage

Honest, Hard working and most importantly they are understanding. I've been to Brian's garage twice now and am very impressed with there work. Impeccable customer service! A lost art. A big thanks to all of you at Brian's garage for making a bad experience, not bad at all.

A big big thank you to Brian and your whole team, BrianJr, Lawson, Nate, James, Bo, Leroy, Andrea and Kelli!! I have been taking my vehicles to Brian for some time for services and repair. Brian and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and their work and prices can t be beat. Recently had a new engine, carburetor and exhaust system installed in my 78 Chevy pickup and it looks, runs and sounds beautiful! Thank you again!

We were traveling through on our way back to California and our check engine light came on and our car was shuttering. It was a Sunday and everything was closed. Pulled in to Brian's garage and even though they were closed, they helped us diagnose the problem. They quickly became our heros. They then drove and got the part, came back and installed it, all in less then an hour!! They even offered us drinks and access to the bathrooms. All of this and they only charged for the cost of the part and an hours labor. Amazing, kind people. This could have been so much worse for us. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

After serving in the army when my son came home, I gave him a van. He took it to Brian s to go through it since it had been sitting replace gaskets and seals when he picked it up after actually driving it there. It ran fine it wouldn t make it out the road in front of the shop, we took it back. Saw the fluid was all over the motor. They disconnected the AC for unknown reasons and didn t even recharge it. The owner came out was apologetic. We left it for them to fix their heirs and that didn t happen. My son managed to get it home, parked and left it. We went and bought him a car thanks Brian. Small town shop. No honor, respect or loyalty.

I needed new glow plugs and fuel injectors for my truck. Brian's garage did a great job and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended .

Brian Garage, fast, helpful, always has the parts, I do trust them to do the job right and the price is good. I was a Ford Service customer, left them for Brian's Garage.

I thought these guys were great, did the work fast and at a pretty good rate. HOWEVER, later found out they were doing some pretty shoddy work.1).They changed my oil, broke the dipstick and instead of replacing it they plugged the hole with a 'special' gadget and never told me!2). Put a brake box in and wired it so it locks the trailer brakes in reverse!3). 'Replaced' a hub but its funny... it made the same noise it made when I brought it in. I had to have another shop replace it (out of state). Brian wont return my phone calls to make it right.4). Put a goose neck in and the plate is rubbing on my tailpipe which will eventually wear a hole and I'll need to replace a tailpipe - not cheap!If you have to use this shop, just make sure you have them save the old parts and get receipts for the parts THEY buy!! And make sure the parts are actually being REPLACED!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Always had good service before, but something has changed! My truck was brought in for fuel system repair, but after having it back twice (3 times total) and 5 weeks total in the shop, there are still problems with the fuel system, also parts like the new fuel gage that was in it, no longer works, and the instrument cluster now rattles with missing screws. The truck broke down again with the same problem (4th time withing 25 miles). Still needs repair, but I won't trust these people with it again. I'll have someone else can fix it.

Honest and friendly people, very fast and helpful. Even though it was my first time there, I felt like a regular. The team there talked to me like they cared about figuring things out, being very patient with my lack of understanding of cars. They answered all of my questions and explained things well to me. My mother's Lexus cooling system was blowing coolant upon arrival in AZ. Brian found the problem, tightened a clamp and topped off coolant. He didn't charge a dollar. But received a free lunch . Also has been good communicating with my father about his VW. Patient and respectful. A+ Brian!!

I have now chosen Brian s to be my auto repair shop. The whole family is great and did a great job taking care of my Toyota Corolla. They were honest, straightforward and didn t offer anything I didn t need. They didn t hassle for more or try to up sell. My car runs almost brand new! I highly recommend!

Great family owned business, took our service vehicle in for air conditioner The quit working. Brian was able to diagnose and begin repair right away. While waiting he offered sandwiches, soda, coffee, and water!During the wait they kept me informed and were super friendly. Highly recommend!Service: Air conditioning

Our car broke down the first day of our road trip from California to Arizona and we managed to get it towed to Brian s garage. The lady at the desk was super nice by offering us snacks and a place to wait. She gave us a good quote on our alternator we needed fixed. The mechanics ran tests to make sure the alternator was the problem and they were able to replace the part needed within an hour. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service at an affordable price.Service: Battery

Well I used to love this place, I went here for everything! My car is a lemon and I always trusted their work, but now they say it s too expensive to get proper equipment to change breaks. Also the lady at the front desk is very rude and dismissive. She was on her personal phone many times when I came in to get work done. This place has gone downhill. I really hope they get better workers. Brian himself is a great guy, I hope he sees what s wrong!

This is the best place to take your vehicle. They have very reasonable prices and stick to their quotes. They do not try to rip you off. My daughter had her car in to replace the oil pan and they had it done by the next day. I will be taking my vehicles here in ther future for any work that needs to be done. Thank you for such great work.

This is the place. Look no further Brian s Garage is and always will be the place I go and recommend. I can not thank everyone there enough. Everything was done correctly and promptly. I had to have 2 of my cars fixed and they were able to complete what I need to be completed, and they did it in a pinch. Thank you all again so very much. I will be a customer for life. I went to Brian's garage to get some work done on my Chevy van, I already had purchased the parts for the job from O'Reilly's, I wanted a gas filter installed which usually only takes about 10 minutes to install, they quoted me 30 minutes. Two sensors that I was told by someone else that they are not a big problem to install, they quoted me 30 minutes labor for each sensor and a signal device to install, they quoted me 1 and 1/2 hours labor to install, it only takes 1/2 hour to do this job, I know because I have done it before myself but it is to hot outside to do it myself right now. For a job that should have only been approximately $125 they were trying to get approximately $350. So be aware and shop around before you do business with this garage!

They broke my glove box changing a filter and just left it like that. And I also got an oil change and they stripped oil drain plug and broke my oil filter cap that requires a special tool to remove. I brought it back to them after I noticed a leak and they said they fixed it but I just did an oil change and my car is still weeping oil from the plug and from the cap. I now have to buy a whole new oil pan and oil filter cap. Never going there again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My friend and I were on our way back to Phoenix from visiting the Grand Canyon today when my little Honda Fit stumbled upon a log left in the middle of the road. After hearing some alarming sounds come from under the car, I became worried googling the nearest service station. Luckily Brian s Garage wasn t too far and open past 5pm. We called ahead and they welcomed us to stop on by. Brian Jr took a quick look and knew what the problem was right away. I was back on the road in less than half an hour. I was very pleased with the fast service, kind service and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Very friendly ,clean, informative, cost effective, quick service. Family owned business in chino valley. They will be our forever mechanics. We had oil change on one car and front brakes and rotors done on another truck. Prices given up front , indoor waiting area, restrooms, and sitting out doors.
