My battery was so dead I couldn t even jump it. TGK Automotive sent a tow truck to tow my car at no additional fee to me. In addition to that I called three different places and they were the best price out of all of them. But their customer service was absolutely excellent, Very friendly staff and everything was completed in a timely manner. I will absolutely be back and recommend them to my friends and family.

I recently had my 1968 Chevelle LS Swap in for some work. I had an alignment done, suspension setup with pinion angle adjustment and also had my engine dyno tuned. Really happy with the service and results of their work. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer. Thank you Mike and your team!

TGK is the most efficient mechanic we ve ever been to! We ve been to several mechanics across the country for our camper van and this one was hands down the best experience we ve had. They fit us in right away, did a complete diagnostic work-up and had it fixed in 2 days. Thank you so much to the team at TGK!

Not only did we get fast and efficient service regarding our car battery issues, but we received, hands down, the best customer service EVER! Cody kept us updated every step of the way. He was patient and professional. He answered all of our questions. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else. We've been taking our vehicles to TGK (formerly ADS) for many years and have always received fair pricing and superior quality work on all our cars. Just when I think their service team can't really achieve a higher standard - they do. We recently purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback and took it in for an overall baseline evaluation. I provided our service advisor (Mike Tibbetts) the Carfax print out just for his background on how the vehicle was previously serviced. It was discovered that all 4 struts needed to be replaced having various issues, and I would have trusted that recommendation and paid for that $2k+ service. HOWEVER, Mike took the initiative to look deeper. These struts were not OEM, and it appeared as if they had been recently replaced. He investigated the Carfax details and suspected that all 4 were replaced by a BRAKEmax in Tucson 8 mos. prior and probably still under their warranty. It checked out and since TGK and BRAKEmax are under the same corporate ownership, he was able to honor their warranty and replace all 4 struts FREE OF CHARGE, including the labor and the alignment. When Mike called me with that news, I was speechless!! I'm 58 years old and have NEVER, EVER experienced this level of customer commitment from ANY service organization. They are in a league of their own when it comes to this industry. We were loyal customers before, and this just further cements that sentiment. Kudos to Mike and the entire TGK team!

A wonderful place with friendly and knowledgeable people especially Cody and Ryan. They were able to correct a balancing issue with my tires that a big chain tire store - after 5 visits could not figure out.Very grateful for that and appreciate their transparency too. We'll be taking our vehicles to TGK from now on. Thanks again guys!

Just moved, so needed a car repair place closer. Searched on Google and had many reviews with 5 stars. My car is vintage so I know exactly what needs to be fixed. They fixed the problem that I needed and at a reasonable price. I always do my research before going because many mechanics like to overcharge. Just the customer service was lacking and lack of professionalism. We are not in grade school anymore. If you cannot say anything nice, do not say anything at all. If you do not like working on vintage cars, then let me know. I am factual so tell me how much, how long, and act like you know cars (lack of explanation of what needs to be fixed). Do not give me a time when it will get done and then, do not meet the deadline. If you would have said that it is going to take longer, but finished earlier that is fine. So still in search of a closer mechanic with better customer service and don't mind working on vintage vehicles. :)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I brought my car in after I had an accident. I cracked a whole in my radiator and was leaking coolant. I took it in to try and get fixed before end of day. My quote was over $4,000 and when I said ok I ll get a second opinion I was then told I owed $ 110 for a diagnostic run. Which they never put my car onto any machine to read any codes

Took my car in to get tuned and they were upfront with the fees so there was no surprises. Found a few things that needed to be addressed and let me know. Always had a no pressure approach about what was needed as they were not safety concerns.

This place is hands down just the easiest place I have ever encountered to deal with. I bought a 1964 Buick Rivera that needed some love. After dealing with a few different shops I quickly realized that TGK was my go to place. There is not a problem TGK can not solve.I wish I knew all their names but thank you shout-out goes to Mike, Cody, and all the technicians that I worked with. Broke down from outta town. They got me in with no hesitation. Was there literally all day long but there were many jobs on my vehicle. I really like how they do the diagnostic test and send pics to you. Made me feel I could trust them. Jamie did great keeping me informed of the progress throughout the day. Jamie and Mike were phenomenal!! They were patient with my frustration. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny in a sarcastic kinda way(Mike) lol. Honestly, if it weren t for those two, I probably would ve been really cranky and stressed. You guys helped me get thru the day. AND I got beef jerky!! Two wonderful employees!! Thanks to you all there for helping.Oh, I stayed in Payson that night. I love it up here!! Didn t win any money tho thanks guys!! JB PILOT CAR. OKC babyyyyy!!!

Loved this place. As an older woman, going in by myself, thinking so much more was wrong with my car, I was so pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be minimal. Got me in and was up front with time frame (which was just a day after I had it towed in). Will be going to them (and recommending them) for any and all future car needs. They did a fantastic job on a fix for my 67 Camaro. The engine was running poorly and they troubleshoot what the issue was and fixed it well. My classic Camaro is now running great!

Been taking my car here for over a year now after struggling to find a good mechanic. TGK is always responsive, professional, does a great job, and most importantly, transparent. I ve referred a couple friends here and everyone thinks the same.

They deserve 10 stars, seriously. I have a 45 year old Motorhome that s been heavily modified. Most shops won t work on it, and quite honestly I don t trust many people to even touch it. This shop isn t afraid of anything! Bryan made me feel like a million bucks and cared for me and my rig like we were gold! Tony, the technician who worked on it has the patience of a saint! Tony is also one of the smartest, knowledgeable, and friendly auto technicians I ve ever come across. He s one of the very few people I would trust to leave my coach with. Repairs weren t cheap, but it was fair and they stand behind their work. The whole organization is great and I want whatever they put in their water. Other companies should take notes on how this organization provides a superior customer experience. Great job everyone, from the nice girl who happily gave me a ride home, to all of the friendly people who greeted me as they passed through the lobby, and of course Bryan, and Tony! You guys rock.

These folks went above and beyond. I had an issue with previous work done and how it was billed. After I voiced that to them, they took extra effort to regain my business. There is not a business around that doesn t make mistakes. It is how those mistakes are addressed that is part of defining a reputable, trustworthy company. I stopped in at lunch hoping to get an oil change during my lunch hour and Cody got me right in! The service was exceptional, expedient and they took the extra time to vacuum the front seat area out and clean the windshield. It is the extra care that was placed on the vehicle that was a value add. I would definitely recommend TGK Automotive.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I am impressed ! Tim and Cody were great ! Very pleasant , very honest . I did not feel as if I was getting mis-lead in any way . I will bring my vehicle here for the near future. Trust is big for me ! Quality here for sure .

Customer service guys take the time to listen to your situation. They ask good questions to clarify and then recommend. Never feel like you re being sold more than what is required. I like that. It wasn t cheap but it s never cheap these days.

Front desk were very kind and good but other than that it was an awful experience they made me pay for a new radiator that was 1200$ after breaking the new one they just put in and then after all was said and done I got my truck back fixed or so I thought they broke my power steering line on my truck. 4000$ for a 1200$ job pitiful would not tell anyone to go to them but front desk guys were real professional

Awesome, great service and at a timely matter they work with you , i have no complaints they had my vehicle up and running again the next day :) the price was a decent , will recommend.
