I was charged 60 bucks for a used tire. They didn t install it . Waited over 40 min for them to come out and say oh we found a nail in the tire (the one we just purchased from them ) and don t worry we ll patch it for free!!! The kid was a smart A$ $ very unprofessional. Definitely wouldn t have purchased the tire from them.

I brought two wheels & new tires at 8am & asked if I should wait or come back. He said to give the owner my info & they d let me know, probably not too long.Gave my info in the office, sat down, the shop door opened & he said the tires were done.Swear to god, I was out of there in less than 15 minutes.Thanks!(pic: Misty the tire dog)

The guys at Alvarez Tire are great. As I was sitting there everyone that came in they tried everything they could do to save money for all there customers. I for one appreciate this. Thanks again

I had a water pump replaced. The price was fair, the service 5 stars. The owner Nick saw me walking away from his shop after dropping my car off. He stopped me and gave me a ride home (5 miles). I also sat in the lobby while waiting for my car. I saw customers getting friendly service. Also I heard phone callers getting the same friendly treatment. Lastly, they are busy because they're good! I passed other shops en route to Alvarez, they weren't busy.A very good shop!

Amazing place with amazing people. I can't say good enough about how they took care of us. Nick and Andrew went above and beyond to take care of us.We will emphasize on getting your car tires and/or breaks done by this business to everyone we know... Nice friendly helpful Guy's here worth the drive from Ash Fork. Excellent prices and had what I needed in stock. Fast service also considering they were busy and short handed. If I were young enough like below 40 I'd be proud to be part of thier team. As I've always said in my prior businesses "Yes we can and right away" and they are definitely that way. They deserve raises because good car/ truck Guy's are hard to come by.

So I've used this business before and they were pretty good. Recently we took a truck in to get new tires and a wheel alignment and they said they could not do the alignment for the truck because the lower ball joints were bad. Then they gave the quote of almost $800. We couldn't afford this so we took it to another place to get a quote. Found out the lower ball joints were fine but the brakes were bad the quote for the wheel alignment was significantly less than at this place.I will not compare prices of the brakes to the lower ball joints but the quote we received to replace the lower ball joints before we found out there was nothing wrong with them was over $200 less than alvarez quoted. In today's economy that is significant. I know these people and they have never been like this before so I'm going to assume they had a shady mechanic working there.I'm not going to say not to use them but i would say buyer beware.I found a place locally that has been honest and trustworthy and i now use them for everything.I'm very disappointed that alvarez took this path and how they weed out the dishonest mechanics they have or they will lose more devoted customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this crew of hard working men and women. I brought my son with me and they were so loving and Kimmy!! Haha Kimmy was so awesome with my son!! Mr. Alvarez helped me to get back on the road safely with new rims and new tires!! Highly recommended for anyone needing service with their vehicles.

I can't say enough about this place. We have an all wheel drive suv.which kind of sucks when it comes to tires, if one goes bad you can't just buy one or two. You have to replace all four. My wife blew out a front tire going over a curb. Raul got us a great deal (885-) on a new set of tires. And because our other 3 tires were in great shape he's going to see if he can find another tire with similar wear and sell them as a used set of tires. Probably for at least 50- a tire and split the profit with us 50/50. It pays to shop local!

I was pleasantly surprised that they went ABOVE and beyond after my tire purchase!! Called the next day to ask what color I'd like my rims painted ( I didn't even know that was an offered service!!) I have always purchased tires from ALVAREZ when given a choice, and I will continue. Fair honest small town people!!!

He was much more helpful and polite to the Hispanic customers than the two Caucasian ones in the waiting room !!! Was extremely rude to me and I would not trust that shop for anything ever again !!!

Prompt and courteous service. Nick runs the shop very well - treats his guys with respect and gets the jobs done. The tech working on my RV took the extra time to make sure the jack was positioned "just right" to avoid and damage to my frame. He was careful to not scratch the wheels or the chrome-plated plastic lug caps, which took extra time. A very good experience.

I called for an appointment for my horse trailer on Friday. Made the appointment for Monday after noon. Drug the trailer there and the secretary told me she didn't have any appointment for my trailer. So I took it home, feeling very bad I had waisted my expensive diesel fuel. So I plan to bring it back tomorrow morning, Wed. I know they do a good job at fair prices. This kind of hiccup happens often. So really like Alverez in CV.

Initially I thought they were great. Cliff told me that because we live in Phoenix we could have tires rotated and send the info every time and that would allow the warranty on the tires to be upheld. As soon as I had my first rotation we called to let them know and the gentleman that answered said he was the boss and that was impossible. So first I didn t get the rims I really wanted. Then the warranty was no good and the tires barely lasted ten months before I had to have them changed. I won t ever go there again and will make sure I never send anyone that way. Oh, we were also told that they would provide roadside assistance for the tires. When we called them they wouldn t come so we went to discount tires and they fixed the tire.

I typically go to these guys for my tires and really never had any trouble but this last time was a pretty bad experience. First off, bought 4 brand new tires, all new brakes and an alignment. Had to take the car back about 3 times for a flat on the same tire until it finally held air, which alone cost me hours. Then when I recieve my car from the alignment, my steering wheel is off center and the car is veering. I take it back. And after about the third time taking it back for my Alignment, they finally have my steering wheel straight and my car only barely veers off. They also failed to mention that my measurements for my caster and camber had been off from the beginning and were unadjustable, which is whatever, but something that should have been mentioned after picking it up the first time, not the third and last time when they finally got my wheel straight. I'm also frustrated that the first two times I dropped it off for the alignment, they handed me the keys and said it was done and good to go, the wheel was noticeably off center. This is all been like over a span of several days and far too many hours wasted, with no mention of refund, discounts or rental cars between times, which ultimately cost me even more money. Kinda feel ripped off with it.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes
